I ordered a grey Soulsleeper mattress specifically because it was grey. When my mattress arrived it was entirely white. I contacted mattress next day and was entirely fobbed off 'T&M's' apparently mean they do not have to send the colour you ordered. Very disappointed after contacting customer service. Was told I could send it back - at my own expense - once out of the box and it has puffed up - obviously this is a non starter. Fuming and unable to get any meaningful response from mattress next day.

I ordered trousers from this site on 16th January which have still not arrived. Despite many emails requesting an update all I received on 22nd February 2019 was a holding email asking me to be patient. Nearly a month further along and still no trousers or refund. Currently I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
Disgusting service.

VERY UNIMPRESSED - One of the DVD's was unreadable, none had an index as promised and after emailing did not even receive a reply. DO NOT USE this company. Definitely does not deliver what it promised and no communication.
