The program did not work for me. I was refunded the full cost of the program obviously less my travel expenses, original consultation fee, and lab work fees. I believe this is very fair. Please refer to my original review for specifics.

Failed Communication and Questionable Medical Advice Resulted in a Billing Dispute

I was very optimistic of the Stop and Regrow program. Before I started the program, I expressed my concerns regarding the potential side effects of the hair growth capsules based upon my previous experience with similar products. My use of these products was disclosed on my in-office application. I was hopeful that Dr. Nettles would provide me with sound medical advice and support if I experienced any physical discomfort and sexual side effects during the program. Unfortunately, when I experienced these symptoms and alerted the doctor he said that he'd never heard of such side effects before and suggested that I double my dosage even though I was in severe pain. I felt uncomfortable following his advice. Dr. Nettles failed to follow up with me when he said he would after I emailed him expressing my concern of his double your dosage recommendation. After repeated attempts to get a response from him, I finally gave up. Now I am in a billing dispute with his office as they are trying to assume as little financial responsibility as possible for my cancellation of the program. Its unfortunate that Dr. Nettles can't keep his word, calling when he says he will and answering a single email regarding sensitive medical questions. This is especially disconcerting as these questions relate to the use of a powerful, off-label prescription drug with known side effects.

Wow all I can say is wow! I ordered a Christmas gift for my girlfriend a pair of Madden Archie Lug Booties. I wanted to use a gift card to pay for the order, which I couldn't do online so I had to call. It took nearly 20 minutes on the phone to place the order. Okay, no big deal minor inconvenience but nothing major. I get the confirmation email my order has been placed. Fast forward one week later - still no updates. I call the 800# and the CSR tells me my order is ready for pickup. I tell him that I didn't receive an email stating that. He tells me don't worry about it - go to the store and pick up the item. I go to the store to pick it up- and they ask me for my confirmation email. I tell them I don't have one. The guy tells me well it's not ready for pickup then... I ask for the manager. The manager pulls up my information and tells me the order has been cancelled. I ask then why didn't I order a cancellation email? He tells me that it's a glitch in the system and has been happening lately. He says he'll reorder the item for me - gives me a 20% discount and offers expedited shipping to my home. I ask what about my other order. He says I'll either get the money back on Visa or another gift card in the email. (I paid a few extra dollars on my Visa because my gift card did not cover the entire amount). Fast forward four more days. I call the customer service # again and they tell me again my order is ready for pickup. I tell them - no it's not that it hasn't been updated in the system and send me a confirmation if that's the case. Finally, I get a manager on the phone and cancel my order. The order placed in the store should be coming to me today. Was all this hassle worth a measly 20% - absolutely not!

I received a Christmas gift from gilt.com from my brother. I returned it for credit, which was not what I wanted (I wanted the cash) but gilt refused because my brother paid for it on his credit card. I ended up using the credit to purchase a pair of jeans, which didn't fit right. So I had to return those jeans to a Sacks Off 5th store. When I returned the item, the manager at Sacks had problems processing it so the entire affair was time consuming and tedious. Plus, I had to pay for shipping in both directions which really cut into my online credit amount. Fast forward 18 months, finally decided to rid myself of the remaining credit I had and ordered some underwear. They should fit correctly right? Another $10 for shipping and its the slowest shipping around. FedEx. Taking easily over a week to reach me. Gilt.com making $$$ hands over fist on their shipping fees and their prices on most merchandise (easy to compare elsewhere online before you buy something) are not competitive. No way would order from this company again!

Their updated trading platform is not user friendly and does not even feature interactive. For that you are considered an advanced user and must download their Schwab Market Edge Platform. I run Windows 10 with a Chrome Browser and I could not get it to function properly. Their local office in town is great but calling their 800# is pretty bad. I can't recommend this company for something serious as equity trading.

First of all, their prices are highway robbery. Call their 800# and haggle with them and you can get much better prices. I got 3 months for $60. I think that is about is cheap as you can get. That being said, their software is full of glitches and the result is that it dramatically slows down the decision making process as well as the communication with potential matches. Their customer service is hit or miss - the first couple of calls they were super nice and the more complaining I did the more unhelpful they became. The people that I spoke to (manager Sarah and CSR Jennifer) were robotic and apathetic and constantly tried to pass the buck in terms of accepting responsibility for a product that does not work properly. Unfortunately, the glitches apply to both their mobile sites as well as the regular site. Overall, Eharmony's software needs a complete overhaul to make it more efficient and their customer service reps do not put their customer's first.

Total rip-off. Bait and Switch. Completely deceptive. You can get better rates by doing your own research. They booked me into the most overpriced, poorly reviewed dump in town and tried to pass it off as a two star property. Well, it wasn't the brand that was bad - it was just this particular property. I could have easily booked a better property for less money. Priceline is dishonest. Save yourself the hassle and do not use them!

***After complaining up the ladder far enough Priceline refunded my money and I booked another property on my own***
I called their customer service twice. I showed them the reviews on tripadvisor.com and hotels.com where the property was just slammed for its uncleanliness. According to Priceline.com - your room is supposed to be clean. Yet half of the recent reviews of this property say it was filthy. I called the hotel. I was told the reports on the websites wrong. Anyways, enough lamenting. Please do yourself a favor and steer far clear of priceline.com.

An absolute nightmare. My CPanel experience was not good. Don't get duped by their BBB rating or affiliate reviews. Customer service is hit or miss. When something goes wrong - they don't take responsibility. I cancelled the same day I signed up. Stay away!
