The day I ordered by rings, I put the order in thru paypal, I received a call from Lori, I tried to return her call x2 but no one answers and there is no voicemail, Lori was claiming my order was not completed, even though they took money from my paypal account. I even emailed them x2 and received no reply back, I didn't even get a tracking number. So basically they are saying my order was not complete, and wanted me to repay. They took my money and gave me no product.
I ordered a bracelet to celebrate a friend and the bracelet arrived quickly and was exactly as described on the website! I discovered Mint&Lily not long ago and immediately fell in love with the gold beaded bracelets. I began my collection with the original set of 3. Once I got those, I was hooked, they were gorgeous and I needed to add to them. I moved on to the bracelets with the birth stone and I ordered each one representing my kids and grandkids. I couldn't stop with those when I saw the larger beaded initial one so I bought that one, followed by the heart one. I believe anyone reading this review would understand that this jewelry is the kind that you just can't buy one and the layering look is the best look. I also layered mine with two Tiffany silver beaded bracelets and two 14k gold bracelets. I love the look on my right arm and I am constantly asked where all my pieces come from. I recommend Mint&Lilly to all who ask me.
I wasn't happy with the earrings I got for my mom. It was late in the evening when I emailed them about the return. To my surprise, someone emailed me back. They gave me 2 options. One way was to keep the earrings I got and a full refund and an extra $20, or get a refund, excluding the shipping cost. So I was able to keep the original earrings and get 2 more earrings for the amount they gave me back. The customer service I got was amazing and very helpful, and friendly.

I had a delay with my order from Mint & Lily, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Naturally, I was frustrated, but their customer service team was outstanding.
They responded quickly, refunded the shipping cost, and even offered a small gift card as an apology. More importantly, they were kind, professional, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. I'm still looking forward to receiving my items, but based on this experience alone, I'd absolutely order again!

Recently left a review I was very happy with my product I received…they ask me to write a review and they would give me a $50gift card. After multiple response with them of submitting what they wanted I feel like that was a scam…I did google and it shows that website is a scam for honoring gift card gift cards they say they will do. Otherwise, I was very happy with the product I got from them Just don't waste your time doing their review for a gift card.
I love Mint and Lily's name stacking rings. I had my personalized with my kid's names and my husband's name. As I wear them it reminds me to send prayers for my husband and kids. Not only that by they pair nicely with any outfit.

I ordered the Pave initial pendant necklace as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loved it and has worn it every day since I gave it to her. Unfortunately a couple of stones fell out. I contacted customer service and received a reply in minutes. They have sent her a gift card to replace it. Absolutely great customer service. I have purchased other Items and never had an issue. I will definitely continue to shop with them. Their products are of high quality and beautiful.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted mint and lily originally because I received the dainty rings and a diamond fell out 1 week after receiving it AND it tarnished from gold to silver after only a few days. They did sent me a replacement ring, and once again, only 2 weeks later, the new ring has tarnished and is missing 3 diamonds! To note, I only wear the rings when I leave the house, which is rare because I have a toddler and a 7 week old baby. I wear them 1-3 times a week MAX. When wearing them, I take them off to shower, wash my hands, and sleep. Very Poor quality. They did offer me store credit for the price of the rings, which I did not use because I'm not happy with the quality from the company. I requested a refund instead because I don't want to purchase anymore from them. They told me I have to send the original and replacement ring back to them for a refund. So my husband spent $94 on two rings that didn't even last 1 month, and now they want me to drive to a store to have a label printed and send damaged rings back. Which again, not easy to do with a newborn and toddler. I posted a video of the missing diamonds and the tarnishing comparison (rings were only gold color for 1 week and then turned silver). The fact that TWO rings tarnished and lost diamonds within a few wears tells that it's an overall quality issue and they are cheaply made. Feels like a scam to me due to poor quality with high price tag!

I purchased several bracelets from another site and recently ordered this bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I love the bracelet and its' clasp. I also ordered a dog paw bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I will continue to order from them now! I wear both every day.
I ordered 5 rings to represent my 4 sisters birthstones for the nieces of my four sisters and one for me. This was the only website that offered this type of ri g. Wonderful experience.
Never received my orders. I was assured they were coming. They provided tracking link to an order that had been delivered 4 weeks earlier to another customer in a different state. When I met them know this, their customer service rep stopped responding to my emails. This company is a scam. It's. March 19th and still nothing.

Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
