I've bought mSpy three weeks ago, and have been very satisfied so far. The app does exactly what is advertised on the website, is easy to install and has a user-friendly online dashboard.
I bought mSpy recover text messages from my daughters phone. Turns out that mSpy really can't help me, without some additional help. For approx $100, this did not make me happy. However, Briana Molligan helped me use AnyTrans and i think I have what I need. I really with the advertising was a little more spot on - I feel a bit decieved, but Briana saved the day. She took control of my PC, installed the required software and updates needed, and walked me through the rest. I have a link to go to for more information, which I hope is as much help as she was.:-) All in all, things worked out well enought for this five star review. MSpy's customer service - and customer service techs - are why I'll pay a premium for the service. Now just work on some more detailed advertising! Thanks again, Briana!
Like several other reviews that I read I am very unhappy with mspy! With no warning I have lost all call recordings and surround recordings that I had over the last several months. They deleted this feature with NO warning to their customers so that we could at least back up what we needed to. Now I am with out recordings that were important. Their explanation is as follows:

The fact that they did not warn customers that this was going to happen first of all shows no customer consideration. Secondly, their other features are not comparable to the option for recordings! So now I am stuck with a very recently renewed subscription for the same amount of money for less options!
This is the only app I use so I cannot compare but it does have quite a few inconsistencies and delays. But Alex got has tried to help every step of the way. So kudos for customer service
This sites horrible customer service is beyond belief. I purchased this service in 2021 and didn't use it as it didn't fit my needs. They auto renewed my membership; pretty sad if you ask me. The day after I requested a refund and they refused; offered my other options that didn't make any sense. Here's one of their responses Please note that we provide all requirements on our website. We give detailed guides and software features. When purchasing mSpy, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the mSpy Refund Policy. We suggest freezing your subscription until you are capable of using it. Please reconsider the alternative options from our previous emails." Zero help for a product / service that did not fit my needs and I haven't used / don't have a use for. I wouldn't recommend based on poor customer service.
Update: They site agreed to cancel my subscription (because you can't in you own); however, they still refuse to acknowledge that this was a service I tried for 1 week in 2021; it didn't fit our needs and we didn't use it again. I was charged a renewal fee and requested a refund the next day. They have not approved a refund. Why a company would charge a disabled vet a fee for service not rendered or needed is horrible.
They skirt around your issue without actually helping you, refuse to listen to what your actual issue is, and copy and paste the same response over and over. Only half of the functionality in the premium version works, despite being set up exactly as required. They kept telling me the only way to fix this is to reinstall on the target device, despite me telling them multiple times that I no longer have access to the target device. I was passed around between multiple customer care reps, and had the exact same conversation with each of them.
One rep did indicate that this was a known issue, but then stated he was going to "leave the chat for now", and just kept leaving the chat every time I reconnected. It was extremely unprofessional, and I've never dealt with something like that from a chat portal.
Finally, I asked if I could just have a partial refund since half of the functionality doesn't work. They tried to outright cancel my service, instead. I did not get a resolution.
I am very disappointed with their lack of understanding about this issue, and their inability to help.

Before i purchased the package i was told by an agent that they would do all the work for me i had to purchase the ultimate package wich i did it didnt work ni agent can assist now they keep denying my refund they evere told me i had to have the phone physically. Very unsatisfied.

I had some concerns with my teenage daughter's social media. I googled "snapchat tracker for iphone". The first website to come up was mspy. I read some reviews and their initial claims that it would work for iphone. I'm a savvy shopper who is on a strict budget, I finally read enough to feel like it was worth the 59.99 annual premium to ensure her safety. Once downloaded, I could not get it to work. They sent some more links for troubleshooting and in one of those links I discovered that it no longer works for iphone. How convenient for them to put that there but leave that out other places! I never once was able to utilize this program. I sent them an email requesting a refund within the hour. They got back to me the next day and said they could only refund me a partial payment. Very shady! I tried to escalate and the best they could do was refund me 70%. So they still made $17.99 off of a program I never used! What a ripoff! It appears this is how they make their money, taking advantage of concerned parents who are already frazzled WHAT A SHAM! It was a huge let down to be taken advantage of instead of find genuine support o help our future generation be safe in the digital age.

READ ALL FINE PRINT! This service is a SCAM! It requires you to JAILBREAK your phone and if you don't want to do that, it is pointless to pay for the service; you can literally monitor everything they offer if you USE ICLOUD alone. No need to pay $130. It doesn't monitor social media or text messages like they advertise. And when I contacted customer service about getting my money back for FALSE ADVERTISING, they said my reason was not valid.
I don't even believe that there's a real person working at the company. I bought the year package (because the per-month cost on the monthly or quarterly packages was beyond ridiculous) and installed it okay, but then it was missing data from the target phone. The target phone was brand-new so it didn't have much data to even transfer over to the mspy dashboard. Tech support is just a chat and all they do is send copy/paste responses to have you try X, Y, Z. After trying all their steps, my dashboard is still missing data. Supposedly they "escalated it to development" and said I'd hear back from them in a few days. It's been over a week. The next thing they want me to do is a "free" session with the mAssistance where they remotely access the target phone and install it for me. But the first available date to do that is two weeks from now, which will put me well beyond the original two weeks of their refund policy. Or, rather, their "no refund" policy, because it's pages and pages long, full of more exceptions where they will NOT issue a refund instead of instances where they will. Run far away from this app. It's not the only one out there. Find one that has better customer service where there are flesh-and-blood people who will actually read your emails and respond appropriately.

We had the month to month subscription for the PC monitoring service. Everything worked ok for the most part and was capturing and updating as it should. Literally within 24 hours of extending the subscription for a year everything both the phone and pc monitoring stopped. We tried to uninstall and reinstall and it worked... for 1 hour and then everything stopped tracking once again. We have recently purchased new modem and router so we know our internet connection is secure and stable. Strongly disappointed and considering switching service to a different provider. Will request refund and if that isnt successful will simply dispute charges with my credit card company and file complaint with the BBB.
