Recieved order confirmation on 04/10/2017. However, I have been charged three times for the same product without my authorization.
Luminess Air, has been making charges to my credit card for products I haven´t requested.

My daughter loves it, has had no problem learning to use it. Has had problem with face breaking out but this seems to be helping out since nothing touches her face.

This is my second luminessair as my girlfriend liked mine so much I gave it to her to use at her wedding! As an older woman with combination skin, I love the coverage which doesn't cause lines of makeup. Once you get it you will never use store bought foundation!

So far I'm still learning how to use it, I love the way it feels. I didn't put enough drops in the cup. I think once I practice a few times I will get the right amount of coverage.
The DVD really helped a lot. Can't wait to do my eye brows, I didn't know that was going to be part of it, looks like fun. What a neat way to put on your makeup.

After watching the video and more tutorials online, I was able to apply the makeup evenly, so that was not the issue. What I don't like is that you go through so much product. It doesn't meet the claims of the advertising at all. The makeup accentuated wrinkles and just made my skin look horrible despite using a very good moisturizer and trying again with a high quality primer. I am sending this back.
I have had my system for about a week now and I LOVE the system so far. The only issue I had was, the "free gifts" are on back order and the things you need to have the best experience with the system were not even mentioned until you watched the DVD and tutorial videos. This should be part of the 30 day trial.
If you want people to have the best experience in those 30 days, add the moisturizer/primer to the trial kit and maybe remove the blush. As for the free gifts, have a substitute in case the original gifts aren't available.
Other than that, I love my system so far, but as they say, time will tell.
Make-up shade is not color ordered--too dark. Some products on back order. Uses more foundation than advertised (4 drops?) If I get proper shade and more practice maybe I will like it better.

Placed my order 12/12/17 but did not receive until 1/3/18. I tried the product, followed all directions carefully, 2x and was not happy. Results were not as I expected. Results were no better than the makeup I already use but it was more time consuming. I will be returning. I am also disappointed that the company does not provide their customer service number in more obvious areas of their documents.
