You go on the site and type in the search bar for a specific brand you're interested in and several options popped up so i inquired on two products asking what the price was this was my response... who speaks in customer service like that? I'd never buy from this type of site ever!
Bought my Louis Vuitton and it was in Perfect condition! Looked brand new all my friends loved it! I will definitely be back I also bought a LV card holder. I won't be buying another one of those. Super small for 300 was crazy but it's good too! Perfect condition and came in the box! I love this site!
I purchased a LV handbag and after one week the handle came apart from the purse. I tried to contact Ray at DFO and have not received any communication. I guess once they get your money they have no interest in you as a customer. I will be pursuing other means to get a refund for this expensive bag that only lasted a week. Horrible customer service!
Unhappy about fake return policy and phone number.
I contacted the company every day for 5 days since my purchase. No response. On the 3rd day I started to call. And the number got forwarded to an answer machine that sounds like cell phones answer machine. I never heard of a business miner acting like this. I left messages and still no response. I am contacting my bank to get a full refund. Do not buy here. This company is not being upfront with there return policy. So if u bought it no matter what you are stuck with it. This is bad business

On 9/26/23 I ordered a Eleventy Shirt priced 79.00 a good deal, I also ordered a $489.00 Hickey Freeman sport coat. The shirt arrived on 9/29, but the sport coat has never arrived, they charged me for both. I tried to find a phone number on them with no luck, I used their contact chat and email, NO response. I finally had to contact my cc today to dispute the charges.
The welcome code they provide is not honored so make sure that you get that the welcome code in writing. After speaking to the representative Nestor Alvarez, he stated I would get the welcome code deducted from my purchase and never got it taken off. Hard to even get someone on the phone and their customer service is horrible.
I ordered the LV Escale Onthego and I love it! I own one that I bought from the actual store. And it is very authentic looking! I highly recommend these purses if you want a replica that is great quality and looks authentic. I ordered it on 24 June and got it on 02 July! Super service and purse!
I mail the purse back because I could not carry Louie Vuttiton with s bad smell! It was that bad I mail back there mailing back to me! The purse was my anniversary gift from my husband I am going to let my card deal with them!

This company is awesome! The bag I purchased is beautiful and it was introduced from Louie in 2012. It's in excellent condition and I couldn't tell someone had it before me. I own louies that I purchased from the store but will be ordering more from luce bc the quality, service and convenience of having Affrim is outstanding!
They don't answer the phone. I have yet to receive my LV Bag. I'm thoroughly upset! I sent an email INQUIRY as well... nothing... crickets! Not doing business with them ever again!

At the time that you called our office was closed for the 4 day Memorial weekend and then again for 3 days the following week due to our company moving office locations. We did put steps in place to ensure our customers were aware of this but it seems we missed the mark and should have done a better job to make it more apparent. After the move we took slightly longer than we had hoped to get our phone system back in motion and it came out in your experience. I apologize for the inconsistent service. I took the chance and purchased a product, it's been well over a month and never received the purse. Contacted this "guy named Ray" 4 times and NO RESPONSE. Disputing through PAYPAL but what a scan and pain, especially since they already have my personal information and payment. THEY ARE THIEVES
Pretty good customer service, unfortunately the handbag I received was counterfeit. Had it authenticated by an expert and was told, "this is the worse counterfeit I've ever seen." Maybe some of their items are legit, but I wouldn't take the risk with this website.
As of today april 9 2016 voicemail still tells you the office will be closed feb. 15. Impossible to leave a voicemail, often takes 8 to 11 tries to actually talk to a live person. The shipping is simply impossible. You have to be actually present to sign-no option to pick up at Fedex office, or signing of door tag. Arranged for two day shipping, arriving saturday so I would be home!, they forgot to mark it saturday delivery, so now I get to stay home monday as well. Improve these issues and I might return as a customer.

This will be the fifth LV item i have purchased from this site. I was very hesitant to do this, but after i got my first bag i was hooked because it seemed like it was brand new. No scratches or anything on it! So i went to order more. However, i just ordered a LV wallet, and was expecting the same great quality that I always get, but after i opened up and box, cut off the tag, and started looking at it, I saw that a lot of the monogramming was worn off, which made the wallet look very used! This is the first time this has happened, but paying over 600 for a wallet, i expect it to be in great condition. So i emailed Luxedh to tell them how disappointing this was and to see if i could return it for something else, and they would not do it because the tag had been removed. So needless to say, I will never order from their website again. So beware, if you do order, make sure u leave the tags on and thoroughly inspect it before removing the tags.

I loved how easy it was for me to order and find a nice! Handbag. And my shipping was the next day. Free at that! And Affirm is the best way to pay for it.
Poor customer service. When placing an order with he company they email you, and follow up with a phone to confirm, during the process they neglect to tell you that someone has to physically be home to accept the delivery. Anyone in the working world knows that is going to be a hardship since stated delivery is between 10:20-2:30pm. If they would disclose that prior to preparing the shipment an alternate address could be used, however that would take an additional effort on their part. To add insult to injury, if the item is shipped back, they charge you shipping again. Will not purchase from them again.
I was told my purse was going to get delivered on Valentines day. My husband waited all day. We wanted to celebrate Valentines but can't leave the house because of the package supposedly getting delivered. I called FedEx and according to my tracking # it wasn't going to get delivered until Tuesday, 3 days later than we were promised. My husband is not happy/disappointed. I'm not happy either because it just ruined our whole day, Our valentines day! Now I'm thinking if I should just cancel my order!
