The TaoTao Thunder 50 Scooter from MotoBuys is a fantastic city ride. It's stylish, efficient, and remarkably easy to handle. What impressed me most was the after-sales service. After receiving the scooter, I had a few queries regarding maintenance, and their team was incredibly informative and patient, providing detailed guidance. The scooter's fuel efficiency is a big plus, and it's perfect for daily commutes. The only downside was a slight delay in shipping, but it was worth the wait.

Bought a Trailmaster scooter in June 2023. It doesn't start. We reached out to them by phone and email numorous times and tried to take advantage of the warranty. Nothing got resolved. Reached out to the BBB and they did nothing. At the end of it all Motobuys offered to allow us to return it for a full refund if we paid the $600 in return shipping charges. $600! So it sits unusable. We will be reaching out to the States of Texas attorney general and small claims court.

Was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at MotoBuys. From the moment placed the order for a new ATV, the team was attentive and informative. Bought the Ice Bear Q6 Trike for city commuting. The price was very competitive, offering good value for money. However, the assembly process was more challenging than anticipated. Some parts were not clearly labeled, and the instructions could be improved. Once assembled, the trike performed well, offering a smooth and comfortable ride. Customer service was responsive when reached out for assistance, which was appreciated. Overall, a decent purchase, but be prepared for some assembly hurdles.

Coolster 150cc 4 wheeler delivered pretty fast. From day 1 the push button start never worked. So I would kick start it. Now that is seized up and won't work. I have rode it less then 10 times. You get what you pay for. Now it just takes up space in the garage.

Purchasing the Ice Bear Maddog Scooter was an overall enjoyable experience. The scooter is fun to ride and turns heads wherever have to go. However, found the accessories and spare parts to be quite overpriced. While the scooter itself was a good deal, buying additional accessories significantly increased the overall cost. Wish MotoBuys would offer more competitive pricing on these items. Despite this, the scooter has been reliable and a joy to ride around town.

Motobuys was so pleasant to work with. I purchased a trike from them and received shipment as described. Their customer service is very responsive and eagerly willing to help assist you. I would rate them 5 stars but im eaiting to schedule a phone call with their trch support. If tech support is anything like the sale and customer service i will be changing it to 6 stars if i could.

Motobuys is either out of business, or does not have any customer service whatsoever.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT
CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH MOTOBUYS. The happy few reviews you come across, were just very luck people that actually had a vehicle come in good condition, and it runs. I purchased a new trailmaster taurus 450 utv back in October.
The delivery was supposed to be made a week before I had knee replacement surgery. The delivery was late, and the 1500 lb crate was a pain in the bleep to unload. They sent it long ways on a cube van, so we had to improvise to get it unloaded. The crate was delivered a few days before I had knee replacement surgery. It was not until three weeks ago that I recovered enough from surgery to assemble the utv. My lovely wife and I assembled the buggy with very vague instructions. My wife works for Caterpillar, and I'm a 30+ year IBEW Union Electrician. Our experience made it possible to assemble the cart.
To our disappointment we completed the project, and found the ECU(Electrical control unit) to be missing. Some idiot failed to install it, or some other mishap. I've filled out a parts request order form, and received a note claiming it would take two or three days to process. That was over three weeks ago. I've tried every avenue that Motobuys has to contact representative in order to retrieve the part. It's as if Motobuys has went out of business, or no longer has customer service. The reviews for Motobuys on the Better Business Bureau website tells all. I would give no stars if it were possible. I have a $10,000 UTV taking up valuable space in my garage, that is useless. Not one representative from Motobuys will

It's downright despicable for a company to treat customers this way. The only good reviews you read are by customers that were lucky enough to receive a vehicle with all its parts, and actually starts up and runs. Do take that chance, don't order anything from Motobuys. Motobuys is undoubtedly the worst company I've ever did business with in my life. I bought this vehicle for work.
So, it's not just the $200.00 ECU they still owe me, but the time wasted trying to get hold of a Motobuys representative. And I still can't use vehicle for work, or and leisure.

The RPS ATV125 was the choice for a high-performance ATV, and it mostly lived up to expectations. The engine power and suspension are top-notch, making for an exhilarating ride. Did encounter a minor issue with the brake adjustment, but the customer support team at MotoBuys was quick to assist. They provided detailed instructions and even followed up to ensure everything was resolved. The ATV's performance is outstanding, but hope they improve their quality checks to prevent such issues.

