No, i live in new york and my package was shipped with no custom fees. Just $3 shipping, no tax

Answer:

It took me several emails and about 3 months to get refund. I have never experienced this kind of customer horrible customer.

I live in SoCal and I placed my order on Friday, April 5th and received my package on Tuesday April 9th. Fyi they did choose the USA and Canada Express Delivery automatically I'm not sure why.
