They charged a payment to my account. I asked for a refund, they agreed but said I had to pay a $10 fee, I agreed. They charged the $10 fee to my twice and kept the product from shipping to me and that was 3 weeks ago and I am still yet to get a refund. Every time I email or call about my money I get told a different answer. Do not join this company it is badly run and customer service is useless.
Hey make it so you Can't cancel with them 4 easy steps worst than divorce dog $#*!. Customer care is dog $#*! products are dog $#*! service over all worse than dog $#*! this company is a scam and are stealing people's money hand over fist $#*! this company if I verbally say I don't want you service then you should cancel I should have to send smoke signals telepathy and a notorized letter waste man
Products cost price marked up too high, so you are not really saving $$. Shipping should be free for as much as you have spent/ordered.
I recently ordered over $100 worth of products from melaluca on line. I had 59 pts. The site will not give me loyalty points to compensate for expensive shipping costs. I tried calling but office was closed due to company meeting. I may have to drop my membership. Several other friends have the same problem. We watched videos also to no avail. My six friends said they will cancel their memberships. What exactly is up with Melaluca, the membership costs are
way too expensive. This review will also be globally on Facebook. Kimberly Meink
Worst experience with a company I have ever had. They forced me to take a backup order even after I canceled my membership! They did not even ship it until a week later so they could easily have stopped it! Now they want me to pay $22 shipping when I refused the package.
Company did not offer to exchange products instead wanted to sell me more. I was highly disappointed. I only made one order, and then dropped out of the program
Buyer beware….
I contacted Melaleuca on behalf of a friend of mine who is in the hospital and had ordered from this company since 2001 to canceled his membership. The customer representative I initially spoke to advised he canceled the account and provided a refund to my friend since he was in the hospital. Two weeks later I discovered the Melaleuca charged my friends account which was supposed to be closed $73.00. I recontacted the company and spoke to a new customer representative who stated that the account had not been closed and that my friend owed the money and if we wanted a refund we would have to pay $10. I advised her that was unacceptable since the account was already closed several weeks ago. The representative advised me they had no idea who close the account or who the representative was that spoke with me even though I gave them his name n email. She then said as a courtesy she would deduct the $10 and not charge that. She then stated that I needed to send a letter canceling the account to a supervisor. Per the representative I sent the requested letter to her supervisor *******@melaluca.com and was told that a refund would be issued. I got an email later stating that they would not refund the money because he had received a 50% refund previously.
What a terrible company!
Usually you get caught in it by helping others promote their business but soon you learn you have a problem. The way they get you is that you have to place an order or they will provide an alternative which is normally $72.59 but when you open the box, you actually can find better products at the Dollar Tree. It was so bad that I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me. Now they calling like the loan officer. I told them I would send them their products back and they want to charge me to send them back. I'm sorry but it's not worth the hassle and the products that I have received haven't been that great.
Do not sign up with this company unless you are fully informed and understand what you are doing.
Other than that it is 5 star!
This is not a warning but a rebuttal to all of the bad reviews that seem to have problems that are assets if you understand and use them.
Also do not reject this company based on bad reviews. You don't know their bias, make your own decisions and see if their reviews are valid. Look at the ones here and feel how -ve their energy is.
Melaleuca is full of vibrant people living great lives.
I like the aroma of the products and if there is anything I don't like I don't use it and I have no business warning you against it.
I am a single man over 60 and I have no problem with the "quotas" and again, an asset when you understand.
As for where does the money come from? This is the best part. Because these are everyday products they have the same goal as the store you shop at and the brand you buy now, they just want you to switch what you buy and where you buy it so the money does not come out of your "friends" pocket any more than it is already coming out of my pocket so it is actually coming from walmart, amazon.
Some people with the wrong pov then look at the people in the upline here and point to their money. Same answer, those people are there now and being paid by you for the things you buy. Their names are Walton and Bezos, they have too much money and they won't pay you much.
This company has won awards for being a great employer so I am happy to take money from the 2 above.
Everything is guaranteed and you don't pay anything until you understand what you are doing and then for the 1st 5 months they will pay you in free products just for learning.
Nothing to lose and lots to gain. A business whose time has come.
I am currently still a shopper of melaleuca and to be honesty with you, the products are legit. My favourite product is there coffee and toothpaste, my wife enjoys there make-up (all she talks about) oh and there shampoo and conditioner. I mean here it from these people for yourself.
I was introduced to Melaleuca in late February by a friend. I didn't questioned the products because my friend is very trustworthy and not easy to convince unless is something worthy of. I am currently receiving melaleuca products monthly and so far so good. I am impressed with their cleaning supplies and their health products. I recommend melaleuca products and experience for yourself. Excellent customer service and they offer a credit card with "Popular Credit Services" that gives you 6% on your melaleuca purchases.
Seen many people promoting it and decided to try it out as their membership was only 1$ at the moment. After ordering for 140$ CAD (either 90$ plus shipping or 140$ free shipping), the parcel came into a UPS part office and I got no notification of it. Had to check my order through the website to find where it was.
Once I opened the box, most products were of average quality with some harmful ingredients (not like advertised).
- Essential Oils were good
- Laundry Detergent is average, cleans well but has fragrances
- Shower gel smells so strong I won't stop sneezing
- Sunscreen contains Avobenzone (what I wanted to avoid)
- All bottles come without dispensers (you need to buy them separately)
- Didn't try the dish soap yet but the ingredients list isn't very good
Now I am trying to cancel my membership as there is no way I need 90$ worth of products every month and there is just no way to join them. The e-mail bounces back. If by the end of the month it isn't cancelled I will receive a box full of stuff I do not need and will have to pay for it.
Terrible service and policy.
