They were super responsive by email! They always got back to me within about 10 minutes.

You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive.

It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.

Took 6 weeks of non stop lies and ghosting. Posted their terrible rating from BBB, and like a miracle it appeared the next day. And if you read the BBB website, this company hasn't even responded to them!

Only with threats to report them to your credit card company and the BBB will they respond to emails.
