I recently ordered over $100 worth of products from melaluca on line. I had 59 pts. The site will not give me loyalty points to compensate for expensive shipping costs. I tried calling but office was closed due to company meeting. I may have to drop my membership. Several other friends have the same problem. We watched videos also to no avail. My six friends said they will cancel their memberships. What exactly is up with Melaluca, the membership costs are

Melaluca membership is too costly, there prices are very expensive. Loyalty points are not given. Shipping is expensive and slow
