Tries to cancel order 10 minutes after placing and they won't respond. I've emailed several times and they have no contact number.
I ordered 3 pieces on November 26th and was told 7-10 days on 2 of the pieces and 2 weeks on the other. Here we are at December 23rd and I have nothing. I have called to no answer or voice mail and sent 3 emails with nothing but an auto respond message. Where is customer service? They wasted no time securing the funds and continue to send out marketing and ads but no time to respond to current customers. Very disappointed, I understand these are difficult times but all I am really asking for is to have someone update me on the status of my order so I can tell the 3 people who's gifts those are "no Christmas gifts for you".
Save your money or take your money elsewhere. I ordered 3 necklaces on November 22nd and It is now December 23rd and no necklaces. I ordered these as a Christmas Gift and I sent at least 4 emails regarding my order. Not until my last email which was December 14th I was told there was a problem with my order and they would have to remake my necklaces and it would take another 7-15 days. Multiple times I asked if my order would be here by Christmas and multiple times I was given the run around.
I ordered Christmas gifts in early November. Customer service has said the item was shipped twice. The only message I get is a labeled was produced. The item never ships. Ugh. I wouldn't order from them!
I ordered 12/3. A label was created 12/16…tracking says awaiting item still today. I'm sure I won't have them for Christmas and that's extremely disappointing.
Don't buy from them! Spend a little bit extra and go somewhere else. Because at least from any other company you will receive your order. I still haven't received my order and it's been... 24 days mint&lily says they're not responsible for the delivery taking so long... And the customer service rep sound like a robot never addressing my issue just repeating himself. Patrick was rude and disconcerned. The package has been in Jamaica Queens for 10+ days. I live in CT I would have gladly drove the 2½hours to go pick it up myself of they offered. Instead of checking the tracking number every day feeling like I'm going bananas... Lies sneakyness
There items are beautiful but time frame to receive your items is HORRIBLE! Expect to wait weeks before receiving your order! The order will say shipped but then stay in Jamaica NY for weeks. When you email to inquire, they aren't able to help you! So if you plan on getting items from here as gifts, make sure you order weeks in advance! Not to mention that on my first order they forgot to send one of my items. When I emailed to complain, they admitted to their mistake but never offered a solution other than saying that they could reprocess it. I asked if it Would be possible to receive my order in about 2 1/2 weeks because it was meant as a birthday gift, they responded that they had no control over the time frame. You would think that being that the error was on their end, they would at least provide expedited shipping to ensure that I received my item on time…
Purchase at your own risk, shipping takes forever, they refuse to cancel an order long before it has shipped and good luck if the item isn't the right size because they also don't take returns. Basically you'd better be sure it'll be perfect for you or you'll just be throwing your money away.
I bought three gifts a month ago and I never received my order. I sent an email to customer service twice and the second time they just told me there was an error with my order. Obviously I asked for a refund and now I am running buying the gifts in a different place.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and my order still has yet to be shipped out. The tracking number shows the item was not received by usps. Very dissatisfied with the delay and poor customer service.
Placed an order. Started emailing them after 10 days. Their reply is always the same. They tell me to be patient. Then finally it looked like the package was shipped buy it was a notification that the facility in Jamaica, NY was waiting for the package. Then after another 5 days there was a tracking notice that the package was lost. The company (who I email daily) says they will not send a replacement. It's been 20 days. No package, no refund, same guy, Franz, on email telling me to "be patient ". I asked for a phone number or to please call me. He said we don't do that. Very sketchy all around. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Stay away! Huge scam.
I ordered 2 custom name necklaces on September 3, which I have yet to receive. According to USPS track it says that the item is in Jamaica NY. It has never moved from there. After reading these reviews I fear I have just lost my money and have been scammed. I wish I had read this first. I have not received a response from customer service as to where or when my package will be delivered. I will update here if I ever receive my order….
The items were sent so late ( and I paid for expedited shipping) they were long after the event and they refused to speak to me on the phone, even after several requests. They are a complete sham.
I was so wrong to think this company is a cute little US made shop that really care about its customers. First, the quality is the same as the made in china items. Second, the customer service is so bad, basically it is what it is. Once order is place, money is received nothing can be done afterward. Third, literally took 3 weeks to receive 1 item from the order, the other items are unknown eta. They really don't care and can't cancel after money is in their pocket. They can offer future discount for more disappointment. No thanks!

Easy to order and apply promo code. I was very pleased with the verification of the delivery address. Also the shipping time. The service I have recipes was perfect.
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
