After buying the mattress, I had shoulder surgery and that keeps me from sleeping comfortably. Too expensive.
Suggestion: In talking to the sales person, I was led to believe that this mattress would help me sleep on my back. Didn't work, I'm still turning all night long like a pig roasting on a spit.

sleeping about the same as before, but spouse is sleeping with less shoulder pain with head up due to mechanical adjustment, not the mattress itself.
Suggestion: Would have selected king with two single mattresses and separate mechanisms. Spouse prefers different levels and I.

Gel really helps this side sleeper wake up without pain. Also 9" mattress fits my loft perfectly Love the idea I can get extra foam from you guys to stuff my mattress if I need it

I would say it is about the same. This is not related to the mattress but to sharing my bed with a senior dog who tends to want to sleep touching me making adjusting positions during the night difficult.
Suggestion: less height

comfortable bed now, but I'm a light sleeper Accustoming myself to pillow "loss" behind the bed while adjusting has me allowing for that situation.
Suggestion: I actually felt the mattress would be firmer, but I was comparing to the standard V9 on the sales floor...

The Verlo mattress is not for me. Maybe one of you may want it as it is not for me. It less than a year old. I want to get rid of it, it's always been covered, I will sell it for half of what I paid for it. Please contact me to discuss further.

Yes and No still thinking abt adding more stuffing per last e mail. Then think that might be throwing good$ after bad. using pillow to stuff in valley. Also thinking something at Kohl's suggested on f.b.
Suggestion: I could take it back and start over shopping.

Lower back, shoulder, and neck pain. Disappointed that we don't get a good nights sleep.
Suggestion: The salesman should not have tried to talk us out of purchasing the firm mattress which we originally wanted to purchase

I don't know if actually sleeping better, but my body feels better after sleeping on a bed that is not over 20 years old!
Suggestion: WIsh the pillow top was a little more "squishy" like the Sterns and Foster we used to have.

The bed is comfortable and both of us look forward to a good nights sleep every night. Thanks for your help while we looked. The sales process was comfortably and we never felt pressured
Suggestion: I wish our bedroom were bigger so we could have had a King size instead of Queen.

Joints don't ache during the night or in the morning. Love the fact that it's light weight enough and it has side handles so even my 80+ year old partner and I (70+) can rotate it!

This is a guest room bed, both guests so far have found it very comfortable, but the mattress and box spring move as both pieces are extremely light weight
Suggestion: again way to lightweight causing the mattress to shift off one another

Going from a waterbed to this mattress, my husband and I wake up several times a night and have to change positions because of discomfort in shoulders, back, etc.
Suggestion: I wish It were more comfortable. I don't know if it should be firmer or less firm or what the answer is. You never know until you buy it and then it's too late and you're stuck with it after paying all that money!

Suggestion: I'd like a bold pattern or at least a busy pattern. Nothing in my house is white and it's always a shock to see it when I change the sheets.

I can't be honest yet. Had hip replacement so not really sleeping well just yet! Good service and Darren you were super helpful and fun to work with. Good craftsmanship too!

We use the new mattress for our guest bedroom. But once in a while we have used it, and it works well! The delivery guys were good. I also like the perks with getting $ off for referrals.

We feel like we probably need an adjustment, but we don't know in what direction. Sore backs are more common then are old mattress.
Suggestion: I'm not sure what needs to change, but it isn't as comfortable as I was hoping. I guess you could start with some instructions on how to find the correct inclines.

I actually am using the King sized bed in a guest room and am awaiting remodeling of Master suite. But I also purchased a new Queen that I love! We are so comfortable and not rolling to the middle. Thank you! Great sales people and delivery men. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Suggestion: It is very thick and heavy. Hard to lift and get bedding tucked in just right.
