I purchased $208 worth of clotjing, of which $84 of it I could not fit. The x-large I ordered fit like a small. In oder yo return items I would have topay $72 kn shipping back to Turkey. It felt like I flushed my hard earned money down the toilet. Customer service had no resolution for me. I advise everyone to stay away from MODANISA. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. AM KEEPING MY MONEY IN THE UNITED STATES.
They take your money and do not send your order. Have sent them 100's of emails and numerous of phone calls and no one resolves your problem. They are just a dishonesty company... never to order!

I ordered navy blue unlined suit Benin in size UK14, the label on the garment also shows its size UK14, but it's way bigger in measurement, when I measured it with measuring tape it's chest is 50" and hips also 50", I ordered size UK14 as per Modanisa size chart, which suggests size 14 has chest 39" and hips 41". And Size UK14 as per international size chart on Modanisa is equivalent to XL. I wrote them but they didn't respond.

I ordered from Modanisa 3 times and they were good in the last 3 years hence I ordered again but I regret it this time.
My order was in 23/04/2018 and the expected day to deliver was 30/03/18 and until now I didn't receive the order.
In the beginning, the tracking option says that they failed to deliver because of the bad address! Even though they had delivered before to the same address! Plus they used to send me a text message to inform me that they will deliver on that certain day at that certain time. This time I didn't receive anything! And they lie and say bad address!
I emailed them, they replied that they will attempt a second delivery as if there was a first delivery! What a joke!
Since this email, I am waiting for my order
To be delivered and I send a dozen of emails to them with NO response!
Its a month now and they also stopped the tracking option so I don't know what happen to my order and my money.
DON'T shop with them, they were good in the past, but now, they don't ship to the UK, they don't respond, They don't respect the clients and they only steal your money.

I made my order and they had charged me two times for the same order, I emailed several time so I got refund for the mistake charges back but never got my shipment, called customer service and he informed me that they canceled my order and I need to contact them again to get my money back, and he told me that all tunics I ordered are out of stock now, sure they should be out, it has been over two weeks now, and I don t think I will see my money again :(

I made an order in ramadan to receive it before eid so that i can wear them on eid. The "cash on delivery" service was still available to lebanon. After 2 days they cancel this service and i they didn't inform me, nor my sister in law and my cousin who also ordered when the cash on delivery was still available. They didn't contact us to tell us that your order wont be delivered, i have waited for more than 20 days and I contacted them through and email, after a week which was yesterday they reply saying that my order was not delivered but returned back.

I received a dress that according to the size chart attached online would fit me at a size 10-12 in US size and 44 in European size. However, when I received the dress it said on the tag size 8 and 42 in European size. This was too tight, and I couldn't wear it. Not a problem mistakes happen. So, I called Modanisa customer support and the gentlemen instructed me to take pictures of the garment signifying it is the wrong size and email it to Modanisa. So, I go ahead and sent an email and was told to wait 5 to 7 business days to hear back. So, I waited, but since I'm leaving the country and I read other reviews on this website that others have had issues getting refunds resolved, this made me hasty after 7 days and I did not hear back. I started calling Modanisa daily and letting them know this was an urgent issue and I was leaving the country and wouldn't have contact or internet access. The customer support line kept assuring me that they were sending it higher up and someone was working to resolve the issue. I'm not sure how complicated it could be to resolve the issue. They clearly sent the wrong size and I need a refund. So, after two weeks of waiting I finally received an email, requesting me to send picture of the garment. Which I already have done. I sent another email today with the same pictures I sent before. I am posting this in hopes that Modanisa responds as it seems they respond to these reviews faster than they respond to emails. I don't have two more weeks to wait for an email I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hello, I ordered on 20th July 2020 from Modanisa for Eid. They promised to order before 25th July for guaranteed delivery before Eid. Just imagine, on 25th July they called and told "YOUR FULL ORDER IS CANCELLED as 1 item ran out of stock and 1 item is defected"... i requested the customer service agent to deliver me my rest of items (6 items) but he said no sorry its not our policy... OMG, are you looking for a turkish or iranian style pardesuss / kap / manteau / trenchcoat / long jacket?. This turkish website has heaps to choose from, and they have an English version of their website, and international shipping.
I was so happy to find this website, and even happier that they don't muck around.
You might need to translate a few turkish words here and there on the site,

*most of the Brands that modanisa stocks, well, their sizing is 'slim fitting' (see models in the photos) so, for extra modesty I personally choose a size up, but recommend always to check size charts.

*8 days Turnaround from Turkey to NZ, no shipping issues as of yet, alhamdulillah.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
