I purchased something for my wife, thinking it would be somewhat quality product but it was made of cheap fabric, on top when the ups guy came to my door i had to pay 27 dollars in custom fees for the item that i purchased for 22$, I contacted them to stop my second shipment which was done yesterday so i didnt wanna receive that and save me a big hassle to return it back, Even though i lost money on the first order, i am afraid if they will refund me now for my second order, i am going to call my bank and they can sort this mess out, DO NOT BUY FROM MODANISA.

The first time i ordered from Modanisa was 8 months ago and i'm absolutely in love with it! Since then i bought 12 dresses, 10 hijab, and a jeans. This is all i got since June 5th "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." I called few times to inquire about my order, and they keep telling me your shipping will arrive in two days... still waiting. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don't think i will ever shop with them...

I made my order and they had charged me two times for the same order, I emailed several time so I got refund for the mistake charges back but never got my shipment, called customer service and he informed me that they canceled my order and I need to contact them again to get my money back, and he told me that all tunics I ordered are out of stock now, sure they should be out, it has been over two weeks now, and I don t think I will see my money again :(

I ordered from Modanisa two weeks before leaving USA. Even though I contacted the customer service in advance to express my concerns about having the order delivered on time and was reassured about delivery in 3-5 business days, I never got it. Ten days after placing the order, I realized the order was not even shipped or arrived ups. I called and had to cancel, and currently waiting for a refund. Very disappointed!

They are pretty smart with that checking out and making it seem like an error happened when nothing was going wrong and then when it said if you use this amount of money or more than you get free shipping but then when I went on the basket section and scrolled down the price was very high and I only put 2 cheap clothing items in the basket, but I just was like they're a "good" they know what they're doing and so I continued with the whole purchasing process and then it starts telling me there was an error and something to check with my bank and so I went back and substituted those 2 items with 1 item that was very cheap and I checked if it would let me this time and it still said the same thing and I was like how much money is in this credit card and never blamed the company thinking I was doing something wrong. NEVER BUY FROM THIS $#*!TY COMPANY.

This is the worst company i have dealt with! I received a top with a lovely parrot design, however it had black dots all over and i thought it maybe just due to chalk from when it got designed, so i popped it in the washing machine on 30°c. When it came out, the spots were worse abd smuched and the design had peeled off nearly completely. I rang the company to complain and i was asked to email so i did, i had an email saying we will get back to you the next working day but im still waiting and this wad over a month ago! I rang twice after just to be told each time we will get back to you and solve it. Its all rubbish! Im still waiting. Its such a bad company, they have zero custoner service skills and the products are faulty. Dont buy from them whatever you do! Im warning you!

An fortunately I ordered 2 dresses. Both of them are very small from the size on their chart.
I ordered 48 and it did not even enter my head, which proved it is completely wrong size.
I spent over 375 Canadian dollars and I did not get any respond from them.
There is over 8 emails between us.
The problem is that If I pay shipment I have to pay double price just for shipment.

Appalling Customer Service! Worst I have experienced whilst doing shopping online. Whilst there is decent support available for placing the order and getting money from customers, the refund and return process is awful. Once I received a shirt which was pen-marked and I needed to send back defective item to Turkey on my own cost. Now, when they have alleged UK warehouse for returns, the process is not any better. Still awaiting my refund 2 weeks after sending my parcel. Have provided tracking number and proof of delivery on 3 occasions and every time I have been promised to hear back from them in 2-3 days, but nothing happens. My query about incorrect charge for my order is dwelling without response for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I received and automated message thanking me for my patience and advising that they still look into my query. Please avoid! Complete time wasters. Better add few extra pounds and buy from UK local modest fashion brands like INAYAH etc. Quality of the merchandise is quite questionable. You get what you pay for. Order number *******

First of all the Quality is less than zero point! It was second hand product they just put their own cheap label. Size was too large from measured size. I was expecting. The material product is old and smells like dampness.

I brought 2 outfits from this company and my friend messaged me so they would fit me.
However when they were received by myself and I tried them on they absolutely drowned me in size and length.
I returned both out fits back even though I had to try and get a return form myself as no paperwork what so ever in parcel.
The cost of both outfits were £82 which is a lot of money and it's been over 3 weeks and have not received a penny.
I have emailed and even got a lady to call me for her to say every time I don't speak English and hang up very good customer care.
All I want is my money I'm owed back as they have received them by no I know.

Their sizes fit too small. Their customer service is pretty much does not exist. They advice me the sizing based on that I set my order. It is too small. They expect for me to pay the shipping fee which is over $200Usd. The also charge me additional custom fee.
Stay away from this site. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this company.

If there is less than one star I would give nothing. Very bad return policy even if they made a size mistake. I bought many items from Modanisa and evry time I buy over 8 items in one transaction and every time I receive an order it has to be 3 or 4 items smaller size, I have contacted them and sent them a proof of size measurements with a pic, they refunded me half the cost. Then next orders I thought I have to order 3 or 4 sizes bigger just to be on the safe side but unfortunately I got my dress wich costed me $115 way too small, I'm size 42 I ordered 48 due to previous size problems but it again way too small, no communication with customer service no help for their own mistakes all they said was you have to return on your own cost and you have to add 4 cm on each size chart available. I added 3 dress sizes and yet didn't fit. If you want to get a good quality go somewhere else and stay away from Modanisa all thier clothing are cheap china made not Europe as they described and proof of that are sizes are nothing to do with Europe size.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
