I have purchased two dresses online from Modanisa in November and the cargo Company FedEx driver delivered my package to some wrong address. The picture on fedex proof of delivery is not my door. I reached out to Modanisa explaining my issue and today is December 31, they still haven't resolved my issues. I have been checking my status with them almost every other day and they have been very incompetent. I reached out to FedEx and they mentioned that Modanisa needed to file a case since they did a direct business with them. My credit card company has billed me already and I have been going through a nightmare with how Modanisa has been handling my situations.The only way I can reach out to them is through chat and each time is a random person. I just want to let my word out that, you will have to go through the worst nightmare with Modanisa if your package gets misplaced or lost
