I thought i was just having a bad day and the package got delayed or something but after looking at the tracker with shows that i already received it.
So i tried using there customer service and my first two attempts just seemed to have dissapeared. But then i finaly got one threw and waited...
The customer service works 24/7 however they only seem to work when asking for refunds and writing reviews (according to older posts).
I payed via paypal and am now hoping to get a refund. I will let you know if it works.

I traced down the package itself thanks to DHL not miniinthebox, i know right big supprise there. Now i'm going to receive it and i hope for the love of god miniinthebox have send me everything i ordererd. If not i'm gona have another pleasant PayPal dispute.

DHL hero! After calling them i received it the day after. Had to pay about +20% of my total cost to customs but atleast i got something. The reason it got stopped by customs it due to miniinthebox witing swiming gogles instead of electronics --' genius.
Conclusion:
Don't use this site, but if you really have to calculate a 20% customs cost to your items and just cal DHL if something is wrong.
I ordered 3 watches on March 24,2017 and as of May 29,2017 have not received anything. I have sent three inquiries and been given seperate ticket #'s each time. They say it was shipped out in one while another says it could take up to 38 days. They can't get their stories straight. I wish I would never have seen this site on Facebook. All I want is to receive merchandise totally $24.30 that we're to be gifts on May 6th. This company sucks!

I put in my order last week and paid the extra money for expedited shipping which is delivery between 2-4 business days. I have not received my order a week later! Despite my email they are still sticking to their date of delivering weeks late! This is unacceptable and misleading to those who book online. Online businesses such as MiniIn The Box are scams and should not be trusted but also its website along with others should be policed by a government department. This is no way to treat consumers!

I had to replace headlights on my car recently and found this store that offers lighting equipment at a bargain. With expedited shipping I've received my order within a week, which is awesome, considering they ship from China. I've installed it and been using for about half a year, everything works perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this shop. Wide range of car related products and great value for money.

Ordered a gear S3 watch and which took 3-4 weeks to arrive. But the band sizing was different on both ends so one end didnt fit. Advertised at 22mm but only one end of the band was. Customer service does not provide an email or chat contact function. You need to fill in a return request repeatedly to ask them what is going on. Has been 2 weeks going into the 3rd with no reponse.
** This issue was resolved with offer of refund without returning item. This simplified the process greatly.

Ordered February 23,2017 - No product arrived as of May 1. Their tracking has said 'The item is on transport to the country of destination' since early March. Their last customer service response tried to tell me I waited more than 180 days to report the problem so their postal carrier deleted tracking information. Uh - basic calculation, 180 days is not up until Aug 23 even if the whole deleting info is legit which I doubt. Attempting to get a refund but not holding my breath. This site is a scam - stay away from it.
ETA: May 2,2017: Now they want me to wait until July for said package, or I can edit my review to give them more stars. Their CS says that after editing or deleting my review they will send a refund. Like I said: total scam.
ETA: Mat 8,2017. I did receive a refund after posting this review. I honestly doubt I would have received it without resorting to posting it in the first place though. After posting this review, my case was suddenly taken care of by a supervisor who could actually construct sentences and appropriate responses as opposed to just copy/pasting form responses that don't apply.

My wife placed an order, they told her it would arrive on whatever day, then when that didn't happen they told her it was at the airport an hour from our house and if she changes her review on this site they will give her a refund and she can have what she ordered for free, then when she called them out on it all they responded with was a new arrival date. I'm thinking... lawyer time! Don't order from these people unless you're into getting robbed and blackmailed.

I ordered two LOVE MEI cases from MiniInTheBox for my Note 5 but was shocked and pretty angry to be sent two poor quality fakes instead.
The cases that I was sent didn't match those clearly pictured and described on the MINIINTHEBOX website, and were certainly NOT original LOVE MEI cases as they were advertising. (I have an original, genuine LOVE MEI case already and was just attempting to buy two more in different colours)
MiniInTheBox initially apologised and said they would take up with their Chinese supplier but I then went through a long, incredibly frustrating (and at times exasperating) process involving multiple emails and customer tickets over several weeks to attempt to get my return shipping refunded and a refund for the cases themselves. Support tickets were continually closed as 'Complete' without the issue being dealt with, and several times I had to re-explain the whole problem by email and was asked to send screenshots of postal receipts and photos of the fake cases that I'd already previously supplied to them. It appeared that MiniInTheBox customer service staff were either unable or couldn't be bothered to look through earlier support tickets to familiarise themselves with the issue.
I've kept every item of my correspondence with them and have screenshots from their online support ticket system to verify the above. One of my worst online shopping experiences in 15+ years. At least my money was finally refunded but I would not use MiniInTheBox again after this and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Order never came. They are now saying it's been delayed... after for weeks saying it was sent out and in NYC since the 16th... which is only a couple hours from me. I complained further and they asked me to change my original rating to a 4-5 on sitejabber... that if I did that, they'd reimburse me my money AND let me keep my cases for free whenever they show up later. No frikken lie. How the hell can an order be delayed and shipped all at once. It's been a month or so since I ordered. Shouldn't I get refunded regardless of changing the damn review on this site for them?

WARNING! Miniinthebox sold and shipped me an electronic device for dog training that will NOT WORK in North AMerican electrical plugs! I sent them a picture of the plugs in NA.
