I ordered twice from Modanisa.com. 1st time things were delayed with extra 5 days so i got them after 10 days.And I had to pay Customs to Aramex in order to get my things. Colours were same as in the pics, but cut n sizes were very strange. 3 dresses were my size but about 15cm shorter than it was written on the site.And the %100 linnen trousers and coat looked very dull and cheap-on the site looked so wow n both costs $150 total.
I didn't return the items cz i managed to fix them by myself and actually wear them.
After couple of months i looked into the site again (second time a fool). Saw "buy 2 get 1 free". Hence i ordered few sheilas. Again delayed delivery(12 days total) and colours for the sheilas/turbans were same but quality is very very cheap one.And the cost per piece is 35$ each.
Prices in TL are waaaay lower compared to the $. I wrote on their Instagram page to ask why is that, but the answer was non-logical-"our prices are converted as per the place from where you order". So I live in Qatar, does that mean that you have to make the price almost 4 times than it actual is?
And the quality is really low and cheap, I would not given for such sheila more than $5 and this compared to the standard of quality here in Qatar.
My advise is no one should order from Modanisa.com-cheap quality, highly over-priced, not worthed at all, and not to mention the delay of the delivery.
Ive baught a few things from the site. One of the Abaya/dress had a hole in one of the pockets. I baught a topcoat in khaki color and it came in a mucus green. On top of that, the pictures showed it had pockets, but in reality there were not actual pocktes. There ere stripes printed on that area instead. (idk how to explain this). I baught a sidebag which had a cardboard feel to it and and another abaya/dress i got was short even though i wear that size and i have ordered that size beofre. I also baught a vest in Large as a gift and it camelooking like an Xs NOT in accordance to the size chart. This site is really just a usllay miss, sometimes hit. You justhave to keep yourexpectation really low and only spend money on sale items so you arent spending too much money on dissapointment. Only pay alot for something if you are 100 percent sure it will come as you think. Be careful and happy shopping...(eh)

I was very skeptical as most online clothes I bought the quality was very bad. So I have steered away from internet shopping for clothing as a result for many years. When I came across Modanisa I was attracted with the Islamic design clothing. So first time I ordered 1 pants and few Hijabs, the delivery was fast, size perfect as indicated and amazing quality of stitching and material (I usually choose natural material cotton or bamboo)
And Now I did my next order also timidly and ordered a few dresses, all came on time and the quality- I am still super amazed, very high quality, haven't seen this quality in long long time in any of the brands you find in the malls.
Just be careful returns and exchanges is not easy (you have to pay to return items), I made sure I have a tape measure and choose carefully, so if you want things baggy look at the design and they point out what size is the model wearing and on some, they even give you the model size, so you can guess the proper fit you want for yourself based on the size and design of the dress shown on the model and then adjust to your measurements.
Sizes I ordered varied: 40,42 and XL all fit exactly as I wanted them, because I took time studying the dress sizing on the model, and the measuring tape on myself (remember its not only size but the model/design of the dress/pants).

Misled- Horrible Customer Service
I ordered from Modanisa, even after reading bad reviews. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. As I was shopping on my computer, I noticed at the top of their website it said "15% off your first order when you use our Mobile APP". So I downloaded the mobile app, and shopping on my Mobile phone. My total of $500.76. At the time of checkout, the 15% did not apply. When i clicked under "My coupons" i saw something had been applied automatically, and assumed it was the 15%. Until my order was completed, I noticed it was NOT the 15% they promised, it was "free shipping". That is not the worst part. When I contacted the customer service help, they were very dry, and informed me that since the "free shipping" was applied, They cannot apply the 15%. I informed that I would rather pay the shipping and get 15% off my order since I spent over $500. They still did not care about my concerns. NOW i am returning my entire order, even if I have to pay to ship it back internationally. It's the PRINCIPLE. It's not about the money. Clearly, Modanisa DOES NOT value their customers. I'm very ashamed that I ordered from this company and actually spent the amount of money that I did. It takes a lot for me to make my concerns public, which is why I attempted to contact them and make things better, but they did not want to work with me, so it led to me posting a public negative experience.
Also, the cart is misleading-- when you put 2 items by mistake in your cart (because the mobile app takes time to load sometimes), it does not show you have entered 2 of the same items. It shows it as a SEPARATE item so that you are not recognizing that your cart has it twice.
I would NOT recommend ordering from here. DO NOT order, trust me.

