Took the Sniper T350 out for a spin in the desert and it performed beautifully. Great suspension, comfortable ride, and the build quality is solid.

Yamasaki x70 is junk
September 1, 2018

Bought this little bike as a commuter. It didnt work from day 1. The service people are slow getting back to you. I needed a part that had to ship from china so it took a while. Meanwhile your little warranty is dinging away while you wait. All warranty work is on you to do so I am wrenching it myself (although I do like doing that, I am just not that mechanically inclined so everything takes me a long time). Once the part was installed it started to rn, but it only pulls up to 2nd gear. It will go into 3rd but it immediately begins to lose speed. If you skip to 4th it slows down very fast. So this $1700 scooter goes about 25 mph. That is it. When I asked what we need to do to get this in 3rd gear, "MOTOBUYS" said "How fast are you expecting this vehicle to go? They top out at about 35mph with a smaller person on them". It doesnt say that in the ads. Some of the ads with their 49cc say they go 40 mph. I had a scooter with 49 cc that I could get up to 43 mph on level ground. So 25 mph is junk. STAY far away fromt his thing. Save your money.

I'm going to start by saying that businesses like this, selling chinese machines, get lots of crap from their customers. People will come on here pissed off that there brand new chinese moped broke after the first few days and they want a new one. 99% of the time it is the purchasers fault for not following the manual and not treating their machines right. I've had multiple chinese mopeds, motorcycles, and dirtbikes all of which have lasted me and havent had out of the ordinary problems. This is because i take care of them and complete all the maintenance and read the manuals for that specific machine. Also, keep in mind that mostly only the customers who receive broken products write reviews on this website. I recently purchased a Yamasaki YM50-9 50cc 4-speed manual "motorcycle." I purchased the product and it was shipped out very quickly and arrived promptly without a scratch. I also shot a couple emails to the company about the bike and got quick answers on all of them. I love my new bike and am taking very good care of it. If anything was to break It is simply not fair to blame it on the company. They simply buy the product and resell it. This was my first time purchasing an item from motobuys as i have bought from multiple chinese wholesale websites. I had no problems and would definitely make another purchase from them. You customers that come on here need to not be such a pain in the butt and be calm and respectful and then maybe you'd get a responses. If worst comes to worst and somehting very bad happens you can always pull the card from the payment and try to resolve the problem. These companies have a lot to deal with and you need to understand that. I have had bad experiences int he past but i found that if you are polite and understanding that they always come through and do their best to please you. Stop being such ignorant, greedy, rude a$$holes and try being kind for once. It will get you far in life. Thanks everyone, Dean.

I Ordered a Hurricane on 7/20/23 Mastercard payment was processed in an instant, receipt of payment & order # emailed instantly. Waited 4 days checking my order page on their web site looking for a delivery update? Nothing! Now I'm wondering is the product available? & when will it be shipped? (Lagit concerns?) So I sent an email & left a voice mail message asking when, The next day I received another email with a payment receipt & order # WTF? I already had that so I started calling costumer service # over & over *******289 untill some guy named Mike answered. He was rude short & mad that I blew up his phone & assured my order info would be updated in 3 or 4 days with tracking info. Days passed & no update. I Received a text from the cartage co. On 07/28/23 that it would be delivered on 07/31/23. It was 7:30pm it arrived. The packaging looked like it was dragged from TX. To MI. Behind the truck. So I photographed everything unpacking & started assembling, everything was there & in pretty good condition. The Front tire is lying on its side under the frame of the bike behind the front forks. I unpacked it put it together & went to air up the tires the front was completely flat I assumed for shipping, Hit it with some air & it all hissed out fast? On inspection someone had stabbed the tire with a blade n put a 1 inch gash in the tire right through one of the tread lugs. As far back as that tire was & tucked under the frame of the bike it had to of been done intentionally! Sent MOTOBUYS an Email & left several voice messages NO RESPONSE! Mastercard was notified & is stepping in I'll bet I get a personal response soon. This item is for sale on Amazon from Motobuys, cost a little more but Amazon has always been more than fare with me when there was a problem. Moral of the Story, Just give them your money & Shut Up dont ask too many questions & hurry up n wait. & DON'T PISS OFF MIKE HE'LL GIT YA. So its sitting in the garage with a flat tire, ticking away my 90 day warranty without being able to see if it runs? Who knows what else has been sabotaged? Hope this helps the next victim. So let's start off by saying the process of giving our money was quick & easy, payment processed quickly. Everything after that was a headache. We initially bought different go-kart but they said they were having issues so they offered 150x but purchased 200 trailblazer. Long story short we kept trying track our order but wasn't easy. After two weeks we finally figured out where our trail master blazer was & we had wrong tracking number ((not our fault)) we paid for rush delivery but 3 weeks passed & having problems with MotoBuys contacting the delivery company to give the OKAY to deliver ((which wasn't our responsibility)) but played phone tag for a hole week! MotoBuys goes thru 3rd party company called BBPowersports which also caused a lot of confusion. Weeks later received the 80% assembled blazer. We Imagined wasn't going to be so bad to assemle but didn't get any directions for assembly & had to look for all missing parts for weeks! Called MotoBuys which send us a link to directions for different trail master blazer so you kind of have to just figure it out. ((Pay the extra for already assembled so you know your getting ALL your parts & not trying to scavenging thru internet for assembly directions)) Still assembling cuz of the missing parts! These go-carts are Chinese made so its EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO TOUCH IT, cuz it's liability & hard find parts if anything gets broken.

