It would be a negative if possible. Customer service is horrible and they admit to false advertising on their website. While most places remove items or don't allow you to order if the item is out of stock or backordered, not Mason. I ordered a pair of boots on the 17th, it appeared in stock and that it would ship 2 days later. Two weeks later, boots still haven't arrived. No email stating items are backorder, the only email received about order shows order is being processed. I call and have to deal with this awful automated system that disconnects multiple times before actually learning from automated system that boots are backordered and ship date is unknown. I get disconnected again trying to get to actual person. According to Mason themselves they see no issues selling out of stock items that they don't know when or if the item is even going to be back in stock at anytime. They believe it is absolutely fine to sell you items without letting you know the truth so that you can go somewhere else or cause you delays in going somewhere else by falsely selling you something they don't have or know if they will have anytime soon.
I played my bill off with them a long time ago try to order my mom 83 yr old mother a Christmas gift an there won't accept it cause i owe money to the other companies they r with i will pay off my bills an never order again been with companies for yrs an they do this

I have bought from them a few times and always been very satisfied with the product and the timely manner it is delivered. They have a wide selection of quality products and the prices are reasonable.
Bought a pair of Mason boots good quality love them will buy again, fed-x took a while to deliver but I got them.
I returned some items that where the wrong size and they refused to replace them without a down payment even though i was not behind on payments. I contacted them and the operator also had no explanation as to the reason why my items where not shipped. She then suggested that i speak to a supervisor. At which time i was cut off.
Never got purchases as account never got out of pending approval status. I didn't order because I felt like spending money. I ordered because I needed the items I never received. Went to Amazon instead and had items in 2 days. Am closing my account with these people.
I bought my daughter a pair of boots in wrong size. I wanted to exchange them and was told I would be charged for shipping again.$20 for the first pair $8 to return then $20 for the exchange. I just sent them back. Still out almost $30 for nothing
I bought shoes that were actually good quality. Too small for my guy. I returned the shoes. Please tell me why I have a $50 balance. They returned the shoes but charged me other fee possible! Never again! Ridiculous!
They told me I have to put down a down payment cuz I changed my mind the shoes were too much so I found some cheaper than I like that was under $150 credit limit and they say I still have to give them $37 after I successfully bought a pair of shoes from them before and on the credit thing and paid for everything. Don't buy from Mason easy pay they are full of the BS they always kind of find some way to get more money out you work world is way better than Mason easy pay they have a better quality issues and they are cheaper and sell basically almost the same shoes they sell
I bought a pair of walkabout which turned out to be 1.5 size too big. Besides the 1st shipping fee. I was charged another $7.99 to exchange them. The another $19.99 to ship me a different size. Thst's $56.00 total shipping charges. I write to customer service 4 months ago without answer. I say to mason, "so long" plus i will tell as many people as i can bby any means
The product was attractive, shoes, but because of size I had to return them... I could understand being charged for return postage, but an additional $15.00 additional charge was a ripoff. Total bill was $25.16... I will never do business with mason shoes again nor will I recommend them to my friends... buyer beware.
Horrible service! Charge way too much for everything. I bought 4 items and returned 3 and I am being charged $140 for 1 pair of leggings! I will never use this site EVER again and I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use this site as well. Rip off!
Absolutely worst company we have ever dealt with. My husband ordered workboots- was told needed small downpayment which we did. Month later no shoes- backorder upon backorder. Then we get a letter more money needed. I call. Rep said letter mistake- disregard backorder dues to no brown- would black be ok? Husband said okay but they have to arrive end June as we are moving- there are no homes vacant here to move into so we dont have an address yet. He was processing when call went dead- I called back girl said no problem after i went over whole thing again- she said of course i would still get my 20% and free ship and my downpayment would be applied. She said a supervisor had to approve bur definitely would- I was NOT told there would be a 3-31/2 hr wait- then the superv. A woman was super rude, said the whole order had to be cancelled redone, $49 more due no free ship no 20% because the promotion was over, and if I waited for the brown ones til July it would have been ok but prior rep cancelled that order and now I am out of luck and its not her problem and then she called me a very profane word! And I wont get my first downpayment back either. Mason can ROT for all i care.

I've been waiting 2 $#*!ing weeks for shoes and Sandals for 100 dollars in total. Don't waste your time on a $#*!ty $#*! company. All the workers are slow and stupid.
Sent my shoes to a prev address, afterr the correct address was updated. When i returned the shoes because they didnt fit, they were returned advising, I was passed the refund or exchange policy. But you would think they would have used the correct address but no they used the previous address once again. And the customer svc rep so nothing wrong with the script she was reading from!
I will take my business elsewhere and order from somehwere else! Terrible experience! I thought they were legit! What a ripoff! They send me catalogs for what? So they can keep me waiting? These are xmas gifts for crying outloud!
This company is part of a conglomerate that is in the mail-order business. In general, when you order, and you get a person on the phone to verify and repeat everything to you, things go well. I have heard of nightmares trying to return things, but that was not my problem. A few month ago I ordered some high end work shows, and some slacks for my wife. All went well, we received them quickly, all fit, were well made. A few weeks later I logged in, and saw the order and made a partial payment. Today, I went to log in and pay again, and there is no sign of the order, the payment or no activity in 2020 at all! It looks like they hired a third world company to do their web work because of the way it assumes on a customer's time. I recognize this bad follow up from Amerimark, same elevator music, same Telephone Routing system from hell, and the same way of losing track of transactions. It turns out my shoe order got posted to Stoneberry, one of their companies. Expect long Hold times while the system tells you your call is important to them. That is a flag that pay is low, or they cannot draw and keep good customer people. All this in a grown up world reflects on their leadership.
Answer: Mason Easy Pay explains itself if u pay on time it is easy if u don't that can be a problem if u want to return a item because of wrong size or u just don't like it call them and tell them they are easy people to talk to but pay yur bill with them. The shoes or boots may be at a higher price than a retail store but still this is by catalog and a business so they can do that. I have had no problems because I pay my bill with them!
