We purchased a Sleepeezee bed for nearly £3,000 expecting superior quality, as advertised and reflected in the price.
Within 30 days the mattress springs could be felt which we reported immediately. We were eventually provided a replacement for the same fault to occur! An inspection was carried out that ‘concluded' no fault albeit references ‘the small coils on the pillow top can be felt if you rub your hand across the top'!
No replacement or refund was provided, which contradicts the Consumer Rights Act.
