I had a really great experience with this company! I was super impressed by the level of customer service from start to finish! When I called to check if my order had shipped, the guy that answered the phone new my name and why I'm calling (WOW) I guess it was based on the caller ID. He told me my order had shipped and should arrive in 2 days... It actually arrive the next day. I will shop them again and would recommend them highly to others. Thanks for the great service guys, keep it up...

It took 35 days to ship. Missing the battery on one bike. The other was missing so many nuts and bolts it cost me an additional $60. Also no brake fluid in one bike.
The bikes run good, just buy them from another place.

No problems at all. Got the color I wanted, fast shipping( better than (A). The r and l driver was great (Pate). I seldom write reviews because the boss only looks at be bad. But you see the potential buyers look at them all. Keep it up Texas!

The customer support at MotoBuys was fantastic when had inquiries about the trike's specifications. They were knowledgeable and patient. However, the shipping time was average, neither particularly fast nor slow. The product arrived in good condition, matching the expectations.

They answer the phone!

Customer service is important, these guys get it. They took the time to verify that my atv choice was indeed CA legal, it was. After verification they shipped the atv out immediately. Love the decals for the "red" color choice by the way. They look great! Thanks guys, would definitely recommend!

I have had my Maddog 150 GenV scooter for about 5 mos now. MotoBuys did get better getting me the parts I needed and reasonably quick. You should be fairly knowledgeable on electrical and mechanical or have someone you know if you get one from any dealer in case you encounter issues like I had. Mine runs great after a few episodes of diagnostics and repairs. MotoBuys tech dept. will help. I get stopped everywhere I go the scooter looks so cool! It was really fun when I took it to Fla. To tool around on!

Recently purchased a Massimo MB200 Mini Bike, and overall, satisfied with the purchase. The bike runs smoothly and is quite durable. However, the packaging during shipping could be improved. There were a few minor scratches when it arrived, presumably due to handling during transit. Customer service was understanding and offered a small compensation for the inconvenience. Despite this, happy with the bike's performance

Purchasing the Ice Bear Maddog Scooter was an overall enjoyable experience. The scooter is fun to ride and turns heads wherever have to go. However, found the accessories and spare parts to be quite overpriced. While the scooter itself was a good deal, buying additional accessories significantly increased the overall cost. Wish MotoBuys would offer more competitive pricing on these items. Despite this, the scooter has been reliable and a joy to ride around town.

DONT BUY FROM HERE! Scumbags are so disrespectful, worst customer service I've ever had. They want pictures of a credit card and drivers license because the shipping address is somewhere else. Are you joking me? Then they act so nasty about this and love hanging up. No manners at all. I even paid extra for quicker shipping and they take their sweet time in processing the order. What a joke. Morons

This has been a nightmare! Ordered a gokart for my grandson for Christmas Dec 10,2022, arrived damaged (not their fault) however, I am still emailing and calling to find out where my replacement parts are. Leaving messages, calling and getting answering machine literally for months with no response. I finally got a human this morning March 21,2023 and he explained they were busy and it clearly states on the answering machine that it may take a while to respond- Gave 1 star because the cart is pretty cute but still un useable. Maybe before summer my grandson will be able to use his Christmas present. Sad

I needed parts for an atv that I bought from motobuys spoke with Charlie he said he would call me back in a couple of days this was almost 3 weeks ago left several messages and sent a few emails no response. Can't ride it due to the part that I need is for the rear brakes. Nobody will return a call. Wasted my money buying this atv. Seems there happy to take your money but won't return calls when you need something.
Stay far away from this company. They deserve a 0 just like the way they respond. They dont.

Piece of crap!

Purchased my son an almost $4,000.00 quad that is the biggest piece of crap. Brake cable was too long so front brakes didn't work. Called and got the info they wanted and after everything they wanted a picture. Cable got thrown away on accident and still haven't received a new one. Battery sucks and constantly have to charge it. Fan broke. Have tried to call them numerous times and never get a call back. Submitted them to better business bureau and contacting a lawyer. Do not buy from this company. Of course all of the reviews in their website is good.

Awful service
January 19, 2023

Ordered a mid-xrx. Wheel sheared off on second day of use. Called and emailed customer support immediately. Did not get a response until the third email/call, although the response indicated that they didn't read my email or look at the picture I sent. Was directed to another department. That department did not respond (Tech support). As of this writing I'm still trying to reach them, 25 days after the vehicle broke. Do not order from Motobuys. Their customer support is non-existent and there are plenty of other retailers out there.

Bought an ATV from them last summer and my kids still haven't been able to ride it. As soon as we get one problem fixed it has another. Taken it to two mechanics. Replaced multiple parts. Called motobuys and pleaded with them that I got a lemon and they refused to do anything and were quite rude. Repeatedly leaks gas. It is a piece of junk that cost 800! Buyer beware.

Won't return emails or calls. Took two weeks to get someone on the phone to get my receipt. Said order was shipped still no tracking number. They completely suck and are worthless as far as any customer service goes. Wont make this mistake again. The only time they were nice was when i payed them after that there is no communication on there part.

Motobuys.com out of West Hills California is the worst. Stay away from them. I wrote a bad review on BBB and they harrassed me for it. They commented and said I used stolen card info but they emailed me something different proving they are very un honest people. Just pick a different place to purchase from so you dont have a bad experience.

Bike came with the card completely out of tune! They were no help whatsoever! Had to have someone adjust the carb, ran fine then back to the same thing runs wide open! Back to the shop! Worst 1000.00 dollars I ever spent! Their customer service sucks, they were very rude! Don't buy moto junk! Piece of crap