Motobuys is either out of business, or does not have any customer service whatsoever.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT
CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH MOTOBUYS. The happy few reviews you come across, were just very luck people that actually had a vehicle come in good condition, and it runs. I purchased a new trailmaster taurus 450 utv back in October.
The delivery was supposed to be made a week before I had knee replacement surgery. The delivery was late, and the 1500 lb crate was a pain in the bleep to unload. They sent it long ways on a cube van, so we had to improvise to get it unloaded. The crate was delivered a few days before I had knee replacement surgery. It was not until three weeks ago that I recovered enough from surgery to assemble the utv. My lovely wife and I assembled the buggy with very vague instructions. My wife works for Caterpillar, and I'm a 30+ year IBEW Union Electrician. Our experience made it possible to assemble the cart.
To our disappointment we completed the project, and found the ECU(Electrical control unit) to be missing. Some idiot failed to install it, or some other mishap. I've filled out a parts request order form, and received a note claiming it would take two or three days to process. That was over three weeks ago. I've tried every avenue that Motobuys has to contact representative in order to retrieve the part. It's as if Motobuys has went out of business, or no longer has customer service. The reviews for Motobuys on the Better Business Bureau website tells all. I would give no stars if it were possible. I have a $10,000 UTV taking up valuable space in my garage, that is useless. Not one representative from Motobuys will
Contact me after numerous emails, and phone calls from me.
It's downright despicable for a company to treat customers this way. The only good reviews you read are by customers that were lucky enough to receive a vehicle with all its parts, and actually starts up and runs. Do take that chance, don't order anything from Motobuys. Motobuys is undoubtedly the worst company I've ever did business with in my life. I bought this vehicle for work.
So, it's not just the $200.00 ECU they still owe me, but the time wasted trying to get hold of a Motobuys representative. And I still can't use vehicle for work, or and leisure.

