Paid extra for express shipping. After a week, package is still sitting at the fedex in the UK. Reached out to customer service twice, first representative never followed up. Second representative pushed the task to reach out to FedEx to me. After going back and forth in message for 30 minutes in a live chat that should have only taken 3-5 minutes, but the representative was no responsive, Luis (supervisor) reached out via email. I was offered a $10 discount code for the inconvenience… as if I will EVER order from this company again.
I purchased three items in March and paid for express shipping because I needed them quickly for a trip. It took 2 days longer than it said it would, but I ordered before the weekend and it got here before I was supposed to leave for the trip so I brushed it off. Still though, that was the first strike. The quality of the two cheaper pieces was so-so, but the $48 faux leather dress I bought was horrendous. It smelled like fish upon opening. Strike two. I try to set up a return, still within the window of allowed time, and had to pay $8.25 for the label. I've never seen that in all my time of online shopping. Still though, I paid for it because being out $8 is better than $48. I take it to the post office and they literally gave me a FAKE shipping label. There's no contact or help information, and Missguided customer support has ghosted me on the matter. So, aside from the awful quality and odd smells, BEWARE if you want to make a return, they'll just scam you for even more money!
Honestly after submitting my order, I was nervous because I hate shopping online and I read the negative reviews. But really, I ordered 4 dresses, all size 6 and it fit true to size and looks great! I love each dress and will not be returning any of them and they came in a timely manner with express shipping. I couldnt risk doing standard shipping bc my graduation is this Friday but it came in 4 business days after ordering which is really fast. So all in all a great online shop :)
Their return policy is one of the worst I've ever seen for U.S. customers. The items do not arrive as pictured. The material is poor quality and cheap. They have awful customer service. Do not purchase from this site!
I used the chat feature on 1/24/22 that ended at 11:19 pm est. I ordered a green maxi sweater dress, they sent me a black crop top. The chat with Pamela was painful. They are SCAMMERS. I Tried to get them to resend my dress that still appears on their site in stock. Pamela said its not in stock and the website is not up to date. What type of site doesn't know the inventory. Worst experience. Do not order from these scammers. I'm paying $40 for a crop top, ridiculous. They didn't care, don't waste your money!
I ordered a black blazer in January. I emailed them today because I have not received my merchandise. I was informed that it was sold out yet nobody reached out to me to let me know. Now we are haggling over my refund. They are refusing to process my refund unless I provide information that I do not feel comfortable providing. Save your money do not do business with these people. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in America as well.
This was my first time ordering from them and I placed my order on 11/29. It says on their website if I ordered before 12/9 my stuff would arrive before Christmas. It did not arrive and matter of fact, it's been in the same place since 12/23 and hasn't even reached USPS. I have complained many times and they told me to wait until the end of last week and since it's now Tuesday, they continue to tell me to wait. They thankfully refunded the shipping I paid and I Insisted they give me a free return label for this bulls*it. Don't order from here. I also have read the reviews that their closing is garbage. You have better luck on shein as they actually have your clothes arrive and sometimes isn't bad quality.
This was really messed up. I spent DAYS carefully building my shopping cart and shopping for myself and my family (gifts). I finally placed the order, and received a confirmation email. Almost a whole WEEK later, I started to get worried because I received NO update about my order. So I reached out to the "chat" option on the website. She told me "Sorry, it seems like your whole order is out of stock."
Like, what? What on earth? So they would have never informed me unless I reached out to them? A whole week later? This was messed up and so irresponsible of them.
Missguided is a horrible vendors, long story short. Several years ago i began purchasing clothes with misguided i found the clothes and service to be reasonable. But later on they started charging almost twice the original cost of your clothes as import fees charged by a company called skynet which charges over 70% of the original price of the clothes you purchased. So imagine buying a single item for 40 plus the 11 shipping fees and then skient charges you 40$ minimum for customs fees and in my case I ended up paying more than 160$ for customs fees and since then I have started going to other vendors like pretty little who sometimes have reasonable prices and don't charge you customs fees once your package is in Canada.
Missguided works with the worst shipping company that i've ever seen: Skynet. Their website looks hella sketchy and poorly made. Not only that but they charged me 42$ which is more than 50% the price of my order. Outstanding fees. They pretend it's because of canada's customs but it's not because skynet is not a verified carrier ( meaning they can't give you a fee to pay by text like dhl for example) based on canada post. Beware when buying because you'll most likely get fees ( that the company makes you pay, not because of customs). I will open a dispute because this is ridiculous.
Waited 5 weeks for my order and finally opened my package that was supposed to be three items to find an ugly $#*! brown dress, not what I ordered. I ended up having to pay to ship back the ugly dress that was completely their mistake not mine. I will never order from this crap company again
Lost over $400 from order that wasn't delivered. Customer service wont help and says, due to the changes in ownership of Missguided, the administrators are not in a position to honor my unfulfilled order or refund me the cost.
I ordered a dress for my gf on 12-03-21 and it was lost in transit. It was shipped from the UK and evidently was tendered to DHL. I called Missguided customer service today, 12-17-21. They wanted to give me an $8 code for a future order. REALLY? I informed them I will never order from Missguided again. Do not do business with Missguided. William Schulte
I order clothes/shoe total $200+. I also paid for express shipping so I could get my package on time. I order on 12/22/21. I was not able to track my order. I contacted customer service 4 times, every time I contact them they would say it will be there in few days and never received my order. When I reached out again they said the package was lost. If I haven't contacted them I would just be waiting for my package. They never reach out or send emails updating about my order. Also, they said some of the item are out of stock and can not do replacement. This was a crazy bad experiences.
I have had the worst experience with this company. This is the third time I have made a purchase and have still never got my orders. I should have know not to trust them but I wanted to try one more time because I use to love this company. No more will I order from here, this is a scam and will not take the time to help you. I spoke to Samukelis and told me there needs to be investigation? I'm sorry for what? You can see that my items have not been processed so all I need a refund. Of course they said someone will be in contact but I already know there will not be. So save your money, this is not worth it.
Shipping took over 2 weeks. Also the boots arrived damaged with scratches and marks. Thankfully I got a decent representative that gave me a full refund without having to pay to ship the item back. Which is already a ridiculous rule. Never buying from them again though. I'd rather avoid this from repeating.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
God I wish I never bought from them. $200 I'll never get back. DISGUSTED with my purchase, horrible material, doesn't look like the pictures, untrue sizing, rude customer service. Wow I'm in awe. I wish I read reviews first. Buy from SHEIN to save some money and get better quality of clothes. So so so so so awfully disappointed. They literally said that their sizing might range from size to being more like a size 6! That's ridiculous! Why even have the size guidelines if they don't make any actual reference to the sizing! This company is a total joke.
After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
First off, the website is extremely misleading. Each item they style so nicely on the models, but you get them in person and the quality is horrible. I wish I would have read reviews and saved my money. 2 of the items I purchased were makeup bags that, unbeknownst to me, were ineligible for return because they are classified as beauty items and "beauty items are non-returnable items". I feel as though I have been deceived and I will never order from this company again, lesson learned. Customer service was not helpful, and I have to now PAY to return these cheap items. There is clearly a reason why they don't have a spot for returns on their website... they are trying to hide their customers reviews and opinions (which is enough of a red flag for me, I almost ALWAYS go off of reviews before ordering an item. My mistake this time).
