Great people. Nancy was great to deal with. Delivery ran late twice so maybe allow more time per stop so they don't get behind
Suggestion: I had it made firmer after three months and now it's better than before.

The support is excellent, I don't wake up when my husband comes to bed, it's wonderful. I was leery about spending so much money (I got the V9), but after staying at a hotel while out of town for a few days, I realized how worth it my new bed was.

Much firmer than the old mattress but very comfortable To be more clear in the brochures as to the fact that my model has the 6 month adjustment. It was confusing so I got it in writing.
Suggestion: I've had no problems to date

The Verlo mattress is not for me. Maybe one of you may want it as it is not for me. It less than a year old. I want to get rid of it, it's always been covered, I will sell it for half of what I paid for it. Please contact me to discuss further.

New mattress has helped relieve my back problems It was not easy to reach you by phone directly. Always talking to someone different or a recording.
Suggestion: The fact we should turn it so often. That's very difficult for us.

Mattress stays flat where we need it and sinks in when our body shapes it. Thank you Adam. Sleep well yourself

Customer service was also great so thank you Darren for leading us into the right direction answering all of our questions and allowing us to find our perfect fit.

Suggestion: Wish we could use electric mattress pad for warmth. However, flannel sheets are working so far. Hope the colder Jan - March weather goes ok.

Morning body aches are no more. Your sales staff (Comfort Coaches) are the valuable first face of contact with your customers, performing customer services second to none, managing, store custodians, switch board operations, etc. Perhaps their incremental pay increases should be fairly based on profits, performance, and/or time employed.

Comfortable. Good staff at store. Very helpful. Showed us several styles, prices etc, so we could make an intelligent decision. Gave us plenty of time.
Suggestion: The whole bed is now a bit too high, but we have gotten used to it.

Suggestion: Wish it could be just an inch or two wider. My 11 pound cat chooses to stretch out, full length, next to my chest. One night, she fell off the bed, and landed on the floor, with a significant "plop".

Sleeping is no longer a painful experience!! Loved the free iPad too! :)
Suggestion: I can't think of anything I'd change. However - as a single person I am not able to turn it on my own for even-wearing patterns. Too heavy.

We are not experiencing any more hip or shoulder pain after a nights worth of sleep.
Suggestion: With having to spin the mattress every 2 weeks for the first few months, the hand holds on the mattress are awkward. If there were some extra ones, you could place your hands where ever was comfortable based on your arm reach.

The new mattress has been great! I love the adjustable bed frame, smooth transition, great for my sinuses, and now that I'm pregnant with twins, the heartburn. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you

My bed is awesome. I've had guests sleep on it as well, and they are IMPRESSED. Great experience all around!! (Send me a coupon for a pillow sometime??) :P
Suggestion: Hmm....I've got nothing. Except that the pillow is not on both sides, so I have not yet attempted to rotate it by flipping.

Well, my husband is sleeping so well that his snoring has exponentially increased, which causes me to sleep in a separate bedroom now.,
Suggestion: It's starting to dip where we sleep and we've only had it since January

Don't wake up in as much pain as I used to. For God so loved the world that He have His only Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
Suggestion: We might make it a bit softer. Still figuring that out yet.

I don't know if actually sleeping better, but my body feels better after sleeping on a bed that is not over 20 years old!
Suggestion: WIsh the pillow top was a little more "squishy" like the Sterns and Foster we used to have.

I didn't care for sale guy he came across rude. Made us feel like idiots and kept waving the binder around. I felt bullied into buying. But my husband is happy.
Suggestion: My back still hurts most mornings. One thing I HATE is that standard sheets don't work and your sheets are $100 each. We only have one set. Must save for another set
