This is the last time i will use this site.
I thought i was just having a bad day and the package got delayed or something but after looking at the tracker with shows that i already received it.
So i tried using there customer service and my first two attempts just seemed to have dissapeared. But then i finaly got one threw and waited...
The customer service works 24/7 however they only seem to work when asking for refunds and writing reviews (according to older posts).
I payed via paypal and am now hoping to get a refund. I will let you know if it works.

I traced down the package itself thanks to DHL not miniinthebox, i know right big supprise there. Now i'm going to receive it and i hope for the love of god miniinthebox have send me everything i ordererd. If not i'm gona have another pleasant PayPal dispute.

DHL hero! After calling them i received it the day after. Had to pay about +20% of my total cost to customs but atleast i got something. The reason it got stopped by customs it due to miniinthebox witing swiming gogles instead of electronics --' genius.
Conclusion:
Don't use this site, but if you really have to calculate a 20% customs cost to your items and just cal DHL if something is wrong.
