So happy with our third Verlo purchase. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
Suggestion: Changing the sheets is a pain in the butt and there have been instances of the beds sliding apart {wink, wink} No easy fix that solves for both scenarios.
More comfortable than the old bed Quality product made to order in Wisconsin is a very strong selling point. Will only shop Verlo for mattresses and highly recommend Verlo to others
The Pillow Top mattress we bought has done nothing to improve our sleep...in fact, the pillow feature makes it harder to move around in bed which is annoying. And then, when I think of the tremendous price I paid ($ 2100) , I feel bad about paying so much more than I should have if I bought from Costco or Sam's club or if I just waited a few weeks until your sales kicked in, ...it keeps me awake I wish you wouldn't have been deceptive about pricing...no negotiation ...I turned out to be a naive sucker
Suggestion: I don't think I would buy the pillow top model
Generally yes, but I do not think the cooling effect is working for me.
Suggestion: It was advertised as having a cooling effect and I think it does the opposite- traps heat so I wake up in the middle of the night because I'm way too hot. This didn't happen before this mattress.
Carmella was great. Followed through to delivery. We were very pleased with the delivery team. They made sure the bed fit into the existing frame and explained how to use the remote. We'll done!
Suggestion: That we didn't get it sooner.
I love our new mattress. It's so luxurious and perfect. The downside is, I can't sleep at all now when I'm traveling, haha.
Suggestion: It's huge. It's bulky, it's hard to move, especially considering that you're supposed to rotate these things every few months. My husband and I both hurt our backs doing so the first time and I don't think this will change because there's NOTHING to grab onto on these mattresses. Also, the layers of sponges all shifted when it moved. I can't imagine what a pain this will be down the line.
Overall it was a great experience and product. I'd definitely come back and purchase my next mattress from Verlo.
Suggestion: I didn't think the mattress cover was a good value for $99. I wish I would have looked at it more in person before buying it..it seems a little overpriced. Similar ones on Amazon run ~ $30.
We are really enjoying our bed. I haven't had a backache since we made our purchase.
Suggestion: The only thing I would complain about is the space between the two mattresses. They don't fit tightly. I have to stuff folded sheets between the gap so our dog can sleep there.
Sad that I spent all this money on your top of the line V11 and I have to look at the mattress every day. It should be covered up like my old Verlo Double Pillow Top King size bed. Almost 8 Thousand dollars I spent on one bed, so sad! :(
Suggestion: Sheets don't fit. Center of bed is higher then the sides. Many others things too.
The sales representative you helped us choose our mattress, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our questions....it made for a very pleasant and satisfying transaction...this is likely our last mattress purchase and so it was quite important. Thanks.
Suggestion: Not quite so high....as a short in stature senior, it can be a bit of a leap on and off !
Yes, what is the best brand sheets for this hybrid? Even deep pockets seem to pull off the corners at head of the bed,
Suggestion: I wish there was a more solid edge to it. Always feel like I am going to slide off when I try to sit on the edge. Also, very hard to keep fitted sheets on.
Yes. My wife and I struggled with sleep as our mattress was getting old. But with the new Verlo....all is well again. When shopping for a new Mattress, we tried another store with many mattress brands and firmness types. We felt we were just settling for what they had. We then went to Verlo and knew immediately, within 15 seconds, what we wanted. This replaced and old Verlo mattress (13 years old).
Suggestion: With only one side, I'm worried it will wear out sooner. I'm afraid the top layer of firmness will change too soon.
Finally figured out the bed was vibrating due to the furnace in the basement making our floor vibrate. Just unreal. Took us three months to figure it out.
Suggestion: We need those four corner things taken off so its easier to make the bed.
Reading better too. We've been using the free pillows given to us when we bought the mattress and they don't really keep their shape. I know they were free, but it would be even more impressive if you gave away a quality pillow rather than a low grade version. That said, we have been really impressed with both our mattress and Verlo as a company. Just not the free pillows.
Suggestion: I think we love it. No changes to report now.
Keep up the good work. We definitely recommend Verlo. No pressure sales, nicely presented showroom. Delivery was quick and the men were very helpful and friendly.

Suggestion: I wish I would have gotten the plush instead of the pillow top. Don't like how mattress bunches up when head of bed is adjusted up higher for reading and watching TV.
I don't have the back ache I used to when sleeping on our old waterbed. I walk by the bedroom and I think the bed is calling me!! HeHe! It is very soft and inviting. Thank you so much for being a company that takes care of it's customers and has a business model that says we are American. A great quality product with services to match at a great value!!!

The mattress was worth the money. We fall asleep quicker and I am waking up pain free. I'd go as far as saying it's therapeutic. We are very satisfied customers. When we were shopping for a mattress we had planned on going to several stores in one afternoon. We stopped at Verlo and had no reason to visit any other stores.
Suggestion: We purchased a memory/gel foam mattress and I'm a little concerned it might be too warm in summer.
Yes and no. The pillow top is too soft for me. Overall I think it is a decent mattress however I would not buy another one. Part of the problem is that I picked a pillow top. No fault of yours. My core issue is that I am comparing your mattress to my wife's Beauty Rest which is by far a superior product. Wish I would have bought another one. Guess if I had any feedback to share it would be keep investing time in trying to sell people the mattress they will love. I know that is your aim and I understand that it is a difficult task as most of the time you wont even know if a mattress is right for you until you spend time sleeping on it. I was very happy with the sales representative (Fred).

Think the bed may be too soft for my liking Within the next month or so, I will probably schedule to get the included adjustment to make it firmer. Since this is a pillow top, does that limit my options for making it firmer?
Suggestion: Believe I would like it to be firmer. Not sure if I made a mistake getting the pillow top...maybe should have gotten the one that was firmer.