I bought the bug repellent and the only place I used it was on my feet night before last while I was outside talking to a friend. When I came in I saw an alarming amount of mosquito bites on both feet! I have been having to keep anti itch cream on them and they are so bad the itching has been waking me up through the night. I now believe that it is not a bug repellent at all but rather a attractant. I will never use it again and I plan to warn others! It is false advertisement!
Oh and my hands and face were uncovered also but I didn't use the "repellent" on them and I have zero bites on my hands and face.
My wife and I have been members for almost 30 years because she liked the products. Now that she has passed away, I have tried several products that simply don't work or are no better than what you can buy OTC at your local store. Loyalty dollars can't be used without buying additional products, Shipping is NOT "on us", as they tie that to loyalty dollars and still charge full shipping. In short, the people at the top profit greatly at the expense of the little guys at the bottom of the totem pole. I'm cancelling my membership, and will no longer be forced to buy a minimum number of products per month whether I need them or not. This company has a few good products, but in reality is just a giant pyramid scheme.
IF YOU WANT TO JOIN A PYRAMID SCHEME - THEN THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU! THE PRODUCTS ARE AVERAGE. NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT. BUT IF YOU CONVINCE PEOPLE TO SIGN UP, THEN YOU MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR FRIENDS, AND THEN THEY HAVE AVERAGE PRODUCTS. SOME PRODUCTS ARE SUB-STANDARD, AND THE BOTTLES AND DISPENSERS THAT YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE DO NOT WORK. CANCELLING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS
I first opened my shopping account with Melaleuca in 2002 when we were looking for a way to get the toxins out of our house to support my sons health condition. The changes that came from that shopping decision were immeasurable. My son showed amazing improvement in his health in no time and we noticed additional changes for the rest of the family as well. Everything from reduced headaches, panic attacks that stopped completely to better energy, breathing and general health. Not to mention that the household products work like a dream and don't break the bank. I am so grateful that this company is thoughtful and ethical about what ingredients they use in their products. I can't imagine ever going back to store brand products that are nearly all controlled by the big 10 and put profits before people.
I've only recently become aware of this company and it is through no fault of my own. To be clearer, the laundry soap smell is overwhelming and invasive. While traveling I sat next to a person who had a distinct odor that I rightly identified as laundry soap. During my visit my host used it to wash my clothing! As a person with allergies triggered by cheap fake fragrances it is a miserable experience to be within its range. And, the label called the lavender scent "natural". It is in no way natural. And it is wrong to label it as such. This stuff is cheap, foul and allergy producing.
I cancelled my account with Melaleuca because I discovered that their products such as toothpaste, makeup, etc, have harmful ingredients such as Titanium Dioxide and others known as carcinogens.
The business and its vendors have misled people into thinking that their products are pure and safe.
Another industry that only cares for money and not people's health. I don't trust them anymore. Liars!
Do not feel good at all about having to send Melaleuka my Signature to stop.
Why not a phone call saying Stop with my account number.
30 minutes to write address stamp envelope then 28 minute drive to Post Office then 28 minute drive home about 2 hours of my day just to service with Melaleuca. Not okay,
I love Melaleuca! I believe in their products and I'm so thankful I was introduced to them. They have worked hard to produce a superior product. The laundry detergent rocks! Our clothes come out so vibrant as if we just bought them. The Renew lotion is by far the best I've ever tried. Melomagic is my new go to cleaner. The cleaning products are amazing. Truly! Thanks Melaleuca. We are so happy to get the toxins out of our home while trading them out for a trustworthy and even more competent brand.
Answer: All these negative responses are from people who either don't listen or can't read how this company is set up, I have been a customer now for 18 years and counting last month I ordered Hot Chocolate when I opened the box about half of the single serve containers were missing I call customer service and my next months order there was my full box at no charge, anybody can fine things wrong with any company, these days I don't push this on anyone I may say how I like there products but that's it. You know in 18 yrs I have earned over 18 thousand dollar no other place I shop give me one red cent.
Answer: Yes, there are several supplements specifically for Brain Health Support. And there is a Peak Performance pack that is for brain health (that includes the omegas plus the 2 brain specific blends).
Answer: Very unlikely will it keep you from sleeping. It doesn't provide the "jitters" like competing type products. Just give it a try on a night that you don't have too much happening the next day just to be safe. Really doubt you'll have any issues though.
Answer: What she said. Your Doctor needs to evaluate your condition, he might decide to take them off, or to change them. If you can keep track of your medical numbers, like blood Pressure, blood levels for many things, then he will see, along with you, that the supplements maybe/are changing things. And do keep track, hard numbers say more than anecdotal information does. Anita

Answer: Wow! I know it has been a long time since you posted this but I just wanted to respond. The study shows that the benefits continue as long as you are taking the supplements, and if you stop taking them the benefits will stop. But not that your health will diminish. I would recommend that you read the study for your self to see the true findings. You can find it here, http :// www.freiburgstudy. Com/img/Deprivation%20Study. It’s often said that Melaleuca is a different kind of company. But what makes it different? What is it that sets Melaleuca apart from—and above—the rest?
Well, it all starts with Melaleuca’s mission statement: “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals℠.” That’s not just some fancy yet hollow phrase a copywriter came up with on a whim. It’s a deliberate and thoughtful statement, and the guiding principle behind everything Melaleuca does, down to the smallest act by the last employee.
Melaleuca’s goal is to help people achieve total wellness. To do that, it has created over 350 exceptional products that people use and rely on every day. The company with the best product wins, and Melaleuca has worked with some of the world’s top researchers to create better, safer products using a balance of science and nature.
These products are not only better for your body and the environment, they’re also a better value. Since it opened it 1985, Melaleuca’s founding axiom has been “Exceptional products at reasonable prices.”
Melaleuca’s products are affordable thanks to its unique business model called Consumer Direct Marketing®.
