I was told my purse was going to get delivered on Valentines day. My husband waited all day. We wanted to celebrate Valentines but can't leave the house because of the package supposedly getting delivered. I called FedEx and according to my tracking # it wasn't going to get delivered until Tuesday, 3 days later than we were promised. My husband is not happy/disappointed. I'm not happy either because it just ruined our whole day, Our valentines day! Now I'm thinking if I should just cancel my order!
I purchased a bag from LUX back in 2014. I put his bag on a payment plan. Close to receiving my bag I explained to the sales person that the bag I purchased seemed too big. She mentioned that they had just received one that she thought I would like and she emailed me pictures. When I received the bag. I noticed that the inside had been changed, but I thought maybe they renovate them a bit. Later to find out that they don't change the inside of the bags.
When the bag tore on me. I sent pictures and they said it was due to something sharp that cut the bag.
Which the tear is in the front of the bag right where the bag folds.
I sent the bag back to them and they insisted that they did not sell me that bag!
Can you believe? My first Louis Vuitton bag, I paid 1k for a fake bag.
This has been since 2014 and if I had purchased an authentic bag, I would still have it today.
I am very disappointed. Yes to the point of infuriation. Especially since they say they never sold me that bag I'm sure because IT IS A FAKE that came from LUXE. Do not buy your designer bags from a company that can't stand by what they sell and obviously have very poor standards. I have pictures of the bag when I received it and you can clearly see the luxe dh receipt. One picture is from when I first purchased the bag. Excitedly I sent a picture to a GF. The other is after the bag tore on me and the other is of the inside of the bag which has no LV serial number of LV wording at all ion the inside.
Took 5 days to express mail my item, and the payment was paid by credit card. They acted like they could care less
I bought a lv bag from this site for my sister once and I remember being such a hassle to get them on the line. Bag received was great but it took awhile to ship out.
Everything is as described, the quality of leather is good. Good choice of models. The second time I ordered and again no regrets. Thank you.

I am not a big fan of buying expensive gifts for my wife... So I always search for great gifts at reasonable prices. When I found LuxeDH, I thought it was a great idea, they have all the brands my wife loves at basically 50 to 60% off.
Granted most of their bags are pre-owned but I was smart about it and asked my wife if she would be interested in pre-owned bags before I purchased anything for her... I know some women would not even think of using a pre-owned item.
So in conclusion, both me and my wife loved the site, we made a purchase and had a great experience with it! I saw they even have payment plans at 0% interest.
We also loved the design of the site, so all in all we recommend this site for anyone looking for designer handbags at reasonable prices.

Pretty good customer service, unfortunately the handbag I received was counterfeit. Had it authenticated by an expert and was told, "this is the worse counterfeit I've ever seen." Maybe some of their items are legit, but I wouldn't take the risk with this website.

As of today april 9 2016 voicemail still tells you the office will be closed feb. 15. Impossible to leave a voicemail, often takes 8 to 11 tries to actually talk to a live person. The shipping is simply impossible. You have to be actually present to sign-no option to pick up at Fedex office, or signing of door tag. Arranged for two day shipping, arriving saturday so I would be home!, they forgot to mark it saturday delivery, so now I get to stay home monday as well. Improve these issues and I might return as a customer.

I love buying designer handbags, but finding good prices is not easy. I have gone through many sites and Luxe Designer Handbags is one of the best I've seen. They have a vast range of bags and brands to choose from, including Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and many more!
They also have incredible prices! Yes their bags are pre owned, but they prices reflect that. I purchased a Fendi bag a couple of weeks ago and have been enjoying it for the pas couple of days! It came in near perfect condition, perfect for the price!
