I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT INSTINCT! They are not helpful at all, I had an expert here to give me some guidance regarding my mattress and he has even conducted that the mattress is not what was advertised at all! When I asked for a first time exchange they refused which is absolutely terrible customer service, I would have ordered another mattress through this company but I've now not even recommended them! The mattress I bought was not cheap and it hurts our backs terribly! Absolutely disgusting service
Delivery delay, I Ordered a mattress (3-5) day delivery not next day which was fine.
However, at the end of day 4 I called customer services to see if my mattress was being deliver on day 5 as I'd not received a text message about the deliver time.
At this point I was told my order had been pushed back and it was going to be an additional 2 weeks before deliver will take place.
Nobody has contacted me at any point to advise me of the delay. I was only told when I made the call to chase my order…. Very disappointed in the service as a first time customer.
And have to wait another 2 weeks for my new mattress which I ordered because it would be delivered within 3-5 days!
Not good quality at all. Purchased 2 mattresses in August this year paid just under £600. Total rubbish spring coils popping through not getting any sleep. You can feel the springs digging into tour flesh. Only had just over 3 months. Spent over 40 minutes trying to get through to customer services. Absolute joke. Emailed them in Saturday asking for someone to call me Monday. No response. Not a good company..
Terrible customer service and rude staff. Placed an order with the company on Sunday evening. Realised that I had entered in the incorrect delivery details so immediately send a message via the online messaging system detailing the correct delivery details etc - no response. On Monday - sent a follow up message again through the online system to again update on the error and provide correct delivery details. Again - no response. Then get a delivery notification that the mattress is being delivered to the incorrect address nonetheless. Spent 20 minutes on hold to get through to customer service - dealt with an incredibly arrogant, rude and unhelpful member of staff who ended up charging me £30 to redeliver the mattress - even though I had on 2 separate occasions provided them with an updated delivery address before the order was processed. Will most definitely not be using this company again.
I ordered a 3ft mattress, A 2 ft 6 arrived by mistake. We realised it was too small only on delivery and asked for it to be returned after showing the drivers ( By laying it on the bed) that it was the wrong size. We were told they could not take it back. As customers we have 14 days cancellation right to return. This was ignored. The company will not exchange it now and say we now have to return it ourselves to get a refund. BEWARE. My husband is disabled. To send back would cost £252 ( Mattress cost £249) We are shocked. The drivers were at fault telling my husband that they could not return it... even after they photographed it on the bed ( My husband wanted to prove it was the wrong size) and the delivery team took init downstairs and outside again. Shocked by this company and their delivery team.
Chaotic Delivery and not even the right size!
I was informed that I would receive a dispatch email regarding this order however I never did, what I did get was a yodel delivery notification on the day of delivery with no idea what parcel it even was/where it came from, which was incredibly unhelpful.
To make the experience more chaotic, yodel were given the wrong address for my mattress (I double checked this on my original order confirmation - the right address was provided from me, but yodel were given the wrong one.)
When I did eventually get the mattress (I ordered a European mattress, 90x200cm) I got a mish-mash of the wrong size (90cm x 190cm - leaving a huge awkward gap at the end of my bedframe. Exactly what I DIDN'T want.)
Again I've double checked this information with my original order confirmation. The right address was provided along with the European measurements mentioned above (90x200cm). Really frustrated as I paid extra to get a single European mattress and not only is it the wrong size, but it was also delivered to the wrong house/address!
After lots of search found this site, they have good quality mattress. Different varieties according to our need. Comfortable to sleep, relaxation, peaceful sleep.
I had the worst experience of customer service from this company. Ordered for the next day delivery, placed my trust in the rating of the delivery accuracy on the website. The customer service team contacted saying they are out of capacity and need to wait till the coming week. Rearranged it again for the next week delivery, requested a day off at work and asked my mother to travel down to be there for the delivery. Nothing came up at all, till called them again and realized my order was not gonna come in the rearranged date. Third time, I have requested for the order to be delivered to the new address as I was moving house to. It came to my old address. We were sleeping on the floor while waiting for the mattress.
Additionally, one of the person from the customer service team I talked to on the phone was really rude. She did not give any cares regarding to the situation whatsoever.

