I reached out to customer service for mint and lily in regard to an order mishap! I received the wrong birthstone on a ring ( still very beautiful) but it was supposed to be for me and my siblings! I reached out to see if there was anything i could do to fix this issue, like mail it back in and have them send me a new one. They responded right away and helped me out greatly! It really was a very memorable experience for me in a very positive way! I will be purchasing from them again!
I purchased the wrong size hoop earrings and was thrilled by the ease of returning them and getting a credit to purchase the correct size! The customer service was very fast, personalized and friendly. The earrings were beautiful, too. I can't wait to get the new ones!
I had an issue with items I purchased that were sent incorrectly. I messaged them on their Facebook Messenger and it was VERY quickly fixed. Amazing quality items too! This was my second order with them, and definitely not my last... Highly recommend!
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
