I received a damaged necklace. I just wanted a replacement and despite telling me they will send a new one, I still have not received a new necklace or a refund and it's been over a month. Worst customer service!

Tip for consumers:
Would recommend never doing business with this "company".

Products used:
They continually told me they would replace my necklace or give me a refund and acted really nice and then said they would get back to me and never do. I've had to contact them multiple times over a month, waste tons of time, and I still have no necklace and no refund and they won't respond to me. I ended up filing with my cc company.

Do not buy from this company, they are a huge rip off! I had to write 300 emails to get refunded....
