This is the worst company ever and I want to warn everyone about them. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from these incompetent people. Basically I ordered a skirt, they sent me the wrong item. Completely different. The skirt I ordered was white XS they sent me a pink dress size XL. Such a huge mistake to make. I wanted this skirt for my engagement party that was a few weeks away. Anyways, I spoke to them and they said that when I ordered the skirt the skirt had already gone out of order after I paid. So they just sent me anything that was lying around. What kind of a company would do such a thing? This was in February and they have assured me that I will be refunded. But I have yet to receive my refund. I honestly don't have the energy to deal with these people anymore. Save yourself the headache and don't buy.

Stay Away!

The customer service department is a nightmare. I am still waiting for a refund for a dress that I returned because it was too big for my daughter. The tags were still on it and I returned it within 7 days per their instructions. I have basically given up hope that they can handle this and will lodging a dispute with my credit card company. Get a dress somewhere else. There are too many other choices out there to risk ordering from them.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Their sizing on the site is not a reflection of their clothing. The measurements are COMPLETELY wrong. I had to make 3 returns at my own cost because i kept going by their sizing until i complained to customer service and they had no response. On top of having to pay for returns due to their negligence, their customs fees are ridiculous! They promote their site and clothing with sales but it makes no difference because the duties fees are so expensive. Will not shop here again I love dealing with Asos. The customer service at missguided sucks too. They are incompetent and just give the bare minimum info required.

I was excited when I found my dream coat on sale Christmas Eve! I ordered it and had it sent their cheapest shipping and anxiously awaited its arrival. In the mean time I read the reviews on here and got real scared. Fears where confirmed when I was delivered a teeny tiny bag... not a coat. A pretty scandalous dress instead. I went onto the us fb page and sent a PM right away. With in an hour I had a response with instruction on how to fix it. Today I received my coat! They sent it express and I had a absolutely lovely customer service experience via fb.

Terrible Shipping

I placed my order two weeks ago. I contacted missguided several times and they always say the same thing: contact the courier yourself. They don't care about their customers at all. I still haven't received my package and the courier does not have a number from the US and no one at missguided wants to help me track it.

Lost my package
May 22, 2021

It took over a month before they came to the conclusion that they lost my package and they couldn't even replace any of my items because at that point they were all out of stock. I did get all my money back but I will not be ordering from them again.

Missguided advertises prices on their website, with a 50% off sale. When you receive the receipt, all of a sudden the prices jump up significantly from what they are advertising. I reached out to Customer Service, and was told that their "prices are subject to change"... apparently WHILE you are checking out! This company is a total joke with their customer service. How misleading to switch the price on someone as they are paying for that item. Shame on you.

Thieves. No réponse to email or Facebook comments or instagram posts. Simply thieves
Who ever was in a similar situation contact a lawyer or consumer affairs. And avoid this scam website

I bought a pair of jeans from Missguided which was too large so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. So I went through the return process. First of all, they offer no exchange option. Which is ok just not convenient. Secondly I have to pay for the shipping, which is too bad but fine since they do not offer free returns. The wacky part is that I had to pay for the return label by credit card! Who does that? Common sense is that the postal return amount is subtracted from my original purchase or I pay in the UPS store so I have a receipt of payment! Very disappointing. I decided to drop the exchange option completely and I will not buy anything from Missguided ever again.

Custumer service is horrible. Shipping takes forever. No tracking number. I ordered a package NEVER received it. Still waiting to hear back from customer service now. Would never order from here especially if you live in the US!

If you are based in Canada, do not buy from this website! There are hidden fees!

I paid $6 for shipping fee on top of my $46 value of the goods. Then, a few days later received an email from a shipping company, skynet that my shipment has entered canada and I owe them $25 for them to release my things. That's kore than 50% of my goods value and I thought I have paid for shipping!?

After multiple efforts finally got a detailed invoice and turned out I was charged for warehouse, processing, etc when the custom and tax were only around $10.

Now i'm stuck! I must pay this extra cost or I wont get anything. I emailed them to complain and ask for refund as now I dont want it at all and their customer service team never replied to my email. What a rip off.

Worst service
August 22, 2017

I had an absolute terrible experience with this company. Sent the wrong size and now to get the correct size I have to pay full price when the original purchase was 1/2 off. The only way to contact anyone is through their "chat" service, which is a JOKE. Roxanne was my representative and she was ZERO help and was so rude. She just talked in circles the whole time. I will never order from here again. Such a ripoff. There needs to be some serious changes, all negative reviews. Wish I listened to everyone complaining about what a crappy company this was. Would've saved a lot of money and time. Never again will I order from them. Save your money everyone

So I'm going to Hawaii for Christmas and I stumbled upon misguided and they have super cute suits plus a student discount! I ordered three suits and qualified for free 2 day shipping(which it's from U. K.) and I'm in the u. S so it was just faster then normal not actually 2-days... but I figuired that anyways. I loved all my suits! There super good quality, all fit nicely. After I order them I saw tons of bad reviews especially on YouTube so I was like oh great lol. But everything went smoothly! And I love!

I bought things from the Madison Beer collaboration and noticed that they dropped the prices of some of the items I bought. For example, the blazer dress was $102 USD on launch day and now its $85. I contacted them-Missguided refused to make a price adjustment or offer a store credit. Its quite shady to overcharge those fans/customers who bought things when they first launch.

I purchased a shoe from Missguided US for $15.60 CAD. The site is great & easy to navigate. You can view the prices in CAD. They have a great collection of clothes & shoes. Shipping is free to US & Canada. Their prices also include duties which is great! The delivery is fast, shoes were lovely and good quality. I've placed another order with them.

They have cute clothes that's why my family and I spent $400 all together since we got 60% off and got play boy items but the customer service was terrible, took 12 days with many complications to only pay the customs which I got dinged $129.55. Takes up to 6 weeks to get to Canadians, don't even bother.

A TOTAL SCAM

Do not order off of this website. They market to college kids offering huge discounts but neglect to warn them of the 30% import and taxes they will be billed for by a 3rd party. Completely dishonest and horrible customer service.

Was planning on purchasing two jackets but when I checked again later to checkout, I had found the two items I had wanted increased in about 100$, from 11A that morning. Look at the time stamp of the screenshots taken. Wild.

I was very eager to be ordering from this website because the clothing online appeared to be trendy. When I received my stuff in the mail, the items were very bad quality and cheap material. Half of the things I ordered were definitely not true to size. Shipping took forever and when I asked for help through customer service, they took forever to get back. Definitely won't be using this website again, plus you have to pay if you want to return an item (that didn't fit right).

Very bad experience with missguided, indeed their conversion chart is very confusing as they compare it with the UK size implying the website uses UK size. So I ordered the wrong size and they would not offer the return. I think this is very unprofessional, and they definitely don't want to keep their customers mostly after the first time of order. Also, the quality of the clothes is pretty bad even for the price, fabrics are thin and cut are not fitting so well. I don't recommend to anyone to buy from them. Order on www.asos.com they are way better, cheaper and amazing customer service. I would like to add that if you look, I'm not the only one complaining about this problem.
