Before I enrolled in 2019, I was skeptical like many who think this is another one of those BUT my opinion changed when I enrolled. Before I made the decision to enroll, I was informed that this was like a "loyalty shopping club" with lots of perks. They tell you there is a back up order if you ever forget to shop. Everyone who enrolls another one has to explain and do the complete overview of the store/manufacturer before they enroll. This is imperative so the enrollee is informed. I read complaints about getting products they didn't order but if they were not informed of this before or they forgot to shop in the month, the company sends a back up order. It is in the agreement! This is part of being a member. The products are excellent and most of them unique. For the quality, you get great discount plus other perks like loyalty shopping dollars, etc. You save on quality products. Most products are natural and some are organic. They are mostly non-toxic or biodegradable. There are many people who are just customers and there are others who want to go the extra mile to build a business from home. Whatever the decision of the customer, everyone can refer someone to shop at the store and everyone can earn by referring others without even thinking on building a business. Always check with your enroller or team about Melaleuca's business side. I love to shop at a good price. Is it all perfect? No, neither I am. Did I get a bad customer service experience? Not at all. They are the friendliest people and they will do whatever they can to accommodate you. Products are 90-day guaranteed. #happycustomer

An order went out that I didn't need that I had to pay expensive shipping for. I called customer service to see if I could return this as a courtesy considering I pay to be a preferred member, they were unwilling to even consider it. This is surprising considering they are celebrating 35 years and let everyone know they are a multi million dollar company. This is sad because it's not due to customer service or value to the preferred client. It is a money scheme and focused on that and not customer service. Amazon a corporation has better customer service.

This has been the best online shopping club I have ever Experienced. These products not only work but are safe for the environment and your home. Melaleuca rewards it's customers with bonus points that you can apply to your orders to get free products. As compared to other shopping clubs this by far is the best. I'm not sure about these other reviews I think they may have forgotten to place their orders because in order to be a preferred member and get the 30% to 50% discounts you need to place an order every month of 35 points which for me ='s out to around 45.00 a month. I used to spend more then that at other shopping stores for my cleaning supplies and laundry detergent alone. This company has been in business since 1985 one of the first all green companies on the scene and have the best product's by far that I have tried. And Trust me I have tried them all.

I started a membership with Melaleuca back in 03/2020. On 6/24/2020 I called to cancel the membership. The lady I spoke to advised that they canceled the membership. I get a text on 7/8/2020 indicating I needed to contact Melaleuca to avoid a $10 late payment. I signed onto the website and saw my membership was not canceled and that they had a pending order that needed me to update the payment account. I called the Melaleuca advised them I canceled. The lady I spoke to indicated it was not canceled. I advised they need to have a manager review the call and confirm that the lady had advised it was canceled. The lady then advised their policy was to write a letter to cancel. I advised her to cancel the order in processing that it will not go through on my credit card. As requested I emailed the letter with my signature on 7/8 to cancel membership. I then get charged on 7/10 my debit card which my card I used initially when started with Melaleuca but I replaced it with my credit card. All of a sudden the order that was processing because it was not charged is shipped on 7/10 after I canceled. I then contacted Melaleuca and the gentlemen I spoke to said it was still not canceled and the order was sent out today and on its way. This company is really committing fraud to keep my debit card that I asked to be removed and replaced with my credit card. I initially stopped the membership because I could no longer afford the monthly costs to keep membership because of the shortage in income due to COVID-19 the company has no empathy nor are they honest. They are scandalous. I started to support a friend I did like the products but as I said could no longer keep up with the membership monthly requirement. So I canceled. I had planned on getting back started once income is better. But now I regret I have ever done business with them. They charged my debit card which I removed and replaced with CC. I also advised on 7/8 that needed to cancel the order because I had already advised my cc that I no longer authorize them to use my card. So they fraudulently reinstated my debit card and used it to process the order.

I am very disappointed as a first time customer. I was very excited about being a customer and i was looking forward to the products that I ordered as a first time customer. I didn't receive my full order. The 100% guarantee that they advertise is a lie and even when i called customer service since they messed up, i thought they would give me something else for free to show that they care about my satisfaction however that was not the case. I just have to wait another 5 days for the rest of my order to be delivered. Terribly disappointed.

I just had to post a review because of some of the absolutely ridiculous statements I've read, all of which had to make me wonder who is posting these things? For example, EXPENSIVE? Are you KIDDING!?! I could go on and on here, but let's just use cleaning products as an example. A bottle of window cleaner or tile cleaner typically costs $3 - $4 a bottle in local stores. Melaleuca's replacement version cost under $1.00. How does THAT translate as expensive? Oh, some will say you have to pay for shipping. Yep, that's right, and it's 5.4% of the cost. Even WITH shipping, the cost is still 1/3 of the price.

Another thing I've read was ingredients. Melaleuca is very open about ingredients they use. They certainly won't reveal what combinations of safer ingredients are used within a product for obvious reasons so that competing companies don't try to duplicate them. Another complaint is about having make MONTHLY orders. NOT TRUE! What amazes me is that people shop monthly for the very products Melaleuca offers. In other words, they are already shopping MONTHLY and then they complain about shopping MONTHLY at Melaleuca? Simply switch stores, people. Why spend more at local stores than on Melaleuca's less costly products that are even better anyways. There are literally 100's of products to choose from, and then when you consider that there are some 2,000 online stores partnered with Melaleuca for cash back discounts, why shop anywhere else than at Melaleuca? If by chance Melaleuca does not offer something needed, use a portal for cash discounts at some 2,000 stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, Target, Sam's club, etc., etc.

I could write a book about the benefits of shopping at Melaleuca. I have saved THOUSANDS over the years, not to mention the obvious health benefits from keeping toxic products out of my home.

I bought the women's Herbal deodorant and after a week my underarms broke out with such a bad rash I couldn't wear any deodorant for 4 weeks to allow them to heal. It was terrible! I thought maybe my underarms just didn't like it. Less than 6 months ago I starting using their Herbal Shampoo and Affinia Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner. Now my scalp has been constantly itching for the last week. I am in agony! I just now read the ingredients and am totally shocked! The shampoo has sodium coco-sulfate listed 2nd (synthetic detergent not safe) and cocamidopropyl betaine listed 3rd (may cause cancer). The conditioner lists dimethicone crosspolymer as ingredient #9 (prolong exposure can actually increase skin irritation and it is a non-biodegradable chemical.) Both contain phenoxyethanol which is a known carcinogen, and among other things, using it long term can cause organ damage. Shame on me for not doing my homework and reading up on their products. And shame on them for misleading me in thinking they were a natural company who cared about their customers. I believe these products are so bad for you and your family! If you don't use these particular products, research the ones you do use. Be aware and inform yourself!