I, like the first complaint listed above, have never received my MSO and/or even an invoice for the purchase of my daughter's $1500. 00 TrailMaster Youth XRX go cart. For the past (7) weeks, the General Manager, Bill, has been argumentative and told me that the MSO came with the go cart and I must "not be able to find it". After weeks of back and forth, Bill finally said that he would "forward the request for a duplicate MSO to the factory" and it would take up to two weeks. When three weeks passed with no MSO or invoice, they changed the time frame to 2 to 4 weeks. I then turned my complaint over to the BBB to help me get an MSO and/or an invoice. Most importantly, Michael from their "factory" finally called me and said that they received my request the day before and that they would send the original MSO out in that day's mail. The factory also told me that they DO NOT send a MSO with every purchase as Motobuys.com employees had been telling me for weeks! The factory said that they only send a MSO if the customer calls AFTER the purchase and requests one. I forwarded that disposition from their own factory back to Motobuys.com in an effort to educate them for future customers. Bill is the "General Manager" and does not even know the process on how a customer is to receive a MSO on TrailMaster go carts! What a joke. It has taken me 12+ emails and at least (4) phone calls to get this far. From the comments listed above, it appears that Motobuys.com (Bill) tries to make excuses and reply to each negative comment. Let me assure you that their excuses are just that, excuses. At the end of the day, I am STILL waiting on the MSO and/or an invoice for a go cart purchase in November, 2012! The product and the shipping went fine but if you need customer service AFTER the sale, run from this company! And when you get tired of running, take a breath and run some more. Bill, you really need to find another job because you are substandard on your best day.
UPDATE: Last night, a month and a half AFTER the purchase, I FINALLY received a receipt from Motobuys.com! I guess turning it over to BBB helped in some way. Still waiting on my MSO though... Maybe that will come next month! Great job guys!

I purchased a 150cc Go Kart from MotoBuys and it came shipped with absolutely no instructions for assembly. This is to help them support the awful warranty they offer on these. They do not inspect them before shipping, so know you will have issues with anything you buy from them.

The go kart came with a blown fuse, non-functioning lights, and the carburetor was incorrectly assembled at the factory. I was forced to send the go kart to a mechanic, who is the one that documented that the carburetor was incorrectly assembled. I have contacted MotoBuys numerous times, and have been hung up on while being transferred to a manager. They now ignore my calls, as they have caller ID (without ever being rude to them). They merely send me warranty documentation stating that they pay no Labor whatsoever (even when they ship a defective item)!

After getting the go kart back from the mechanic, on the very first attempt to ride it, the gear shift linkage broke off from the engine block. THIS GO KART HAS YET TO BE DRIVEN! They won't take a return of a lemon, and just state that I can get parts. Needless to say, they won't be sending a new engine!

This company is impossible to deal with and disconnecting customers when they call to talk to technical help or managers about returns... is just not professional. They hide behind their internet sales. BEWARE AND DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM! You may get a working vehicle, but the people who don't, will be screwed. I am stuck with a $1,700 item that I can't drive. I have spent $200 to try to even get it working, and may have to pay $400 more for an engine! NOT IF I CAN WIN MY DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD!

I purchased a four-seater Trailmaster on October 6th 2023. They received my order but never processed it. 2 weeks later when I was supposed to receive the shipment they called me and explained they misplaced my order and they are now processing it. This delayed the shipment by another week and a half. Once the shipment arrived I had to go pick it up from the shipping terminal because the packaging was too large to be shipped at my home. Understandable, so I took my son since this was for him to build the excitement. Once we arrived the shipment company tried to get us a sign off on it immediately without seeing the package. I refuse to sign at that moment and ask to see it. Come to find out the crate seemed to be crushed from another unit being stacked on top of it. This caused damage to the front shock and there was a severe scratch close to one foot long on the side that completely took the paint down to the bare metal. Also the rear axle seemed to be bent. I refuse to accept the package considering I purchased a new unit and expected a new unit not one that had to be repaired immediately. Shortly after, a few days later I received a call from Motobuys customer service representative stating that I had to pick up the unit and that they were not going to return it because of the shipping policy says that if there's minor damage the buyer still has to accept delivery and they will assess whether or not they're willing to return it or repair it based on how severe the damages. Instead of having shipping insurance or some sort of process in place to ensure that the customer is protected especially on a close to $5,000 purchase they expected me to go to the shipping company and pick it up within an hour of the phone call in the middle of a work week at 1pm. The customer service rep said if I didn't I would be charged the shipping fees. After everything was said and done they refunded me everything except the shipping fees which amounted to $1,032. So now I'm $1,032 out without a unit. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and the expectations of this company delivering a damaged unit. The fact that they have their shipping policy disclosure the way they do you can expect every unit is going to have damage because of their handling methods for shipping. I highly highly highly recommend buying local so that you can see the completed unit and ensure that you have a customer service experience better than mine.
