Never again will I order anything from Macys.com. After trying to place multiple orders that Macys.com cancelled my order to which no explanation could be given but they reconfirmed my identity 5 different times. After 7 phone calls and still no solution I decided since all my orders were cancelled with all my cancelled conformations I went ahead and purchased the items in the store without the cyber monday deals. The in store purchase actually came out cheaper after I went over all my cancellations with the in store manager who honored the online deals and gave me a 25.00 additional discount. Figured my problem was solved but the next day I get an email from Macys.com saying my order had been shipped with an order number that is not mine. After calling for a second day the first representative hung up on me mid sentence so I called back again and spoke to a manager who verified that the order shipped was not mine but my card was charged and I would have to wait til the package came to have my card credited after I return the order that is not mine to the store. How nice Macys not only do u have idiots that work for u but they have no idea what they are doing hang up on ur customers then expect ur customers to fix their mistakes. What a crappy company
They have closed down the customer service department they do not even have an email customer service department so how do they or why do they continue to sell products? Absurd

Do not buy at Macy's, I have been a customer for around 40 years, now they are selling online from another companies, so it is not Macys, and do not have the same quality as before, and when you buy something online does not said anywhere that you are buying from another marketplace, which is not acceptable not to let you know that it is not from Macys. Moreover the returns must be whiting 30 days, I also bought a perfume and try it to return, well I was just going to exchange it only, and because I bought it 45 days ago, they didn't exchange it.

One of my favorite stores! They stand behind their merchandise! Prices are excellent too. Delivery is very fast. I never had a problem with this store.
I made a purchase in approximately the third week of December 2022. I received a notice from Macy's stating that my order shipped on December 30th. On January 11,2023, I contacted Customer Service to track my package without positive results. I was told that I could cancel the order or place an order to expedite again for immediate shipment. Since I already paid for the purchase, I asked that the funds be deposited back into my bank account. I was told that this could not be done. They would have to credit my Macy's account. I will not do online shopping with Macy's again. First, of all why would a package take over 15 days to be delivered? I understand that sometimes there is a delay in delivery, but I have ordered purchases from other retailers even during the busy holiday season and it has never taken over 15 days to be delivered. Secondly, after I canceled the order, the funds that I paid should be deposited back into my bank account. I don't need funds credited to my Macy's credit card. Anyone reading this post, please learn from my mistake.

I will never order, nor recommend this site to anyone I know for the simple fact that they sue people if they leave a bad review. If they can't do business and maintain good customer service of their own merits, then they don't deserve to be in business. You have to be a real scumbag of a business to sue a customer for a bad review. DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This was the first holiday in which I ordered as many clothes, shoes and gift items as I did from Macys. >20 items. Very nice surprise that all the orders shipped accurately (sizes, colors, etc) except 1, which Macys rectified in just 1 day after my call to customer service. Impressive that this store can handle the rush so accurately. Moreover, Macys allowed me an exchange 1 day past deadline (since timing was so close). On clothing return to the store was fast and painless. Finally, my godiva chocolate gifts came in a styrofoam box with a cooler pack, and shipping was free due to the amount! No boxes broken nor damaged. In contrast, my one bedsheet set purchase from Kohls was incorrectly delivered twice. Overstock charged me a $20 restocking charge for one return. And my email question to customer service at a local orange producer still hasn't been answered after one week. Lesson learned. Future holidays will definitely mean shopping at Macys.com first! (BTW, I'm a verified customer but this site doesn't accept pdf file of my receipts)
I bought from this store for more than 3 years, everything was good, I was satisfied. But last time, my friend decided to give me a gift and pay for the order. The security department didn't like this and they canceled my order but at the same time froze my money. I understand that everyone has their own security criteria, this is normal, but for the past 11 days I have been asking them to send a request to my bank to cancel the operation so that the money can be returned to me. Although in the letter that Macy's sent me they wrote that they had sent such a request. My bank said that they didn't receive request and then in the correspondence Macy's accidentally let it slip that I should wait for the automatic unlocking to take place according to the bank's rules. It mean they weren't going to sent request. But I don't want to wait that long! I write to them every day for 11 days, they answer with long phrases and do not want to send this request. I am very disappointed in the store that they behave so rudely with regular customers. I have all the correspondence.
I ordered online May 6,2023 refund item a week later which was 13th they received item on the 20th here it is the 27th I still here not received my refund from Macy. I purchased a Ralph Lauren shirt from the website. I selected XL for the shirt, but in checkout the shirt kept showing XXL. After my third attempt to refresh, I thought it was possibly a glitch. After the checkout was complete I got the email saying the size was XXL. Keep in mind I used a gift card. I had to call in to dispute the size. The initial dispute was an okay experience. I got the right size ordered and everything was fine. I checked my credit card account and notice three transactions. One for the right amount 4.99 with my gift card. The second 64 dollars and lastly 23 dollars. I called concerned about what the other two transaction were. I was assured that they would be dropped off my account in two to three business days because the transacts were pending just to make sure the card was good. I checked my account after the elapsed time, shockingly I was charged 23.94. I checked the past three emails they sent me with the price changing in everyone of the emails increasing in value. The number quoted matched non of the emails. I called in to get a price correction when I explained the problem the service rep insulted me by saying, "you filled the transaction wrong...". Truth is I didn't and have the emails to prove it. I asked her what she doesn't understand? Would you like me to show you the emails? Abruptly, I am hung up on. Macy's keep doing business this way and I will chuckle when this company is filing chapter 7 bankruptcy. You have no future in my analysis. I will never shop at this company again, nor as an investor invest. Take your money elsewhere!
I'm trying to get get off the Macys catalog mailing list. They have no live operators - all I keep getting when I dial is someone with an accent who has no clue. I'm not a macys customer - and Now I definitely never will be. They need to establish a CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ZWITH A LIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING person!
I place a order on the 9th of January and everytime I called customer service about it they kept giving me the runaround and when I talked to a supervisor she said she don't know what I want her to do well I don't work their so i do t know either and here it is the 28th and I still don't have my order yet
I received an e-mail ad with several after Christmas sales. I selected an item for myself, saw that it was in stock and that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. Just after the first of the new year, not having heard anything, I called customer service, gave them my order number and was told that the item had been shipped. It was to be delivered by either the 7th or the 8th. This morning (1-6-20) I received an e-mail declaring that the item was out of stock and that my order had been cancelled. I called customer service once more, this time for a stock check and explanation as to why I had been told the product had been shipped. The irony of the matter was that the product was still shown online as "in stock" with shipping in 1-2 business days. When I told the rep that I would stay on the line to leave my comments on their automated survey system, I was disconnected and found myself listening to a dial tone. I find this company's inventory control to be extremely lacking, their communications somewhat suspect and common courtesy non-existent. This was not one experience, but two-my first and my last.
I ordered 2 items on Dec 12th 2015, received a shipping label confirmation, emailed the company about 8 times. I have not received an email from anyone in this company. It is now January 12th, still have not received an email from them, nor have I received my packages. I am at a loss here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!

Macy's are beyond idiots. I ordered a RALPH LAUREN SUIT for men in black and the pants and jacket were shipped separately. When I opened the PANTS packaged what popped out was a BLACK WOMAN'S SWEATER in BLACK... and the JACKET NEVER ARRIVED... MACYS FIGURE YOUR $#*! OUT and HIRE PEOPLE THAT SHIP PROPER $#*!
