Be warned! They steal your money
Sent for a Wireless Bluetooth FM transmitter for $8.50 free shipping. They mailed it 28 days ago and on the 9th day I I sent an email asking where my order was. They where sending me a lot of emails asking me how I liked my order so i figured it should have been here if they are asking me. Don't know, never got it. They sent a generic email saying it would take 20 days and case resolved with it. It is now 28 days and still no package. No one to contact except the generic emails you get. 2 minutes after posting this, I get another generic email saying case resolved your order was shipped. OK but still have not received it so how can case be resolved?

I ordered a led light for my plants. The order confirmarion said sending by post and delive ry 18-20 days, which I accepted. Were very surpriced when I got an information from DHL the package would be here in a few days. They had sent it Express, the result extra freight, custom, handling and AVT. I had to refuse to receive the package, better to loose what I had paid for it instead of paying a lot of expenses. Anyway, no more from Mintinthebox!

Ordered a phone case for a new Huawei phone that I got. On the website I searched for the particular phone and found a case that I really like. However, once the case arrived I found that it didn't fit my phone. After raising this issue with mini in the box they were very quick to resolve the matter which was greatly appreciated.

If you order from this company, be aware that the tracking system in shipping internationally is a bit odd. I did use the slowest shipping method, so maybe the others are better. It was at least a week before I actually was able to see progress. My product was listed as at customs right before the delivery attempt. It's not a scam, just takes time. I did receive the wrong color product but functionally nothing was wrong. The company reached out to me right away to resolve the issue. I declined the generous offer they made to resolve the issue, but I was definitely glad to see they cared. This is an updated review. My first review was written in anger that my daughter didn't receive what she ordered. She is happy with what she has and I couldn't find a better price anywhere!

Ofschoon ik toch een beetje huiverig was vanwege het bestellen in China, heb ik toch de stoute schoenen aangetrokken en een poging gewaagd om een aantal hdmi kabels via miniinthebox te bestellen. Het was niet duur dus ik dacht ik probeer het gewoon. Tot mijn verbazing ontving ik al na 10 dagen mijn kabeltjes. Goed verpakt, stevig materiaal. Zeer goede kwaliteit, dus ik ben zeer tevreden. Het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn, dat ik hier wat bestel.

I ordered 25-02-1027 a leather I-Pad case from "miniinthebox".
Product was shipped the very same day and was delivered at my address in approx. 2 weeks, much faster than expected!
Second surprise was the quality of the leather protection case! I-Pad fits in perfectly and is now well protected.
I only have one small remark...
There are good openings in the case for the camera lenses at both sides and the on/off button. Only missing opening is for the button at the side of the I-Pad to set the sound high/low/off.
But this is such a small failure that I never considered of returning the case as I am very happy with quality and colour of it.
