Finding what I want in clothing there is often chaotic, especially during sales. They never seem to have enough staff & the racks are a mess.
They have a huge selection of clothing that's just perfect for work or casual at very reasonable prices, whatever city I find myself in.
Items come quickly and as advertised. No additional shipping charges or fees. Very pleased with Macy's.
These guys are scam, they sent me wrong items and never changed them again. I called more than 10 times but no positive response.
I would not recommend using Macy's.com to anyone. I've received half orders, clothing with security tags still on them, and delayed packages.
Hey Follow Consumers, heads up on Macy's Furniture and their WORRY NO MORE Warranty—don't fall for it! I want to share a cautionary experience to save you some trouble. Steer clear of their WORRY NO MORE Warranty. It might sound like a safety net, but let me tell you They promise to repair or replace if anything goes wrong with your furniture that's under the warranty guidelines, but in reality, it's NOT True.
Here's the deal: they'll ask for pics and videos when you file a claim, but when you do everything they ask, they'll turn around and deny your claim.Saying it's not cover but it is because it's on the pamphlet they give you, but the deny it anyway and tell you to take it up with the other department. It's a frustrating runaround where they shift responsibility from one department to another, leaving you stuck in the middle. They might even claim your warranty is void because you got a discount,due to the several issues you encounter with damaged items and missed delivered dates. Yep, the same discount meant to compensate for the issues you had with your original purchase.
And the real kicker? If they canceled your warranty, why didn't they refund the $499 right when you received the discount? Instead, they wait until you need the warranty, and suddenly it's a problem. They conveniently wait until you need and submit for repairs to drop the bomb that your warranty is canceled. It's like they're more interested in pocketing your hard-earned cash than standing by their warranty. It's a shady game, and it feels like they just want your money without delivering on their promises.
Consider this a friendly heads-up: Macy's and their upcharge Worry No More Warranty? Not worth it. Save your hard-earned money for something more reliable and trustworthy. Trust me, it's a complete letdown—they won't honor the warranty when you need it most. I wouldn't recommend Macy's or their sketchy warranty to anyone. It's not protection; it's a complete scam. Don't fall for it!
I paid 657.00 for my movie theater recliner in April of 2022 and waited almost 2 1/2 months to receive it which was totally unacceptable… After having the power recliner for less than one year, the power completely stopped working!. I called Macys and they sent a service Guy out a week and a half later only to be told that it couldn't be repaired. Then I was told to talk to Customer service again and they FINALLY agreed to a full refund since it is still under warranty…. They finally came to pick my recliner up to be returned after another week and a half wait and now 4 days later and 6 phone calls later, they're still giving me the run around as to why my refund hasn't been processed yet! BTW: I live in Oklahoma, and for some VERY ODD reason they returned the recliner to the Dallas Texas warehouse 6 hours away! ….So then I call them AGAIN and demand to speak to a Supervisor that was named LaFrieda and she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! I better get my refund in the very near future or Macys is definitely going to have a lawsuit on their hands! AVOID MACYS UNLESS YOU LIKE DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS! BTW: ALL OF THEIR REPS ARE LOCATED OUT OF THE US AND THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MACYS OR YOU WONT SURVIVE ANOTHER YEAR!
Wow all I can say is wow! I ordered a Christmas gift for my girlfriend a pair of Madden Archie Lug Booties. I wanted to use a gift card to pay for the order, which I couldn't do online so I had to call. It took nearly 20 minutes on the phone to place the order. Okay, no big deal minor inconvenience but nothing major. I get the confirmation email my order has been placed. Fast forward one week later - still no updates. I call the 800# and the CSR tells me my order is ready for pickup. I tell him that I didn't receive an email stating that. He tells me don't worry about it - go to the store and pick up the item. I go to the store to pick it up- and they ask me for my confirmation email. I tell them I don't have one. The guy tells me well it's not ready for pickup then... I ask for the manager. The manager pulls up my information and tells me the order has been cancelled. I ask then why didn't I order a cancellation email? He tells me that it's a glitch in the system and has been happening lately. He says he'll reorder the item for me - gives me a 20% discount and offers expedited shipping to my home. I ask what about my other order. He says I'll either get the money back on Visa or another gift card in the email. (I paid a few extra dollars on my Visa because my gift card did not cover the entire amount). Fast forward four more days. I call the customer service # again and they tell me again my order is ready for pickup. I tell them - no it's not that it hasn't been updated in the system and send me a confirmation if that's the case. Finally, I get a manager on the phone and cancel my order. The order placed in the store should be coming to me today. Was all this hassle worth a measly 20% - absolutely not!

Horrible experience this morning August 25,2022: from 9 AM to 10 AM on the phone with customer service agent "May" #******* who was absolutely useless in helping me to figure out why i only received half of the outfit I ordered (was supposed to be a 2 piece item, but i only got the top part); asked for a replacement to be reshipped to me on expedited basis due to Macys mistake & that i have to be out of the country in 3 days. Was told they can't expedite the reshipment, but if i pay $15-20 to overnight the item- now THAT can be arranged… still kept my cool & explained that my circumstances are a bit different & that I have to be out of the country in 3 days & due to being a long time loyal customer of Macys who has shared quite a bit of my paycheck with this store, asked for a concession to be made & some extra understanding in FIXING THEIR MISTAKE … No. Nope. Nothing. So, i asked to be transferred to supervisor only to hear "that no supervisor is available" -how awesomely convenient for "May" is that?!?! Stayed on the line for another 10min only to get to talk to a supervisor. "Courtney" came online, listen to me for half a minute & then in a very condescending unapologetic tone, said "sorry, we can not help you, have a nice day" & HUNG UP ON ME. Bravo Macys! Just BRAVO! You win the award for most awful customer service ever! & lost a loyal customer. Bravo!
The worst Diamond I ever bought was from Macys. A piece of crap. Don't go to Macys for a diamond, you will regret it.

I entered a women's fitting room with my daughter to soon discover a MAN working in and out of the WOMAN'S dressing room, WHAT? The next time he passed by us while we were outside of the dressing room, I noticed his name tag identified him as a SHE, are you kidding me, we are naked! I can see in supporting others choices but NOT when it affects me unclothed and vulnerable. THIS IS WRONG! Make your fitting rooms unisex to tell everyone entering what to expect. When you do nothing, the signage of WOMAN gives women the expectation that a woman will be working in the area and a sense of safety and comfort, not controversial. I am upset that me and my underaged daughter are undressing in stalls that you can see in when walking by with a MAN walking around working the dressing rooms. This is unacceptable! I am outraged with these careless actions done by Macy's. Even if the MAN doesn't care to see me, I assure you I will NEVER step inside a Macy's EVER AGAIN because I do care and should have the option to decide who sees me undressed. Oh, and I tried to speak to the manager however she advised me before I was even finished talking that, and I quote, "Macy's has made their choice on this subject matter and that is what to expect." ABSOLUTLY UNEXCEPTABLE!
I like Macys, but I don't like their prices though. But overall they got really cute clothes and for that reason I would rate them 4 stars!
Love to browse Macys and occasionally make a purchase. Love the store and products. Everything is top quality and I've never been disappointed.
