I bought to many things 2 months ago.
I still don't get anything.
I tried so many times to contact them they said they will see where is my order.after a while they stopped responding me.
Now I don't have the money back and I don't have the order.they are big liars.
I have purchased two dresses online from Modanisa in November and the cargo Company FedEx driver delivered my package to some wrong address. The picture on fedex proof of delivery is not my door. I reached out to Modanisa explaining my issue and today is December 31, they still haven't resolved my issues. I have been checking my status with them almost every other day and they have been very incompetent. I reached out to FedEx and they mentioned that Modanisa needed to file a case since they did a direct business with them. My credit card company has billed me already and I have been going through a nightmare with how Modanisa has been handling my situations.The only way I can reach out to them is through chat and each time is a random person. I just want to let my word out that, you will have to go through the worst nightmare with Modanisa if your package gets misplaced or lost

Worst service ever! I received a defective product with nails in it and badly injured my foot while trying it. They didn't even apologize and it took them 3 weeks agree to give me a refund, but insead they used my card info without authorization to deduct the price of the product from my account all over again. When I checked with them they denied that, until I had to contact my bank to deal with them and they helped me get back my money.
Be careful, such a deceitful company, and storing your credit card info is unsafe.

I made so many purchases from Modanisa but they have very bad services nowadays, because i made an order and when i receive it i discovered one item was defected and the other item was very very very bad chemical odor. Therefore, i decided to return it, so, I shipped both items through ups and they receive it. Online says refund was completed on November 18, but they never refund my money. Although, i contact them many times through whatsapp, many emails but no response and this is the return number *******.
Although they charged my 10 dollars for shipping and I'm totally disappointed
Note, I contact my credit card and they told me there is nothing wrong from my side.

Their fabrics on their clothes are the worst.When they say that their item is cotton it is not.Modanisa gives the worst quality of items,with the worst cuts and the strings are hanging all over their clothes.A little better are Nacchos tunics for women,but nothing to impress you neither,they also have defects in the way they are cut too.

I selected many items from the website, from dresses to scarfs. The prices was converted from US to Australian $ the website says shipping free for orders over $90 AUS I chose my items and was ready to submit when I was surprised buy the increased cost of each item! I went back to basket and the cost was in AUS dollars not US then they added $27 shipping cost and changed the free shipping to $120. I thought it OK as my order was just $116, selected more items that came up to $176 again submit to pay and I was shocked to see my items increased in price and still charging me shipping, went back again to the website to see the free shipping was minimum $200! You guys are absolutely a joke! Waste of time scamers! That what made me come here to see customer reviews and for me to warn others! I'd rather buy from SHIEN with excellent service and honest prices without hiding costs.

This is my second review for Modanisa, because after 20 days still i didn't receive the full refund and i lost 312 emirati dirham. I ordered clothes and belts from modanisa the belt was broken clothes had gaps in stitches. Contacted then and they kept saying email here and there and kept going arpund in circles they still have not resolved the issue. Dont buy from here

The products either have defects or bad quality/ not as expected and wrong size majority of them run smaller than it should be.
After 10 days of opening a case and sending all the pictures proof needed, i received an automatic email says that the case is closed and the issue is resolved.!
Not to mention that the return policy is a joke, you need to pay 10$ for the return no matter what the reason (and if the package wasn't accepted in turkey, it is your problem then to send it back for an other 10$ or not)
It was the first purchase and definitely the last one too.

Don't bother if you live in out of Turkey as you wont be able to ship the goods back to them. I ordered 3 coat and 3 of them supposed to be same size while only 1 was the expected size. Besides you CANNOT CHANGE once you PLACED AN ORDER FROM THEM as their respond is "they ship directly from warehouse thus they cant change anything!" Never ever again, i cant waste more money there. GET YOUR items from SHEIN better business practice i believe! DO you know also they don't allow me to put my review on their website at all as their business to be not affected!
Ohh I forgot to mention as you can see my order size is 5XL and 54 which is approximately same, and they came as Medium size not even XL. Lol. Thankfully i can relief myself as 1 of the coats fit! Which has horrible quality scratchy elastic fabric on the wrists!

THEY ARE THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE At first I was excited to find a site with such a huge modest Muslim clothing on one site and very reasonable pricing. Very disappointed with the feedback absolutely ridiculous,
I tryed up put an order in with a 15% off coupon on the app and it wasn't even letting me secure my order kept saying error accured, i get in contact with modanisa waited 2 days on a reply and all i get back is the error has not happened on our side get in contact with your bank, what has my bank got to do with this when the app wouldnt let me secure my order before i could put my card details in ridiculous very annoyed with modanisa why are you given out coupons when there don't work poor customer service

Since my previous review they have now changed the return procedure it's really easy and quick you automatically receive a return label and stick it to your package. They deduce around 10 euros for shipping fees but it's ok as long as I can send stuff back when I'm not pleased with the purchase.

I had been excited to try out a new company with modest fashion but I was seriously disappointed with the quality of the items I had received (including the smell of cigarette smoke in all of my items!) and the experience I had with trying to return my items. When I first opened my package, I immediately could see the low quality of the fabric and stitching — however, I did know that it was cheap prices and could have been a possibility. What was unpleasantly surprising was the smell of cigarette smoke in each article of clothing. Due to this (and especially because that smell is hard to get out), I wanted to return my items. I used their Easy Return Center and had multiple pages with errors. Then, I could not access my return form or shipping label. I tried reaching out to customer service on Whatsapp without luck and only received auto-generated responses that claimed there was no return shipping info for the order number that I gave. I tried to call their customer service number but was never able to reach them. Now I am stuck with items I do not want, can't return them, and can't get a refund. I definitely will not be shopping with them again and will be telling my friends to avoid their company.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
