I provided the attached review to Mint & Lily about my purchase of the Quill name necklace and they did not publish it. I presume that is how they retain their 5 star rating!
Aggravating purchase! Mint & Lily communicated delays in starting the order and I requested to cancel since it would arrive too late for my needed gift. Surprisingly, they refused even though the order was not started. They went ahead and made the necklace. After I received notice the order was complete and shipped, it took another 10 days to arrive. After I received the necklace no longer useful for my gift, the biggest surprise is the necklace itself. The letters in the name Alex look like Aex. This purchase caused me nothing but aggravation and wasted money, so proceed with caution if you are considering placing an order.
You get what you pay for. My husband thought he could get something cute AND cheap - he was only half right. The earrings he bought lost a stone the first time I wore them. He went back and forth with customer service and they ultimately said there's nothing they could do. They also wouldn't let me leave a review on their website because it'd been more than a week or something since purchase - my husband bought these as a gift so I didn't get them right away.
Overall - a shady company with shoddy product.
I ordered the necklace that allowed for two names on it, the circles that connect. The chain itself is cheap! It will not hold up, also the metal that was used will surely turn your neck green. The names are printed on it so lightly that you can hardly read them!
I got a double name ring and unfortunately it broke. Support said I can buy it again with a 30% discount. Seems like cheap materials and poor customer service.
My son (35) died 12. 16. 19 and so I wanted to find some beautiful, meaningful jewelry for my daughter and myself. I found the perfect necklace and bracelets for us. I also bought my little granddaughter a necklace with her name and flower. Also, a personalized bracelet for my best friend who has been told her cancer is back. You will love the sentiments and the quality of these gorgeous pieces. Plus, everything is packaged beautifully! Nice boxes that slide out so you can put your beautiful bracelet or necklace back until you are ready to wear again. (But, I wear mine every day since I've gotten them, so mine just stay in the box overnight. THANK YOU, MINT & LILY! LOVE that I found your wonderful company!
I ordered a pair of earrings for a gift well before I left town. I kept emailing regarding an update because it was getting close to their e. T. a and no shipping info was available. After a week of me seeking them out they tell me my order was skipped. I asked for a refund seeing as how they weren't even made yet and they refused. Mind you they're not even made yet. They insist I continue to wait. This is absolutely Ridiculous and horrible customer service. I strongly suggest looking else where for jewelry.
I purchased 2 sets of custom earrings one pair for my daughter and other for myself. While my daughter earrings was perfect but my earrings the post was not put in the same spot on both earrings which made one of my earrings backwards. The post should have been in the middle. Smh They also took over a month to be delivered. But other then that they was nice.
Ordered a necklace for Valentines in January just to be sure it would make it.
Well it didn't ship out until well after Valentine's Day
They didn't even bother to give me a credit on shipping just a discount on my next order

I purchased two bracelets for my daughters. They never came and when I asked for a refund the company kept telling me to be patient. I never received the bracelets or money. Don't be scammed like me, shop smart.

I ordered 2 months ago, haven't received order. 3 weeks in, I contacted them via email, about my order, mind you they never bothered to contact/update me. At this time I was told that because of staff& supply shortages, they couldn't specify when I would get the order. I requested a refund, and immediately, same email, was told that that they can't refund personalized items. The order has not been made, and I do not want it anymore. They refuse to refund me, although 2 months later, I still do not have the order, and they are still emailing me the same lie, about it already being made. They're obviously stalling. This company customer service practices are horrible, and from what I've read, their product is very cheap quality, and over charged. I will continue to fight for my refund.
I had no response across 8 weeks, only automated responses saying they were behind due to COVID -- which is a valid excuse for a short period (5 days for CDC recommendations) -- but they never sent a personal update or response. Finally, I sent a fourth email at the beginning of week 8 saying I needed my order fulfilled or refunded by 5pm or I would report fraud to my credit card and report them to the BBB and they wrote back almost immediately with a cancelation, but no reasoning.
Clearly they are not only understaffed due to COVID, but in general -- or other bigger problems are going on.
Think twice before ordering here. Zero customer service. Look elsewhere! If you ever get through and contact them with an error in your order — they will not rectify,
I ordered two bracelets in December 2021. One on Dec 28th and the other on Dec 29th. I made the mistake of not researching the company first. They charged my credit card immediately, but to this day (Jan 12th) I have only received emails telling me they are running behind. I think they are not intending to ever fill my order. I was only able to load one proof of purchase photo. I have the other if you need it.
I gave a 3 only because customer service is horrible my ring delivered crushed I emailed mint and lily 5 times with no response so now I have a custom piece of junk. Packaging does not protect the item. This was for my best friend who's husband & sister died within a month of each other, now I have a piece of custom junk
I was excited to find two personalized necklaces for my girls for Christmas at mint & lily, I placed my order on 11/28 and was charged on that same day. Much to my surprise I received an email on 12/24, a month after being charged, that my order is delayed. I understand that there are supply issues, that we are in a pandemic, that there are unforseen circumstances, but I feel as if they could have let me know before Christmas Eve that my items would not be arriving. I had no time to replace these items. When I wrote back on 12.24 with my concern it then took 2 weeks for a response (1/7) and the reply was simply to provide me with the tracking number and to say it arrived and if I didn't receive it check with a neighbor. I don't need to be schooled on how to get my mail. What I would have liked was an acknowledgement that - yeah we should have let you know earlier that it wouldn't be arriving and not Christmas Eve, we should have replied earlier than two weeks and we'll take this up with our response team. Or whatever internal quality control would be in order to provide better customer service. I'm fortunate that I can save these for my girls birthdays in Feb, but disappointed in the customer service. The necklaces are stainless steel and I hope they hold up over time. What I thought was the real kicker was when I was looking at their site online and saw - "Order In Stock Items with Next Day Air Shipping by Dec. 22nd for Christmas Delivery!" I had no idea if I ordered an 'in stock' item but this felt like false advertising to me. I just think they can do better!
Boxes were dirty and looked used; necklaces came tangled and seemed to be returns, the earrings I actually did receive were in a little baggie, really weird and disgusted me. Customer service was a joke. Automated messages, after sending numerous emails, someone finally replied asking for the same explains pics, and then when I replied back, the automated message again. I never did get back in touch with them and will not use this company again. Also, the jewelry looks super cheap.
After a month and a half and a dozen emails they never sent me the order. I still wanted it and they just stopped responding to emails. Garbage company. Ordered in November for Christmas and never got. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I ordered a name necklace for my daughter for Christmas. The necklace states on website that it is 16 inches long with an option to extend to 18 inches. When measured with tape measure the shortes length is 18 1/2. Also chain not as advertised. I've written customer service per website with no response. No # to call. Very upset…. Don't buy from this company who does not care to respond to a customer
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
