My daughter ordered several dresses 2 months ago for homecoming. Our fault for not reading the return policy, but does anyone expect NOT to get a refund for a promptly-returned online order? Only one of 5 dresses arrived on time. I tried to cancel the order three times, but never received a response to my emails. Yesterday I got an email that a dress had been shipped, long after I asked to cancel the order. I emailed them right away and got a response (first time ever) saying they couldn't cancel it now because it had already shipped—this is 6 weeks after I tried to cancel the order. I order online all the time, and I have never had such a terrible experience. Please do not order from this company.
I had an issue with a dress I ordered and emailed their Support Team. They immediately responded and took care of issue. The whole process was super simple for me and was solved in a timely manner. They were accommodating and apologetic. The dresses from Lucy in the Sky were also great quality and my next order came just as described.
Fits perfect! Seems to be nice quality. Bought for HOCO! I only wish I would have waited a week because the dress went on sale and was $30 cheaper. Business does not give price adjustment, which is a bummer.
When i first walked into the store it was a beautiful layout, everything was very organized and color coded. I was glad to see there were fitting rooms. They were very spacious and the customer service was great. They brought me all the sizes and styles that i requested. I ordered online and picked up the dress in store and pick up was very easy. The dresses are very good quality and cute! Would definitely buy again.
Horrible horrible horrible. Product looked nothing like the photo, fit even worse I ordered two so I could make sure to get the right size neither of the sizes worked they were horrible. When I went to go return all I saw was free returns I did not look further which I guess is my fault but really $#*!ty when I went to go send the dresses back and I spent $120 and they emailed me saying all I can get is store credit. Highly recommend not shopping here.
I ordered 3 items from this store because everything they had was so adorable. All shipped separately, one coming within the proposed time frame on their website. The other two were supposed to come latest by July 14th. One shipped without me ever being notified, and when I asked customer service about them they said I should've gotten an email saying it shipped (never did), and that the other item is now coming a month late. The quality is also not worth the price you're paying, and things don't look how they do on the site, so overall pretty disappointed. Customer service responded and gave me a credit for the delayed shipping times but I'm not shopping here again.

My daughter ordered a Dress for Homecoming and it was supposed to be here before September 28th and never showed up. No phone number to respond to that works. They did not respond to multiple emails. This company is complete trash! We had to dispute with our bank so she could receive her money back. Oh yea, no tracking information either! Don't buy here!

I wish I had found this site before I purchased my daughter's Homecoming dress back on 9/2/22. It was to arrive no later than 9/29. No shipping email or updates. I have sent 2 emails requesting an update with no response. Tried calling but no answer and no "live chat " option. Luckily I used a credit card so have filed a dispute and will follow up with filing a report to the BBB. Bottom line, get your dress elsewhere after looking at reviews first!

If you're ordering something for an event, stay clear of this site. They give you a delivery window, usually 1-3 weeks after you order, and then don't actually ship it until a month AFTER the latest delivery date. They won't update you about this and the only way you find out is if you contact them and ask why you haven't received your order yet. The customer service reps tend to be very rude and unhelpful and basically tell you to either cancel or deal with it. You can't return things for a refund, only for store credit which expires after one year if you're lucky to even get it. Last time I returned something, I ended up having to reach out again because I still hadn't gotten my store credit after 2 months of returning the item. The quality is cheap and some pieces started to fray and come undone after a few washes, despite washing it on gentle.

I'm never one to leave review however I find myself reading a lot of reviews before purchasing an item. If you are planning on buying from Lucy in the Sky please reconsider. I ordered my dresses over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I am emailed from 3 different emails, commented on facebook and instagram, DMd them and yet no response. I have tried to use the live chat feature and every time I was close to the front of the "queue" to speak to someone I was conveniently "logged out." This occurred 3 times. They do not respond to any emails despite my emails being courteous and patient. I understand that with homecoming there are many people ordering however they are awful at communicating and take forever to shop. Please do not order from them.
My Daughter found a dress on their site. She read that we could return the dress if we did not like it for any reason. We shipped back the dress next day. Weeks later we did not see a credit on my card so I called them. Suddenly, an email was sent to me with a store credit, NOT a refund. If you don't like the dress or the quality you just get an online shopping credit, NOT a refund. I don't think I have ever seen a return policy where you can't get your money back for a new item you never used. Fabric was very thin. Because we had to buy another dress in place of this, we now have spent extra for a dress we can't use. Not cool. We will donate the credit to someone who cannot afford a dress. Customer service person was nice and apologized but we could not get our money back.

Their return policy is very misleading! The policy clearly states they will give a store credit if an item doesn't fit, however it DOES NOT state no refunds. They hold your money hostage so you buy something else! Their customer service wouldn't give a refund even after I pointed this out! Take your shopping elsewhere that doesn't do this!

Had an issue with ordering and can't really get mad about it - in the middle of COVID-19. I reached out via the site, heard back from someone, they apologized for a delay and offered me several options for refund, reorder or credit. Nice people, cool clothes and it all worked out.
I still haven't received my money back, it's been a month, and I don't see why it's taking so long... I need my refund. My order number is #*******.
Poor customer Service
Don't buy dresses from here, it says your dress will arrive on time...and it never arrives after canceling my order and waiting for my refund nothing happened either, they take too long to answer with silly answers...
Their sizing was NOT up to par for me. I'm anywhere between a medium and a large, and I ordered a large which was approximately the size of a doll outfit. A friend of mine who is an XS/S fit into it decently well. I returned the items only to realize that they were store credit only which frustrated me because I obviously wouldn't fit into any of the clothes. The clothes themselves were of OK quality- nothing amazing, and I probably wouldn't pay that price for the piece even if it had fit.
I explained my situation to their team, and they seemed really helpful and offered to give me a full refund. I was thrilled! However, the refund they said would take 10 days has taken over a month so far. I also have had to contact them multiple times to re-explain that they offered me a refund and not store credit as they initially tried to give me a voucher (that had an expiration date).
Pretty frustrating overall.
Do NOT purchase from this scam of a company. They take your money, and you will most likely NEVER see your purchase! Ordered back in Sept- never heard anything about shipping, so emailed several times- no response. Called- phone just rings and rings. They should be out of business! I filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a dispute with my CC company. Many, many friends also experiencing same with them. Order from companies who are legit and actually care about delivering their products to honest consumers!

They will not refund your money even if their shipping is delayed past the time you need your order. Most stores give refunds if you return the clothes unworn, still with tags, within 30 days. NOT THIS STORE. They give you store credit only, and their styles are extremely limited to very skimpy styles. There is NO VARIETY, so forget it if you need something to wear and you don't live in LA or Miami. They do not have the variety of other online stores. I regret shopping here so much. They treat their customers like garbage if you want to return an item and get a refund. Stay away!
My daughter ordered a dress on 6/10 with latest arrival day of 6/29. She really wanted it for vacation but no luck. She canceled it on 6/29 since it hasn't even shipped and was told that it would take almost 2 weeks to get her money back. (Why, they had no problem taking the money immediately) She has yet to get her money back so we will be filling a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend ordering from them due to such poor coroner service

I actually would like to give this company 0 stars. My daughter ordered a dress for her homecoming dance on 10/29 and today is 12/01 and she hasn't received it. Communicating with them is impossible. They charged my card the day of the purchase, but my daughter never got her dress, and speaking with someone is mission impossible.
