I have ordered 2 dresses at the beginning of april and it is now mid may. I live in europe but it still should not be taken that long. The second dress has arrived in BRAZIL today. Literally after a month it just went to Brazil which is a complete detour. The other dress is hopefully going to arrive soon. I also have no idea why the 2 dresses are coming separately. I will write another review once I receive the clothes. But for anyone in Europe looking to buy there, perhaps try another shop.
We got screwed all over the place. Any positive reviews of this company have been bought or the people got really lucky. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! That tells you something. Also, their return policy is a joke. Only in store credit. We returned a dress and they never gave us our in store credit. Their dresses are skimpy and trashy. They do not have anything appropriate for teenage girls although the teenage girls would say otherwise. It is a shame! Do not order from here. If you have a problem, you email and wait a week. How are they even still in business? They are so awful!
I ordered the Kayden Dress in black. It was nothing like the picture. Completely different material than pictured. The dress is also incredibly thin and doesn't have much structure. Not to mention that the slip underneath hardly covers anything. It is the size of a T-shirt. Meanwhile, the mesh on-top comes is super long and looks incredibly awkward. I wish they were more transparent with the type of quality on their website. It is a no for me.
Ordered a dress three weeks ago and never received a shipping confirmation. No phone number to call. I've attempted a "live chat" which took hours and finally dumped me. I've emailed repeatedly. I messaged on Instagram and sent a text to a number that doesn't accept calls. This site is a scam and I would guess all videos and good reviews are paid. Do not buy from here!
Don't waste your money! I ordered a dress on 9/14, it was supposed to be delivered by 10/8, so I waited until then to reach out when I had no information about my package. No shipping email, no tracking number, nothing. I reached out to customer service on 10/11 asking for an update, no response. 10/21, I reach out again asking for a refund since the dress definitely wasn't coming. Finally got a response. The dresses are a little expensive to have horrible customer service and take over a month to ship within the US. Do not recommend.
Customer service was impeccable. Efficient to respond to email inquiries. Accepted returns easily and without any delay. Customer service was provided by the same representative from Lucy in the Sky during each email communication making our transactions seamless. Will definitely purchase again -- with the knowledge that we can easily and safely make returns. Thanks for a great experience LITS!
They have a terrible return policy and are unwilling to work with the customer. I gave them many chances to make it right and it happened multiple times. If you have a tall girl in your family the sizing runs short. Shop elsewhere. The quality and customer satisfaction should be better. You should be a company that stands behind your product and name.

I ordered a homecoming dress from this store last month. The dress was shipped to me damaged. The zipper had been fabric sewn into it. I promptly took pictures of the damaged zipper and shipped it back immediately, requesting a full refund.
I have sent them numerous emails and have not heard a peep. Also, there is no phone number for this company. Do NOT order from this site! They are a scam and only want your money! They will ignore emails from you! Extremely disappointed in this rip off of a company! Definitely do not recommend!
I purchased my twin daughter's graduation dresses from this online store. Four weeks after ordering, the dresses still did not arrive. When I attempted to contact the company, they responded with a canned response that I should read their shipping policy. There was no human element. After contacting them multiple times, someone with the name "Pasha" responded that they will only provide store credit should I choose to cancel my order. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do no buy from this place. It is a scam.

I purchased as few dresses for my daughter. She needed for many upcoming parties. The quality is so poor. I was completely see thru. Unable to wear at all. The pictures on the site does not say transparent. 2 other dresses were complete covered in glitter. The minute you take it out of the packaging glitter everywhere. My daughter tried on. So bad.she had glitter all over her body, in her eyes, in Her ears. I tried to return for full credit back to my original payment but the company refused. This is the worst company do not order from them. They don't care if customer is unsatisfied. These dresses were u wore and damaged. I packaged and returned. They told me they needed pictures. I wrote them an email explaining and they said need pictures. Be careful ordering from here

Should have read the reviews. They have nothing in stock. Offered $25 something after asking if the dress was going to ship at the last day they stated. DO NOT BUY from this because you will waste your time waiting. My daughter needed this dress next week and they stated it would definitely be back in stock in 3 weeks. Good luck in bankruptcy.

I ordered three dresses from this site recently, and got them yesterday. One of them didn't fit me as expected and the other was torn down the side seam. I was originally pretty upset, but I hopped on the live chat and got it sorted out in less than ten minutes! They really make returns easy and stress-free.
With my first order, my items arrived quickly and I had no problems, so I decided to place another order. However, it quickly became evident that this company can use improvement. Not only did it take a month for me to receive two items, but when I decided to return both, I never received my store credit/refund after the 10 business day estimate. I sent emails and after not receiving a response, I utilized the live chat feature on their site. They issued store credit for one item and said that I'd receive a credit card refund for the other item. It's been over 2 weeks since then and I never received the card refund. Now I have to wait and follow up again. At this point, I don't see myself ordering from them in the future at all.
I have two HS girls and it's always a challenge to find the right dresses. We have had to find what fits our style best and they both tend to find looks at Lucy. It's easy to order. The chat support is fantastic! Elizabeth R was awesome - helped quickly, handled my questions with clarity and I got exactly what I needed. I'm sure I will need more dresses (when do teens not need dresses) in the next few weeks and I will for sure be back.
I would rate this company higher if they had a better return policy. They only give store credit and will not refund your credit card. That is very disappointing to me and I see no reason why they can't do so.
I placed an order and immediately canceled because my daughter found another prom dress on a different site. Nothing had been shipped and I was told the order was canceled; I received an email (the only way I could find to contact this company) letting me know that I would receive my refund of $120 in about 10 business days. Not only did I not get my money back—the orders eventually shipped and now they will not respond to my inquiries about resolving this issue.
I placed an order and was waiting for more than a month. I emailed them to check if my order still hasn't shipped, please cancel and give me a refund. They said they will refund me within 10 days without any explainations for their lateness. I have been waiting for almost three weeks and still haven't got my money back.
I don't care how good are their dresses and I don't even want to know. There are thousands other options. Don't waste your time here!
I have never had so many issues with an online store in my life. I ordered 2 dresses over 2 months ago. I did not like one of the dresses and returned it to them. I never got a confirmation that they received the return nor did they issue my money back. I had to go out of my way to email them and wait 2-3 days for a reply.
I have been waiting on the second dress, never told me why it was taking so long so I had to go out of my way AGAIN to email them. Never received a tracking number or anything. They NOW told me that they have a massive back order, and would like to issue me my refund. I need to buy a dress this week and still havent received my money back.
This whole process has been a nightmare and I will NEVER order from here again.
Honestly the dress is cute and looks like the picture. It fit me well but the quality was giving worst than shein literally fast fashion asf. It looks like I bought it for $5 from a flea market. I was thinking about returning but then I saw that they only offered store credit…. They must have a lot of people request for returns. The back stitching of the zipper isn't even straight and the zipper is sooooo cheap and overall just super poorly made $57 for the dress which isn't crazy expensive but come on …. You'll find better quality at TJ maxx.