Despite our last deception, we placed another order this week (March 2018) and this time I would like to express our gratitude to Modanisa for the fast delivery (less than one week) and the quality of the received items.
History:
I made an order beginning of August 2017 but they sent me the wrong article and despite my different email and contacts I haven't received any response for more then one and a half month, BE AWARE THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I highly recommend to not buy anything from them.
Update1: even the response from Modanisa shows the non respect that they have regarding their customers and the bad quality of service provided by this company. They asked for the order number although I provided more than 10 times to their support (if it exists).
Update2: As mentioned by the last response from Modanisa, yes I was finally refunded but I think that I had to not wait all this time and spend all this effort for a simple return request especially that the mistake was in their side (wrong delivery). If you compare what other online shops in Germany offer you as quality of service you realize how bad is the one offered by Modanisa. Even without any delivery error you can easily (and free) with these shops return an item just because it does not look like you expected. My message to Modanisa is: if you don't work on improving your quality of service and if you don't offer a process to easily return non desired items, you will lose all your customers soon or later.

I like the products, but be careful you need to READ the size on each product because if you want to return the Item, if cost you $20 us dollars you will pay $120 to return and you end it to keep it!

Such a disappointment. I had high hopes but when ordering omg I saw how unprofessional, low quality their products are and how their dis-regard fit customer care is ruining their business.
My order took a very long time to arrive, when arrived items were missing and one of the items was not as picture indicated (Low quality, cheap material) or to the size specified.
I notified Modanisa immediately to only be ignored for a few weeks. To then be told my issue has been resolved without ever having exchanged with me to understand the issue. After raising again, and being ignored for weeks I was told they've looked at photos sent and they can confirm there's no issue. That was shocking as I'd never sent any photos! So clearly they were making it up, and trying to dismiss the issue and the error on their side. A few circles of chasing and them telling me they've closed issue. Thrn they tell me they have checked video footage and I should have raised it immediately. Again I did all if that and there's been no real evidence of video footage, if there was where is my paid for item? They seemed to then blamed the courier. It's been months and the issue still unresolved.
I have been extremely disappointed with Modanisa. They bring shame onto this part of the modest fashion industry. Unfortunately it forces us to continue to shop in high street stores and not trust in true entrepreneurs.
I hope my issue gets resolved until then it's a zero rating and advice to all to steer clear. Products are bad, customer service non existence and shocking, just want your money no customer care, no way to really get in touch or corespond (took me ages and a few attempts via different routes). STEER CLEAR. ROB YOU AND GIVE POOR PRODUCTS. REFUND POLICY NOT ADHERED, plus they make it hard to even consider. I requested refund to be ignored.

Placed an order 2017-10-29 for almost 700EUR.
After waiting 1 month without any information about the order, i checked the UPS tracking-link and realized that they claimed they had tried to deliver the order 3 times without luck and had contacted Modanisa who sad that they wanted the delivery back.
I got absolutely no delivery tries, no information that my package had arived and no call or mail from either UPS or Modanisa!
When Modanisa payed back my money, they payed 50EUR less for the return shipping!
I tried to make them understand that i never returned anything, that i simply didnt recieved them, and asked why i should pay 50EUR for a delivery i never got.
It has been almost 5 months now, and they never answer my questions, doesnt answer my mails for weeks, talks veru rude on the customer support and keeps closing the issue so i have to reopen it time after time!
I have given up now, and will never ever buy from them again!

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order.
