This is spyware that I purchased for my daughters phone. The website says its a quick 10-15min install, you can read texts among a large variety of other things. It promises alot of things that it does not do. I had a very hard time installing about 2 hours and that was with help. It uses a 3rd party app and to do all the things it claims you have to plug your target phone into your computer on the same wifi. You can not access it without doing so. It is a very misleading and inaccurate product, but supposed to #1 rated. So before I installed it I asked for a refund. They said no, I installed after many hours tried to use it and realized its crap and doesn't do what it is intended to do. They say no with the same link of why. I paid for a year $99.99 and have not used it and it was not 2 weeks and they will not give a refund for anything. Just keeping my money, they don't care.
My husband lost his phone once and thought it was gone for good until I discovered mSpy's phone tracking feature. It was in a car! Definitely worth the investment.
I purchased MySpy and the support package. First I never got the receipt from billing when I paid by visit so when I installed it on my phone it also charged me through Apple Pay. Then it never installed all the features so the only one I actually had access to was the contacts on my son's phone - which was a lot less than I was paying $30/month for! When I tried to log into the online portal it didn't accept my password (not surprisingly the system hadn't set up an account for me but I didn't realize that at the time so when I tried to reset the password it just sent an unknown URL. Frustrating!) Then tech support couldn't help me because I didn't have a customer ID which ironically they did issue me with so that I could cancel the service! I am off l now to buy an alternative product. This time I'll read the negative review first - I think they are more honest.

First off install sucks, had to do it three times just to get it to work right on phone! The location wasn't working or not correct any of the time... and they need to say that they only monitor one phone at a time, i have five kids thought this would be a great app but no i even told the service guy that was helping have five kids he didn't say anything!... so i buy app finally get iton my sons phone go to put another on and can't, ask nicely fora refund so i can find an app for my family because i don't about everyone else but it's kinda alot of money so but it is just waste on a app i can't use... they tell me no... wtf is that... if you try it not what you thought it was going to be or even don't like it you should get refunfed am i wrong here>? The interface it's self needs more to it I've had better apps like hister was great i should have. Stayed with what i already liked i guess...
I had the the mSpy installed few day ago, however, its work only for short time ( or just a moment?! --- the moment reinstalling the mSpy). So far, I never see instant phone update except during the new restallation. I have reinstalled the mSpy for 3 times, but still, today, the last phone update was the time I reinstalling time last night. In addition, if needed view chat apps, its need to do another " complicated" steps which we not likely to go another web site to down load the software. Why can't mpsy do it one off? Since we were told we can view all chats with mspy and we pay for it.

- The target phone doesn't have the internet connection.
- The target phone is turned off.
- The mSpy is blocked by Antivirus.

The website double charged my card, they also automatically charged for nonexistent customer support. Refused to refund my money. App contained a virus. Having to dispute with my credit card. Avoid!

This company is a total scam. They're quick to take your money, the product doesn't work, and you will never get a refund. Customer service is unreachable. Total fraud! Good reviews are all fake.
We purchased this software a week and a half ago to monitor our teenage son's phone. We thoroughly read the website and confirmed with both the website and technical support that our son's phone was compatible. After a week of attempting to install the software, someone from the "live chat" feature finally helped. Since installation, it has done nothing. I thought it must be user error until I was finally able to get another customer service rep on "live chat" last night. She informed me that because of Apple's upgrade to two-factor identification, none of the features we purchased the product for work. I asked why their website still claims it does, particularly since the two factor identification is not even close to a new upgrade, and she replied that it would "be taken down soon".
She further informed me that they have a fix coming in 3-6 months! Considering there are complaints on here from the summer, with responses from the MSpy Team in December of 2020 stating that this issue has already been resolved; I'm not going to hold my breath.
There is no live person to speak to, all options on their customer service line either hang up or say no one is available (without the ability to leave a voice mail), and they do not respond to any emails sent to ANY of their departments. I will be filing reviews and complaints anywhere possible at this point. Happy to share screenshots of all of these statements from the chat if anyone is in need. I will be combining them with the responses I am finding on these pages from MSpy.
