I bought my daughter and wife matching name bracelets for christmas. My daughters broke as she put it on, but no worries customer service rep Gina said they would replace it no problem... However, I have since been ghosted on the replacement after confirming a shipping address. No response to any of my emails since January 24th or shipping updates! This company also has zero customer service phone numbers to call. I have all the emails to post of proof of this experience.
🚨 SCAM ALERT – AVOID MINT & LILY AT ALL COSTS! 🚨 Mint & Lily is a FRAUDULENT company that scams customers with false advertising and refuses to issue refunds! I ordered a ring that was advertised as sterling silver, but what I received was cheap, worthless garbage. After weeks of fighting with their incompetent customer service, I managed to return it, only for them to illegally withhold my refund. Their so-called "customer support" is a joke—they ignore emails, repeatedly demand the same photos even after the item has been returned, and worst of all, their employee GINA claimed that a Coca-Cola can engraving was proof of real silver. 🤡 Are you serious? To make things even worse, they attempted to charge me an illegal restocking fee on an item that was already defective and falsely advertised. This is a blatant consumer rights violation. BEWARE: This company engages in fraudulent business practices and does NOT honor returns or refunds. If you buy from them, expect to be scammed. I'm filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney General's Office—I suggest anyone else scammed by this company do the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM.

Even when returning a defective item - they will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping. Which basically means you will only get about half your money back on the item
I ordered 4 items on Dec. 2,2024 for Christmas gifts. Was told arrival would be Dec. 18-19th. Customer service replied they were "sorry" and offered me a $20 gift card, with no response on when my order would ship. Today is Dec. 30th. No response, no items received. DO NOT BUY from them. I am going to claim FRAUD with my credit card company that I used to purchase my order.

I ordered personalized earrings and they are at the top of the ugly list never to be worn by anybody I bought them for -they are put away, but the customer service was really nice and she gave me a gift card for the entire amount to buy something else so I did and I honestly, honestly don't like any of that either But live and learn!
I paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive item for 3 weeks. What a racket. Products are way overpriced. Don't bother with this company. Great website... lousy company.
Contact customer service after item was in same location for 5 days was told to wait. On 8 day tried to contact again and no one responded. Item is a Christmas gift. Save your time money and aggravation shop elsewhere
Their products are cheap and not as they appear. The earrings don't close and when you try to get a replacement or return them, all you get is the runaround. This company is a big SCAM.
I've been trying to get a refund for the defective product since December. I've sent at LEAST 20 emails. They keep promising me a return label and then they tell me I have to go through the website which says I'm out of the return window!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I PLACED AN ORDER 12/10/24 AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING to have by no later than 12/20/2024 AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER YET. " that was her response to my email from today 12/19/2024 but they are still saying Christmas delivery on multiple websites...smh
Hi! Have ordered many pieces of jewelry from Mint & Lily. Specifically a couple sets of the gold bead stacking bracelets and several stacking rings. I gifted the stacking bracelets to my granddaughter for Christmas. Three months later one of the bracelets had stretched out and could no longer be worn. I contacted Customer Support, shared my concern and a picture of the bracelet. They immediately offered to send a replacement bracelet at no cost to me... including no shipping fee. To my surprise and delight they replaced the whole set! They also offered to send a gift card for the inconvenience this caused. Thant is customer service at the highest level. Thank you Mint & Lily.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Jewelry is cheap, fragile and poor quality. Customer service is non existent.
I placed an order for 3 necklaces for my granddaughters on 12/10/23. The website said they would be delivered between 12/19 and 12/24/23. It is now 1/24/24 and I am still waiting for my order. Because it contained one customized item they would not let me cancel the order. This is one of the worst on-lone transactions. The Today Show should vet the companies they promote.
I received a damaged necklace. I just wanted a replacement and despite telling me they will send a new one, I still have not received a new necklace or a refund and it's been over a month. Worst customer service!
I ordered a customized ring 2 months ago and it still hasn't been shipped/delivered. I received a shipping notification, but it hasn't moved since 3/26 and the notification says the carrier hasn't received the package...hmmm? Could it be that Mint and Lily never actually "shipped" it? I've reached out to customer service and Gina offered me a 15% discount for the inconvenience. I won't be taking them up on the offer. Why would I? Only to spend more money and not receive my item. My next step is to contact the BBB.
My wife purchased 2x rings over the holidays but decided to return them for a full refund (they have confirmed that the rings were received back). We have been communicating with their "Customer Happiness Manager" named Gina Thomas who runs their *******@mintandlily dot com email account who has stated a few times that a refund will be sent back to us; however, it's now February and we still don't have our money. Furthermore, my emails are now being "undelivered" so I am not sure if they blacklisted my email address or if they are running from this issue.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a personalized bracelet and there was a problem with it. I wrote to customer service and at first their response was quick. I was told I would get a credit. I never recieved the credit and emailed them numerous times to follow up. No response, no credit at all. Go elsewhere because if you have a problem don't count on them helping you.
I ordered 2 personalized gold plated thin band rings in size 8. They are closer to a six and the color is brassy and much darker than my other gold rings. Contacted customer service; very apologetic, offered to replace or offer credit. I asked for the credit, and asked how to return the original items. No contact with them since despite 2 additional follow up emails from me.

Ordered a ring for my wife for Xmas. Ring came in and within hours began giving her rash and irritation. I thought it might be residue from manufacturing, so I scrubbed with soap/hot water and let it soak. Next day, different finger, same results. Now, she has other silver jewelry and doesn't have this issue, so clearly their cutting their product. Reach out to customer service...denied the refund because of "custom" job. Ghosted me on store credit. So, where does it leave us? $100 in the hole. And a bad Xmas gift.
My order was 'shipped from china' and never arrived (fake delivery notices...eg said delivered in the middle of the night and noone delivers in the night here).
Company seems helpful and said they would re make and reship... so then that order comes from the US! Okay...
Received item and the ring is the worst quality. Like a plastic kiddy ring that has been spray painted gold. Light as a feather and I cannot see it lasting well at all. The gold 'plating' is also not covering the ring entirely. Just the front and back.
Only positive I have is that the box is nice.
I ordered 2 separate orders from M&L. One I have yet to receive the remainder of from the beginning of December and what was received was damaged and the second order was name rings that you need a microscope to read.
I email their customer service immediately and the responded within a couple of hours.
They asked how I'd like to resolve it. That was a week ago. I responded w 6 separate emails and no one has yet to respond. Also I still am missing 3 items from my original order.
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
