I recently purchased a few things, a ring, bracelet and necklace. While I loved the ring and bracelet, the necklace didnt look good on me. The customer service was outstanding. The day I ordered by rings, I put the order in thru paypal, I received a call from Lori, I tried to return her call x2 but no one answers and there is no voicemail, Lori was claiming my order was not completed, even though they took money from my paypal account. I even emailed them x2 and received no reply back, I didn't even get a tracking number. So basically they are saying my order was not complete, and wanted me to repay. They took my money and gave me no product.
I didn't get a package and the customer service was so fast to reply and solve the issue to my benefit. I never work with companies that are so quick to aid the customer! Thank u and will order again
I visited the site a few times and hesitated to purchase anything. It always comes down to quality and I've had some bad experiences. I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the pieces I purchased. I had a problem with the clasp on the earrings I recieved. I was able to keep the earrings plus Gina gave me a gift card in the full amount of the earrings. Excellent customer service!
I purchased several bracelets from another site and recently ordered this bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I love the bracelet and its' clasp. I also ordered a dog paw bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I will continue to order from them now! I wear both every day.
I could not be more pleased with my experience with M&L! I reached out in regards to a necklace I purchased for a friend a couple of months ago as I noticed the chain was tarnishing. They replied within minutes and were very accommodating and helpful. I love their products and their service is top notch!
I made a purchase in November 20 24 for several initial necklaces. Recently I was visiting with my granddaughter and noticed that her initial K had tarnished. I contacted Mint and Lily regarding this and provided the requested photos and they immediately corrected issue by sending us a new initial necklace at no charge, including no charge for shipping.
After having my daughter, I ordered a ring stack to include her name. I ordered her birthstone ring along with the dainty braided ring to complete the stack. After receiving them, there was a sizing issue that was resolved within a matter of days! The quality of the rings are excellent and the customer service is top notch. Will absolutely be coming back for future orders!

Recently left a review I was very happy with my product I received…they ask me to write a review and they would give me a $50gift card. After multiple response with them of submitting what they wanted I feel like that was a scam…I did google and it shows that website is a scam for honoring gift card gift cards they say they will do. Otherwise, I was very happy with the product I got from them Just don't waste your time doing their review for a gift card.
I bought 3 beautiful necklaces and one received was not the initial I ordered. Contacted customer service and in less than an hour received follow up with offer fir gift card to order correct necklace and gave shipping covered. What could have been a long drawn out experienced was resolved professionally and quickly. Will order again.

I ordered a few personalized pieces for my Sister and I to wear at my Mom's celebration of life and two of the bracelets were damaged. I emailed support and Gina replied right away with a genuine, heartfelt response. It was very thoughtful and Gina took care of replacing the bracelets right away so we would have them to wear for the celebration. On April 18th I ordered the beaded bracelet from Mint & Lily. (Order #ML*******). Previously I had also ordered the Paper clip bracelet and the mother of pearl sunset necklace. After seeing the beaded bracelet, I had to have it, as well, to add to my collection. I have worn the necklace and both bracelets since receiving them in the shower and they still look like they did the day I received them. When the beaded bracelet arrived. I noticed the color was a little off and different from my first bracelet. I wear them at the same time with other bracelets for a stacked look. I reached out to Mint and Lily with my concern and a picture and immediately received a response back. They issued me a credit for the bracelet and didn't even ask me to return the bracelet! Needless to say, I will be making more purchases with Mint & Lily. Their jewelry is of quality good quality, affordable and their customer service is top notch!

Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
