Have not slept on the boat yet because graduations, weddings and other events happening outside the area. Hope to get at least some nap time in soon!
Suggestion: Should have listened to the sales person and made it softer for my wife. I like it firm but that really does not count.
Yes, the added layer adds support but still feels soft. I am very pleased!

Yes, it is much nicer. Our salesman, Jamal, told us we could have the mattress altered within a year. We were just giving it some time. He is a good man to work with by the way.

I am getting more support for my back, neck an knees which is helping me to sleep better and more comfortably. I would say I am 9 out of 10 satisfied with my purchase.

this answer is yes and no. when I put my bed in a sitting position, I did not realize at the time of purchase that my feet would almost be off the edge of the bed, and I am not that tall. My daughter remarked the same thing. she also bought a bed like mine. my lower back seems to hurt more when sitting in this up position, but when mattress is flat (sleeping) I sleep better than before. hope this makes sense.
Suggestion: I pretty much explained it in the first question. I do like being able to sit up and watch tv. not real thrilled that top mattress can't be against wall. learning to adjust.
When we feel good -- we sleep good -- that's kind of a trick question certainly better than any other that we had seen! We felt the sales person was very truthful and helpful

Sometimes, the mattress feels great when first going to bed, but as night progresses seems to get overly warm. We turned down our thermostat two degrees. Actually, I am hoping to adjust better to it over time.
Suggestion: Less heat being generated. Also, in store, didn't realize how thick and heavy it is. I am a senior and making the bed is a chore due to the weight.
Ever since the firmness adjustment my husband and I are having great nights of sleep. Great job! Dedicated professionals that seem to truly care about their customers.

The mattress is too firm. We were hoping it would be better by now, but it's not I sleep on my couch most nights. Get up in the middle of the night with extreme pain. Pretty disappointed.....

The mattress we bought is just right, not too firm...and responds well to my repositioning at night. I love the adjustable bed frame.
Suggestion: The weight! King springs are heavy...but I am not moving it around anyway.
Not sure our mattress was designed to be used on an adjustable frame. The mattress gets a little bunched up where it is bending. I would not tell anyone to run out and buy one like mine.
Suggestion: I wish I would have been able to sleep on other mattress before we bought into this type of mattress.
The mattress is perfect. We've gone from restless sleeping to hours of deep, peaceful sleep- and no more aches! Thanks! For the first time in ten years we don't want to get out of bed in the morning!

Suggestion: mattress seems to hold body heat which is great at first crawling into a cold bed in winter, but I do wake up because it is too hot after a few hours.
I love my pillow top mattress so much. I fall asleep and stay asleep all night without tossing and turning from being too warm because it distributes your body heat!! The price was unbeatable. The store was really nice and well organized to suit your needs.
Suggestion: It to be a little bit more squishy
I didn't notice a difference at first, but having to sleep in a regular flat bed for a few nights and not being able to adjust the head of the bed to a comfortable height, I realized how much more comfortable my new bed is.
Suggestion: It seems to hold body heat a little more than our old one so I'm typically waking up hot all the time.
The firmness and softness level of my mattress is just right. I'm getting better quality sleep and getting up without back or neck aches. My wife, who was having back and neck issues and losing sleep, is sleeping significantly better. The adjustable bed we purchased for her has made a very noticeable difference. We are very glad we made this investment. Thanks for caring enough to check up after some time has passed.

Suggestion: It seems to be a speck higher close to the edge on each side. I wish mattresses were made like they were years ago.
Mattress is hard as a rock and not lending itself to comfortable sleep Was disappointed with sales person who sold us the mattress. Tried to sell us the most expensive mattress cover. In conversation person admitted that he had the lesser costs cover. Then sales person did not know we were offered a "free" cover if we purchased a mattress. When I called him on it he reversed the sale of cover. Communications between factory and sales was not good!
Suggestion: It's weight. My wife and I are getting older and it is extremely difficult to lift the mattress to change sheets.
It was for my daughter's first bed and we all have found it to be very comfortable Our salesman (I believe Tate?) did a fantastic job, was not high pressure at all and told us the facts we needed to make an informed decision
I have insomnia but not with this bed. I sleep better now than I have in so many years!! I will recommend this to any Jody I know. It is good to know there is a business like yours who do exactly what they promise! Well done and thank you! Also, Carmella was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She answered our questions and ultimately got us to the bed we have now. It is perfect and so is she!!
