I have been really impressed by the caliber of the customer service! There was an error when I cancelled my order and it ended up still shipping to me, and when I reached out to customer service they were very prompt and accommodating and gave me a return label and a refund. I ordered and received another dress and loved the fit and it was great quality! I will definitely return to shop here in the future.
I had originally left a bad review. I ordered a dress for my daughter and noticed the shipping said it wouldn't get here until a month later. I immediately asked them to cancel and refund. Their return policy says they only offer store credit. After writing several emails with no response, I finally heard from someone saying they would cancel and refund within 10 days. Fingers crossed!
They want to give you just store credit back regardless of how fast you return. Turned shopping for a fun event into a stressful fight to get my money back for dresses that don't fit. Who operates like this?
I placed an order for three dresses. One of them arrived on time, the other a week late, and the third one never came. I contacted them and they offered me a $25 discount if I was willing to wait for the last dress. It's now been two months and still nothing. I found them through an ad on Instagram and was a bit skeptic to purchase from them. I should have believed my intuition. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
Their shipping on some styles is a bit slow depending on the dress, but customer service addressed my concerns and were very helpful! They even gave me store credit for the inconvenience because the dress came late but it was shipped right away when I expressed my concerns. It came beautifully and is so cute, I LOVE IT! I'm so glad I bought from here and will definitley be a returning customer! Thank you
The outfits are "cute" but extremely cheap. I bought a romper for almost 100 dollars and it came in the mail already fraying. The clothes aren't horrible if you paid what they were actually worth, but overall the clothing is extremely expensive for the lack of quality and comfort.

I ordered from Lucy in the Sky for the first time this month. My experience was great! They're very clear about their return policy and kept me updated on the status of my order. I bought two dresses and loved both! Very cute and decent quality for a very affordable price. Definitely would buy more dresses from this website again!
This is a great company with a good variety of small petite sizes that my daughter can wear. My only complaint is when you put an item in your cart it gives you an estimated shipping date and it can be is way off from when the dress/item actually will arrive. Immediately after you check out the date changes occasionally to a date much further out. I would rather the company give the estimate after I put my zip code in and finish checking out instead changing the date after I check out.
When you place an order you believe that the order will be fulfilled within the time frame they tell you, or the company will communicate otherwise. We placed an order and after two weeks, and it not showing up, we inquired. They issued a refund promptly, but the fact that we had to ASK "Where's our order?" is not okay! Communication would have helped! Thanks for causing a headache!
I bought a dress online. There was an issue with the address. City was listed twice. Fedex wouldn't deliver bc of this. Lucy in the Sky doesn't keep track of anything once they ship, they expect customers to deal with any issues that arise from items THEY ship. So fedex returned to shipper. Contacted Lucy in the Sky, they could care less. They offered me a refund…in 14 days. Never ordering from this company.

Don't ever order from this store if you actually want your dresses to come in. They will not even get shipped until after the date that they should be there. Terrible customer service. Absolutely not worth the money or the time. I purchased these two dresses and they shipped two weeks apart. This store Is not it.
I decided to purchase birthday dresses from this website and although I was initially skeptical, I am absolutely in love with the dresses I got! The dresses were delivered quickly and on time and are great quality for such an affordable price. I highly recommend this site and will be purchasing from them in the future. :)
I absolutely loved their designs, and was excited at how great the customer service seemed to be at first, (even though they took almost a month to let me know my item was unable to be delivered.) I was still fine just accepting a refund, it's just that it's been weeks after they promised me my money back and I still haven't received it. They just quit responding to me.

I am 5'8, size L, US 10/12 typically. I ordered a size L dress and paid $25 extra to have it overnighted for an event the same week. Quick shipping was the only plus. I always wear a size L, or maybe and XL if things run particularly small, but 2 people had to pull this dress onto me and off of me because there was no zipper! Another size L friend tried it on as well, and same thing- had a team to pull it on and off, it fit like a sausage casing and you have to choose if you want to cover your top half or bottom half. We had our 5'5, size XS/S, US 2 friend try it on and it fit perfectly. They say their size S is generally the equivalent of a US 2, but I am baffled at how exclusive this sizing is. This could have been avoided if they allowed customer reviews on their website.
The brand is great and they have great styles but it's is not worth the wait if you are in a wim. I ordered my dress early on to have it in time but I had to email them to make sure they were shipping it 3 weeks later. They did finally ship it but not in the time frame that I needed it.
The quality of the prom dress I ordered was extremely low. The fabric was flimsy and the seams were jagged. They would only give me store credit. And they continue to take advantage of people by having these types of return policies. There are many places that sell prom dresses, I advise people to pick a more reputable place.

My daughter needed a dress for Homecoming. We ordered 4 dresses from Lucy in the Sky a month and a half before the event. We ordered 4 because there is no Lucy in the Sky store to try on items. One dress came in time for the dance and the 3 others came 2 months later. Shame on us we didn't realize that returns were only for store credit. However, good luck even getting the store credit. The 3 dresses that arrived 2 months after the order, I was told on my account were not eligible to return because it was not within the 14 days after I ordered it. What a joke. There is no person to call and 2 emails sent to "customer service" have never been answered. BUYER beware, this store is a scam.
My daughter picked this dress for her Quinceañera court to wear the day of her party. She wanted a dress that was fit for the Quinceañera but could also be worn on another occasion. This one was it! Simple yet elegant! The extra fabric in the front gave extra coverage. The details of the corset string and bow in the back gave it that extra spark. I made an order of 6 dresses and they arrived quickly. Great purchase!
I needed to make a return for a dress that came in too small and I looked at their website and it looked like a pretty simple process, all I had to do was ship it back and email someone because I needed the new dress relatively soon, but I was very much mistaken. It has been over a week since my first email them and I have received one generic email back and no other responses to my 7 other emails trying to reach out. So I tried to use their chat service on their website and have been waiting over 3 hours to talk to someone because as soon as it gets close towards talking to someone I am kicked off and have to start the process all over again. I didn't take a picture of the dress because it was suffocating when I wore it which is why I decided to exchange for a size two size bigger than I normally wear. The dress was cute but I would never recommend this store to anyone I know just because of the horrendous customer service and the terrible sizing.
Lucy in the Sky dresses are so cute. I love looking at them it is my favorite place to find dresses. They fit me so well and are gorgeous. The website is good looking and it is put together so well. It makes a lot of sense. The customer help is also good. If I could offer some constructive criticism to them, it would be that their shipping and the time that it takes for the dresses to be delivered is not the best. That's the only thing that keeps me from buying because nothing ever comes in time even if it was 3 months in advance sometimes. Might as well start looking for my homecoming dress in January.
