I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them because quality Is poor and torn dresses. Hard to get money back refund and we have to pay for the return delivery. I wish I could give them no stars at all.
They stole my money. I made order that cost more than $750 month and half ago. I didn't get it until now. I contacted them several time and they just telling me that they are working on solving my problem, but nothing is happened. What should I do? How can get my money back.

Update: I was contacted by a customer service rep who helped start a return and I got full refund for the item I returned and partial for the one I washed. That's why I added 2 stars extra. Also the credibility of their adverts have improved with time so I still go there to order Islamic wears. I bought a $55 dress only to get one with a low quality and a different colour. The dress washed out and started pulling wool after just one wash. A whole $55. I also bought another a burin dress for $42 which was not only poorly sewn but tore the third time I wore it because there were loose thread hanging around it that I kept cutting off. I have bought several stuffs from them but the bad quality on cheap items doesn't annoy if not that on high priced items. Please be careful buying from them. My recent order number is *******.

I had to return my order I had to call customer service to ask about my refund many many times and every time they gave me different answers: we have received your order but we need to send it back to Turkey! Then we didn't receive your order ( I don't know the truth)! Never had issues ordering from Modanisa until my recent order where the company did NOT ship two of the items I paid for. I reached out and told them I didn't receive two of the suits and they said that in their system it shows it was sent and delivered and asked me to send a photo. A photo of what? The items I did NOT receive. They STOLE my money and did not send me the items I paid for. If i can give them 0 stars i would. Most of there description on their products is not very accurate including the size. Cheap material, inaccurate size, and most of all their customer service is crap. They don't answer the phone, and when you decide to return the items because it dose not match what the ad says for the size and description they make you pay for the shipping when its there fault. They make you take so many pictures of the product and they don't take ownership of their mistake. Never dealing with those people. They did not refund me my money nor paid for the shipping because its their mistake. Customer service is 0 with this website.

This company is a scam! This is a warning to all Canadian customers, DON'T BUY MODANISA CLOTHES! And true to size except one of them the sleeve was tight, May be I am chunkier on my arms.

Fast shipping and beautiful quality clothes for a good price! And about sizes, they are usually true to size, you just have to know your own size and go by the measurments they have.

I ordered a skirt that based on the picture of the website showed long skirt. The skirt I got was short and falls just below my knee. When I emailed the company, all I got was an email giving a reference number. Since then I emailed back but didn't get any feedback from them. Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
