I love these collars, they keep my pup safe when I am out for walks! The awesome thing is when I go out a bit later for walks with my kids I feel totally safe! I just don't particularly care for the disclaimers. If an item is refurbished, list it where we can all see it! A lot of the items that I purchase on here aren't that high quality. You get what you pay for.
