I received in a timely manner. Still a few items on back order. But... I was over charged. I ordered off tv with the offer starting at a base of $19+ I was charged over $29...
It's a nice system, but will be sending it back. Between the base, extra coverage, color, blush and sheen, it takes me just as long as my old system. I tried it every day for 6 days and am just not thrilled.
It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my older sister. I had it shipped to my younger sister (where we were to gather) because I didn't think it would arrive in time for me to take it with me for the holiday visit. I hoped the three of us could unwrap it and experiment together. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive at my younger sister's house until after we left. My younger sister will hold on to it and we will try again in June when we see each other again.
I was extremely disappointed in the quility of this product. The compressor just stopped working within minutes of using it. I also noticed when I attempted to put the gun into the slot holder that there wasnt a slot holder. I looked in the box and noticed that the holder was in the box. I am assuming this happening during shipment. I do plan to call customer services for a replacement. I just hope that I get a better experience with a replacement. I bought this for my funeral home hoping that we could use this on our beloved deceased.

Still waiting for two of my free gifts, which were on backorder, but I'm very happy with the makeup system.
I am thrilled with Luminessair! It arrived on time and very well packed. Instructions, both detailed in a CD and also a quick guide for those who are all about getting started right away. A bit tricky to become a pro in using the wand, but I am determined to "trial the 7 days to perfection". Tutorials and assistance is available, if you need specific help. The realistic tutorials including women who film themselves opening the box and jumping right in was very helpful and made the "getting started" less intimidating. I was annoyed at the negative reviews.
Seems as though reviews are in place before the experience is trialed... Looking good is effort, so I am excited to have professional equipment so I may become a pro in looking my best and using good products. Perhaps other women aren't serious about looking their best or indulging time to "put their best face first"!

I've received it; however, I was on Christmas vacation and as yet haven't had a chance to try it. I have already use luminessair but wanted to try the new silk product. I find the product easy to use and after a short time learning how to apply, I find that I do not want to go back to powder based makeups..
Disappointed from the get go-ordered on 12/16 and just received on 12/29. It's a clunky product and process, not smooth. The product is not good quality, lacks complete coverage and the colors didn't match my skin well. I'll be sending back.
As soon as I am able, I intend to give it a try. In general, I DO NOT LIKE subscriptions. Why is this necessary? If I have to have a subscription, I will cancel. Again, as soon as I am able, I will open things up and check it out.
I like the unit but am not sure if I will keep it. The refills are very expensive and does not include the cleaner for the unit even though they say to clean after every use. How would I know I had to have the cleaner? Also, the makeup looks orange on me, I will try it for another week before making a final decision,

I FINALLY TOOK THE TIME TO VIEW THE VIDEO AND TRY IT OUT. IT WAS ACTUALLY ALMOST AS EASY AS THE COMMERCIAL SHOWS. AND... BETTER YET... IT REALLY WORKS. SINCE I DO NOT WEAR MAKE UP EVERY DAY, THIS WILL LAST ME A LONG TIME. I TRIED IT WHEN GOING TO A FAMILY REUNION AND PEOPLE THOUGHT I WAS YOUNGER AND MY FACE LOOKED FLAWLESS, BUT NATURAL. WOW. I WAS SURPRISED. THIS IS REALLY A GREAT PRODUCT. LUMINESS AIR.
Still deciding if I like it, Color off, makes me look orange Plus, refills very expensive My 9$ foundation is better.

First application was a little hard to do, but since then i am happy to use it.
The colors didn't match but after fixing them it's ok
The starter kit came with colors that dont match my skin color so I've only used it once and I looked orange. It also looked to caked on but if I did a light coating it didn't cover up my rosacea which was the reason I got it in the first place. Now if I want to use it I have to buy more makeup that matches my skin tone. I dont understand why they didn't give me that option in the first place. Also it took a lot more drops to cover my face than advertised and if anything it enhances wrinkles, versus covering them up. Lastly the cleaning process is too long to consider using on a daily basis. Im sticking with my regular foundation.
Like the makeup. Just wondering how long it will last and if I can afford to keep using it. I do like the look after I am done though.
