As of today april 9 2016 voicemail still tells you the office will be closed feb. 15. Impossible to leave a voicemail, often takes 8 to 11 tries to actually talk to a live person. The shipping is simply impossible. You have to be actually present to sign-no option to pick up at Fedex office, or signing of door tag. Arranged for two day shipping, arriving saturday so I would be home!, they forgot to mark it saturday delivery, so now I get to stay home monday as well. Improve these issues and I might return as a customer.