Ordered the Trailmaster MB200 Mini Bike for son's birthday. The bike itself is fantastic – sturdy build, excellent performance, and exactly as advertised. However, the delivery time was longer than stated. The customer service team was apologetic and kept updated throughout the process, which was appreciated. Once it arrived, the setup was straightforward, and son has been enjoying it immensely. Just be aware of potential delays in shipping.

The TaoTao Quantum 150 Scooter is a reliable and efficient choice for city commuting. Have been using it for a few months now, and it's been performing well without any major issues. The only concern was with the customer service response time. When had a query about the warranty, it took longer than expected to get a response. DO NOT BUY FROM Motobuys! Consider yourself lucky to be reading this review. I wish I had known before we bought our Mini-Jeep but I did not read the reviews. Look at the number of negative reviews and learn. Most everyone has had similar issues to what we experienced.

The product was defective and would not start. I called and called and they never answer the phone. Eventually I tried a "technical support" appointment, which consists of a phone call to help YOU fix the problem.

I just wanted to send it to them and have them fix their defective product, but no, that's not possible. You are on your own. Yes, they sent some parts (new carburetor) but it was different from the original and did not fit.

I asked "can I not just send it to you for repair, I'll pay shipping both ways, just fix the damn thing" but no. They told me to take it to a mechanic. Well, what the hell is a mechanic gonna do with carburetor that doesn't fit?

I scheduled a second technical service appointment but this time they didn't even call. (It takes weeks to get an appointment.) This even after I confirmed the time and phone number for them to reach me.

So, consider yourself lucky if you're reading this before purchasing from MotoBuys. They will not help you if your product doesn't work. RUN AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
MotoBuys has terrible customer service and if your product is defective you will have to fix it yourself.

Recently purchased a Massimo MB200 Mini Bike, and overall, satisfied with the purchase. The bike runs smoothly and is quite durable. However, the packaging during shipping could be improved. There were a few minor scratches when it arrived, presumably due to handling during transit. Customer service was understanding and offered a small compensation for the inconvenience. Bought the Apollo DB-X18 125cc Dirt Bike for my daughter. While the bike is decent for its price, expected more features, especially in terms of safety and control. It's a suitable bike for beginners, but advanced riders might find it lacking. The delivery was on time, and the assembly process was not too complicated. It's a good starter bike, but for more serious off-roading, one might need to look at higher-end models.

I purchased a four-seater Trailmaster on October 6th 2023. They received my order but never processed it. 2 weeks later when I was supposed to receive the shipment they called me and explained they misplaced my order and they are now processing it. This delayed the shipment by another week and a half. Once the shipment arrived I had to go pick it up from the shipping terminal because the packaging was too large to be shipped at my home. Understandable, so I took my son since this was for him to build the excitement. Once we arrived the shipment company tried to get us a sign off on it immediately without seeing the package. I refuse to sign at that moment and ask to see it. Come to find out the crate seemed to be crushed from another unit being stacked on top of it. This caused damage to the front shock and there was a severe scratch close to one foot long on the side that completely took the paint down to the bare metal. Also the rear axle seemed to be bent. I refuse to accept the package considering I purchased a new unit and expected a new unit not one that had to be repaired immediately. Shortly after, a few days later I received a call from Motobuys customer service representative stating that I had to pick up the unit and that they were not going to return it because of the shipping policy says that if there's minor damage the buyer still has to accept delivery and they will assess whether or not they're willing to return it or repair it based on how severe the damages. Instead of having shipping insurance or some sort of process in place to ensure that the customer is protected especially on a close to $5,000 purchase they expected me to go to the shipping company and pick it up within an hour of the phone call in the middle of a work week at 1pm. The customer service rep said if I didn't I would be charged the shipping fees. After everything was said and done they refunded me everything except the shipping fees which amounted to $1,032. So now I'm $1,032 out without a unit. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and the expectations of this company delivering a damaged unit. The fact that they have their shipping policy disclosure the way they do you can expect every unit is going to have damage because of their handling methods for shipping. I highly highly highly recommend buying local so that you can see the completed unit and ensure that you have a customer service experience better than mine.

This has been a nightmare! Ordered a gokart for my grandson for Christmas Dec 10,2022, arrived damaged (not their fault) however, I am still emailing and calling to find out where my replacement parts are. Leaving messages, calling and getting answering machine literally for months with no response. I finally got a human this morning March 21,2023 and he explained they were busy and it clearly states on the answering machine that it may take a while to respond- Gave 1 star because the cart is pretty cute but still un useable. Maybe before summer my grandson will be able to use his Christmas present. Sad