We purchased a Sleepeezee bed for nearly £3,000 expecting superior quality, as advertised and reflected in the price.
Within 30 days the mattress springs could be felt which we reported immediately. We were eventually provided a replacement for the same fault to occur! An inspection was carried out that ‘concluded' no fault albeit references ‘the small coils on the pillow top can be felt if you rub your hand across the top'!
No replacement or refund was provided, which contradicts the Consumer Rights Act.
I bought a mattress after extensive research into cooler mattress types for overheating issues. This Silentnight Classic 1200 Deluxe bed was reviewed by Which? As being a "cool" mattress and on the MattressNextDay website description for the mattress it explicitly mentions the bed is made of a "cloud-soft cover made from breathable material that stays cool and comfortable all night long". When the actual mattress arrived. The tags on the mattress gave the list of internal padding materials as being made of "polyester" as well as the mattress surface cover material as well. Anyone who overheats during their sleep will know that you need to avoid polyester at all costs to try and sleep cooler as polyester a man-made plastic that retains heat. To sleep cool you need natural materials like cotton. I felt cheated as soon as I saw this - but I had spent nearly £500 and had no help from the customer service department. Once you have removed the tags or slept on the mattress you cannot return the mattress even if it is faulty as I believe this purposefully misleading product is. Surely if SilentNight are misleading about their product, then the company that sells the product but doesn't research the product is liable aswell? But, no, that isn't how it works. So instead I have been stuck with a mattress that I can't sleep on and am now looking to try and save up for a new mattress that will meet my needs. The misleading description was not the only issue - the bed is not medium firm at all, you sink right in. So if you are over 100KG - avoid this mattress and seek a better quality with a more reliable accuracy on firmness. No help from customer service at all - non existent support and no returns policy. So I would urge people to avoid both SilentNight as a brand as well as this company and spend your money somewhere else where it won't be wasted. Choose a different company and a different brand who will be honest and allow you to make the right choice to meet your needs and spend your money on. Don't waste your time here with the stress and waste of money.
I bought multiple items off this site at the beginning of January as I've just moved into a new house. The website had very few mattresses available for early delivery so I chose one of the quick delivery ones. They told me they'd be with me on the 14th.
The 13th rolls by, and no news about delivery. I messaged customer service and received an email where they got my order wrong (despite having an order number) and told me it would be another week. Not great for my joints, but another week was fine!
The week after, same story. I rang customer service and apparently I'd be contacted about delivery in (yet another!) week. I was starting to get frustrated considering the only reason I bought these specific items was because they had quick delivery.
It is now the end of the month and I haven't even received a delivery confirmation yet, I'm seriously considering asking for a refund and ordering from another site instead of having to brave their customer service line again.
Will say I'm shocked at the amount of 5* reviews as this doesn't represent my experience at all.
I ordered a grey Soulsleeper mattress specifically because it was grey. When my mattress arrived it was entirely white. I contacted mattress next day and was entirely fobbed off 'T&M's' apparently mean they do not have to send the colour you ordered. Very disappointed after contacting customer service. Was told I could send it back - at my own expense - once out of the box and it has puffed up - obviously this is a non starter. Fuming and unable to get any meaningful response from mattress next day.
Buyer beware. Ordered a SOFT mattress. The mattress turned up about two weeks after placing the order, not next day. This is the firmest mattress i have ever came across. It has a soft label. Phoned to say it was not soft but hard and was told that firmness was a personal thing and if i wished to return it I could. Normally a mattress would have a number rating, this does not. The cost to return the mattress from a courier recommended by them would cost £390.00. I have since purchased a soft mattress from a reputable company and it is exactly what it says on the label, SOFT.

Just bought first house needed the matress asap.
Had a bad experience from another company, so after 8 weeks, sleeping on an inflatable matress after paying and not receiving, still with no confirmation ETA,
Called them, lovely sales lady, very polite and helpful, arranged next day / Saturday delivery for £20, she gave me free deliver to any room worth £15, delivery guys called saying they were running late, great comms, arrived when they said, carried straight to bedroom, no fuss.
The relyon 1500 extra firm ortho was not only a good bit cheaper than the competition, it was in stock and is the most comfy hi quality matress I have had over 30 years, THANKYOU Matress next day, you exceeded my expectations

THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURN, IT COST ME £93! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN YOUR MATTRESS, STAY AWAY!
I ordered a mattress because it read "soft" but it was firm, then on the packaging I found someone elses address with a label covering it, which means someone had this mattress and sent it back, I was under the impression I was buying a brand new mattress, sadly not the case. I paid £309 for this mattress and tried to return it, it cost me £93 to return it as they don't offer returns you have to FUND IT YOURSELF! I'm £93 out of pocket!
They claimed the other person's label must have fell onto the packaging during delivery, but it's like that magic trick you know where they throw a card through a glass window and it ends up on the other side? Because this label was on the inner packaging, proving these people to be liars. I had to open a paypal case against these people but it made no difference, I was misled, lied to, had to put up with rude people and then had to lose £93,2 weeks of time wasted.
I'll never buy from these again and if you're smart you will stay away, if you have a problem with your mattress they WILL NOT pay for return you will have to and paypal won't help you either, find another business to buy a mattress from, save yourself money and hassle, terrible customer service, rude liars.
We placed an order with this company and a year later will be taking legal action against them. My wife rolled over in the night and I sharp piece of metal ripped through the mattress cutting her arm. We spoke to the company to seek a reselution who told us we could face a lengthy wait for a new mattress, choose a cheaper version or pay more money for a different one. We will instead be taking legal action against the company.
There was a great choice of mattresses on the website and the one I chose (med/firm) was in the sale and available for delivery within 2 days. Ordering and paying was really easy. And delivery was free of charge.
The courier company used (Panther) was very good and my mattress was delivered by a 2 man team on the date and time specified.
I ordered a mattress four months ago, it is so uncomfortable, it's got a hard lump through the middle and it has no support on either side. I've reported it several times and had poor replies from a Customer Service team who have can't be bothered attitude. They eventually sent an inspector who spent three minutes draping a piece of cotton over the bed before he stated there was no fault. He didn't sit or even lie on the bed. This crappy company have told me that it might still be settling batter four months. They've said we should both lie on the hard lump. We have bought an Emma mattress which is unbelievably comfy. Don't use this company at all.
The whole process was excellent from start to finish, I would certainly have no hesitation in using them again.

Answer: Next day delivery is next day from dispatch, same as it is with all companies - it does not specifically mean next day from when you order (though some companies try and keep to that, that's not what it means or what they're promising). It means "when it's put in the delivery van, you'll get it the next day". It's not deceptive.
