Yes, My wife and I have been sleeping much better. No body aches like we were having before with our old mattress. I would like to setup a day to get the mattress a little firmer.
Suggestion: The Mattress is great, the metal bed frame is squeaky. Just getting in an out of the bed it makes a high pitch noise.

mattress was suppose to be harder but it's softer - I wake up with a back ache every single day- very disappointed! call me if you are willing to fix it so it IS harder - without charging me again. *******161
Suggestion: make it harder - but I'm certainly not going to pay any more than I already paid for you to "fix" it

Better than before we bought this mattress but I still get up some nights to sleep in another bed. Mattress too firm. Can I return the pillows for something else, they are horrible!
Suggestion: Too firm, the mattress pad does not make me feel any cooler and the pillows we bought are awful, we do not use at all. I spent a lot of money for nothing special.

I'm still getting used to the level of firmness, but I still have another month before my new mattress is all "settled". Tate's awesome.
Suggestion: I wish my room was bigger so that my mattress had more space. :)

Still wake up with stiff lower back when sleeping with my spouse. Seems fine when I sleep alone, which is what I was trying to prevent with a new mattress purchase.
Suggestion: I wish it provided a better nights rest with less aches in the morning.

YES YES YES!!! the beds were for my teenagers....they are sleeping much better!!! and longer!!! I have a camp up north and i am thinking of making custom bunk beds.......do you make custom size mattresses?

Gel really helps this side sleeper wake up without pain. Also 9" mattress fits my loft perfectly Love the idea I can get extra foam from you guys to stuff my mattress if I need it

I would say it is about the same. This is not related to the mattress but to sharing my bed with a senior dog who tends to want to sleep touching me making adjusting positions during the night difficult.
Suggestion: less height

we are now sleeping hot, and waking several times a night due to it, getting up out of bed to cool off, and hope the mattress cools down. Let us know if this can be corrected.
Suggestion: A different mattress. The gel top makes us hot. The mattress is a little softer than expected.

comfortable bed now, but I'm a light sleeper Accustoming myself to pillow "loss" behind the bed while adjusting has me allowing for that situation.
Suggestion: I actually felt the mattress would be firmer, but I was comparing to the standard V9 on the sales floor...

I've only slept on it for a week back in July. I'm back in arizona. Will be coming back there in June. I didn't have any complaints about the mattress. All in all was a very good buy.
Suggestion: Not much. Always could change the price but you pay for quality.

My old verso mattress was comfy too so I can't say I am sleeping better.
Suggestion: Its a pillow top and its warmer than my older mattress. I also bought the adjustable bed which I'm not a fan of due to cats and squeaky springs.

Suggestion: It is difficult to change the sheets. This is not he fault of the mattress (2 in the case of the king bed I ended up buying) Yes, I know I can make the job a bit easier by raising the head or foot, but it is still difficult and I feel that my first instincts were right regarding this issue. I should have just got the queen bed for now and a hospital bed for my husband later.

Better support so there is much less joint pain. Less tossing and turning. We purchased a mattress for my father who passed away before he ever got to use it and you were so helpful and gracious about taking it back and giving us a refund. Thank you.
Suggestion: It is heavy so when we turn it it's kind of awkward.

Would likely shop more stores before buying again. We bought Verlo based upon old experience with your firm.
Suggestion: Edges too flexible. Would prefer a mattress that cab be flipped. Box spring is merely a board platform to hold up the mattress.

Generally, not as stiff in the AM - tradeoff is that the mattress is much higher - don't want to fall out of bed if we roll too far! We'd buy Verlo again.
Suggestion: Maybe reduce the height. We're semi-tall, but a short friend bought a Verlo and had her son adjust the base, I think so she could get into it.

Just feels right. Soft, yet supportive. As always, Adam was an outstanding Verlo representative. Really knows his products and enthusiastic about getting right bed and fit for each customer. Very helpful.
Suggestion: Always want possessions to be a steal, so lower price, I guess.

Our interaction with the salesperson at the store was very enjoyable. Not pushy or trying for an upsell, he really helped determine our needs and gave us quality assistance.
Suggestion: A slightly softer cushion/top layer would be perfect.

Twin beds are wonderful for us...also my husband's sleep apnea is much better now that he can elevate his head. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase
