Boxes were dirty and looked used; necklaces came tangled and seemed to be returns, the earrings I actually did receive were in a little baggie, really weird and disgusted me. Customer service was a joke. Automated messages, after sending numerous emails, someone finally replied asking for the same explains pics, and then when I replied back, the automated message again. I never did get back in touch with them and will not use this company again. Also, the jewelry looks super cheap.

Don't buy from them! Spend a little bit extra and go somewhere else. Because at least from any other company you will receive your order. I still haven't received my order and it's been... 24 days mint&lily says they're not responsible for the delivery taking so long... And the customer service rep sound like a robot never addressing my issue just repeating himself. Patrick was rude and disconcerned. The package has been in Jamaica Queens for 10+ days. I live in CT I would have gladly drove the 2½hours to go pick it up myself of they offered. Instead of checking the tracking number every day feeling like I'm going bananas... Lies sneakyness

Easy to order and apply promo code. I was very pleased with the verification of the delivery address. Also the shipping time. The service I have recipes was perfect.

Although a refund would have been my preference, I accepted the credit that was offered in order to purcahse the item I really wanted. I was introduced to Mint and Lily Jewelry online store by my friend who ordered a special necklace honoring my son I tragically lost 5 years ago. It was his name magically hidden in the letters monogram. I could not hold tears seeing such a special gift from her. Another friend gave me a ring with my son's name which I barely taken off. These personalized jewelries are so delicate and beautiful that I do not want to take them off. The quality and design are impeccable. Hence, I ordered 3 stackable rings to continue honoring my son. They had arrived in 3 separate boxes. One of the three rings ordered was too tiny and not my size, so I had to return it back. The company's customer service group has incredible people (Ms. Gina in my case) who quickly responded to my email, took care of my issue and gave me a gift card so I would order something else for myself. I truly was touched by their professionalism and personal attitude to the customers. I have already ordered several items for my girlfriends, and I am sure they will be thrilled to receive such special gifts. I needed help with my stacked rings and not only did I get a swift response but they did everything they could to remedy my issue!

I have purchased 5 pieces of jewelry. Out of those 5 pieces 4 of them were gifts. My friends and daughter in law loved them. The quality of the jewelry is good, has not tarnished and it's still in great condition. I have never had a company respond so quick with answers to my questions. The pieces of jewelry looks exactly as shown on the picture but honestly better when it's on. I will continue to buy from them but will also let my friends and family know to buy from them. The jewelry is very cheesy compared to how it looks online. So I definitely recommend going into a store to buy jewelry. Before buying from mint & chity. I've just bought some sense. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Then they also charge a 25% fee. To restock their cheesy products. DON'T DO IT!
